Built in 1928, this Mayan Revival-style building was originally constructed as an automobile dealership. The building features a buff brick exterior with terra cotta reliefs featuring Mesoamerican motifs based on Incan, Mayan, and Aztec art and architecture, including Jaguars, sculptural reliefs, decorative geometric patterns, columns with Mayan Revival capitals, steel-frame windows, and a cornice with brackets. The building presently serves as part of a U-Haul storage facility and dealership.

Built in 1900, this Queen Anne-style house features a gabled roof, a wooden clapboard and wooden scalloped shingle-clad exterior, one-over-one windows, an octagonal corner tower with a hipped roof and decorative engaged columns on the third floor of the columns, a corner balcony on the second floor, a wrap-around porch with doric columns, and a two-story bay window on the side facade. The house is a contributing structure in the Steele’s Hill-Grafton Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, and increased to its present size in 2023.
