Last Labor Day long weekend, my workmates and I along with my boyfriend Chad went to La Union to attend Labor Union. We didn't have a concrete plan on what we'll do there LOL. But one thing's clear in my mind, I want to relax beside the beach and at the same time, I want to visit Tangadan Falls. Finding the resources to be able to visit Tangadan Falls is quite easy with all the blogs writing about it. I planned our trek just the night before. However, there is an important missing information that I was not able to know until I was able to talk to our tour guide. day one

Hi everyone, today is the day I make my first post on this little blog of mine. Currently, I’m on a train headed towards Santa Barbara. It’s 19:34 right now, so the sun is setting. SUPPOSEDLY, I’m going to see the sunset on the ocean. But as of now, the sun is pretty much done-zo. The colors are very nice though. Anywho, I’m going to try to update this as much as I can, mostly for my family who thinks I’m NUTS for going to Paris by myself, with less than 1,000 USD in my hand. This is what happens when you tell your kids you can do anything you  set your mind to! Sky is the limit! 

I booked my hostel in Paris today, it’s a cute “hip” (yeah, they’re apart of an enterprise that calls themselves that unironically) place next to the Champs Elysses. I’m going to see if I can get a volunteer gig there, that way I can just live there indefinitely mwahahaha. No but really, I have to be back by November otherwise Trump’s minions will come capture me with whatever it takes. 

Ok but here’s what this post is about: today. Today was the solar eclipse, but I was in Denver and in Denver it was only a 93% cover. That sounds like a lot, but considering the strength of the sun, it was basically like the start of a sunset. Also I was in the airport, on the wrong side. I didn’t mind not seeing it because everyone and their dogs posted it online. Now I’m on the train, zooming past millions of people in ol’ Los Angeles. Hopefully they aren’t too sick of me yet, because I’ll be back on Wednesday.
