This was supposed to go up for Christmas but I decided I dont want any part of my illustration process to be digital so I gave up coloring it digitally half way, and also I drew this without waterproof ink so I cant even finish it traditionally... but please enjoy it, i had fun drawing it

之前後座在開山路、府前路那個區域營業時就有去吃過了， 雖然只去過一次， 但是對他們的風格跟食物都有自己的味道， 讓我印象深刻， 算是少數我有去過的玩具選物店跟餐飲結合的， 而且食物真的好吃， 不是虛有其表的。 這次軍中好弟兄的哈尼說要跟我一起跑店， 於是挑了搬到西寧街的後座， 但果然跟之前一樣， 不算是好找到的地點， 進到裡面還是很有他們自己的風格， 而且外面等候位時很好拍， 我就不小心自拍了一堆， 但姿勢都差不多， 就自己拍爽的， 哈哈。 他們主要用餐區域在二樓， 但說真的， 桌數其實也不多， 大概六七桌的樣子吧， 雖然整體空間不大， 但沒有讓我有太過擁擠的感受。 由於多了一個人一起， 所以點了兩個主餐， 還有一個點心， 這樣可以分著吃～ ｜熱煎三明治 /費城牛肉&貓王 第一次吃他們家的熱煎三明治， 發現他們兩層吐司的厚度不一樣， 感到超驚喜的， 我自己的想法是， 如果是用同樣厚度的吐司薄的會容易軟掉， 而且熱煎熱壓過後會失去吐司的彈性柔軟度， 但是用厚的又會太飽， 所以各取其一， 就可以有完美的口感層次表現。 / 費城牛肉 他的香料味道很舒服， 整體來說鹹香鹹香的， 香料的部分下的恰到好處， 不會過頭壓掉牛肉的味道， 又可以拉出牛肉的甜味， 而且不乾柴， 軟嫩，但不油膩， 整體算是蠻清爽的， 起司冷卻後會帶來點些許咀嚼上的口感層次， 但又不會太過鹹， / 炒蛋的奶香味道很重，很香， 味道上沒說是偏鹹或是偏甜， 碰到隔壁德腸的部分染到了一點德腸的鹹香味， 吃起來更好吃。 / 貓王 一入口比較明顯的味道是香蕉， 然後是帶鹹味的花生醬， 咀嚼時才會透出淡淡的培根跟起司片的鹹味跟香氣， 鹹甜混合， 吃起來不會互相搶味， 相輔相成， 是想吃鹹又想吃甜的好選擇！ ｜ 墨西哥起司餡餅 / 後座辣肉醬 這有點超出我的期待值欸， 薄薄餅皮夾入了炒香的辣肉醬之外， 還有乳酪絲跟炒蛋， 先煎後烤的餅皮， 裡面是濕潤軟嫩的， 但外層是帶有微微的酥脆感， 搭配上裡面的料頭之後， 吃起來很開胃啊， 還附上了莎莎醬跟酸奶， 沾了莎莎醬後， 吃起來除了辣香味之外， 還多了一股清爽的番茄酸味跟墨西哥辣椒辣味， 兩種不同類型的辣味跟酸味的結合， 更有層次， 沾上酸奶的話， 則是讓味道變得更有深度及圓潤感。 ｜鮮奶茶 奶味比茶味重一點， 但還是喝得出來茶味， 甜度適中， 加上沒有很多冰塊， 慢慢喝，就算融化也不會拉淡整體的味道， 也不會讓我喝完還有一堆冰塊在杯子裡面。 🥪：台南市南寧街136巷8號 FB：後座熟食店 IG：後座熟食店 #後座熟食店 #美式餐廳 #台南美食 #玩具選物店 #台南中西區 #台南中西區美食 #台南特色小店 #美式漢堡 #熱壓吐司 #起司餡餅 #熱煎三明治 #burger #sandwitch #北極是吃貨 #selectshop #toyshop #americanstyleshop #poptainan #pop台南 #popyummy #popdaily （在 後座熟食店 Backseat Deli） https://www.instagram.com/p/CemwGiEP0om/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
