I love this mod! My sims don't have to hurry no more. Does anyone want a tutorial on how to get your elders pregnant? (It's not a wig, she's really an elder)

TS2 ULTIMATE MOD - HOSPITAL MOD (Working, Cleaned & SFW) !!! 2021

Made By: Chris Hatch (LEGEND!!)

Edited and Cleaned By: nyamisims and Meduza (HEROES!!)

Your Sims can now give birth to a real hospital and If they are sick they can get well there, With Doctors, Nurses, Patients and Visitors !

I Decided to release a complete version of this mod that will WORK and it will have ALL the required files AND WILL BE “SafeForWork” !!! With complete instructions and guide !!!

I finally got it to work ! AND I LOVE IT. it’s the “Sims 2: Hospital Expansion Pack” we never got !

Where to find the needed Included CC in-game:

"Sculpture Ambulance" is named as “Ambulance” and it’s on: Buy Mode>Decorative>Sculptures. It cost 500$

"Birth Light" is named as “Some Square Lights“ and it’s on: Buy Mode>Electonics>Miscellaneous. It cost 315$

"Hospital Door" is named as “Hospital “4 Score” Doors” and it’s on: Build Mode>Doors & Windows>Doors. It cost 160$

"Hospital Gift" is named as “Accessory - Gift” and it’s on: Buy Mode>Decorative> Miscellaneous. It cost 35$

"Nurse Only Gate" is named as “Nurse’s Private Gate” and it’s on Build Mode> Miscellaneous>Gates. It cost 130$ (It’s very optional to use it.)

"Doctor set Heart Rate Monitor" is named as “Heart Rate Monitor” and it’s on Buy Mode> Electonics>Miscellaneous. It cost 500$

"Card Rack" is named as “Countertop Card Display” and it’s on Buy Mode> Electonics>Miscellaneous. It cost 1.500$

"Cash Register" is named as ”Hospital Kiosk Cash Register” and it’s on Buy Mode> Electonics>Miscellaneous. It cost 205$

"Travel Debugger" is named as “The Sim go Anywhere” and it’s on Buy Mode>Decorative>Sculptures. It cost 100$ (Do not place it anywhere. It just needs to exist in the catalog only.)

Hospital Instructions:

Make a Hospital Build as Community lot. (Or Download my Hospital Lot)

Enter the lot in building mode.

Place down the “Ambulance” from the decor category.

A message will pop up. If its Object Error Pop up, press reset. Then When it will ask you if you Want your new hospital to have Mail Box Click on Yes.

Place the “Ambulance” where you want it to be. (Do not ever delete it.) It’s the main controller. You can hide somewhere the mailbox. it's not needed since bills will never come.

Place the beds for the patients and next to them place a table with Maxis "Frost de Fleur Bud Vase" in the Buy Mode>Decorative>Plants category and it cost 30$ (it's not a CC, its a in-game object.)

Make a “Patient examine room” and place the “Heart Rate Monitor” so you can check how is your sim’s health doing.

Place the “Hospital “4 Score” Doors” where you want. (You can set your settings in live-mode later.)

Place the “Some Square Lights“ (The Birth Lights) Above the a Nursery Room so The pregnant sims can give there birth.

In the Cafeteria (if you have) place a “Chef Stove” and a “Host Podium”.

In the Reception, Place the ”Hospital Kiosk Cash Register” and the “Countertop Card Display”, So visitors can bring gifts to your Sim.

You can optionaly place the “Nurse’s Gate” to give to the nurses some room. But it’s really optional.

Save and Exit. Don’t ever, move a family in the lot! Go to your wanted sim’s household, Only if your sim is sick, sunburned or in the 3rd trimester prengancy, You Can Call from the phone “Emergency” Then Select Hospital and a Taxi will get you there! After being healthy or having a baby, call a taxi again to get you back home.

Hospital Mod Abilities/Description:

When your Sim is in the 3rd trimester pregnancy or get sick with Flu, Cold, Food Poisoning, Pneumonia or Sunburn You can call on your phone “Emergency”, then Hospital.

A message will appear that "There is a room waiting for you at the hospital"

And a taxi will come pick your sim. When the sim arrive on the hospital your it will get the Hospital Memory and 2 selective nurses will come along. (Don't worry, when you leave the hospital the nurses will not come with you. Simply they will be on the hospital, only when you visit it.)

These nurses will often check on you (especially when you sleep) and will bring you gifts.

Also when you select one of the nurses and then the heart Rate Monitor, a "Diagnose Patient" option will be available and i will show you how % your sim is healthy (and ready to go home.)

A doctor (male or female, it's random) will come by, 2 times a day to greet and check your sim. If your sims are sunburned, the doctor will heal them right away.

Every night (mostly) security guards will patrol the hospital.

Cleaning workers will clean up everything for your sim.

If you have chef stove placed, a chef will cook meals for your sims and will call them.

You can set your hospital settings by clicking the Ambulance (is the controller after all) and set things however you like. There are many options. Also you can click on the Hospital doors and select if you allow certain npc/visitors/patients if they can enter in each room you placed the doors or not.

The Ambulance Settings:

The Ambulance contains several menu items depending on the sim's condition, these items are divided into groups.

Nurse Options - Set up nurse shifts, Nurse's option to move in with your sim.

Lot Options - Choose Doctor for this lot, Set up Hospital Type.

Pregnancy Options - Speed Up or Slow Back Down, Pause or Continue , Force Twins, Force Single.

Baby Bonus Options

Don’t Dress Visitors Option (Townie Patients will be on their Pyjamas)

Selecting to “ban” certain sims (Elder/Adult/Kids) Option

Warnings! :

This mod contains NPC and Memory mods. If you instal it, removing it afterward will lead to corruption.

Maybe Sometimes the sim in hospital will fall in love with a random visiting sim. I believe you can fix this by removing the memory and gift mods.

My Sims 2 Redneck house for Ruby Ann Hatfield Ok so. I'm playing The Sims 1 neighbourhood. Hatfield's family are rednecks according to Wiki so I added some spice to the story. Ruby's husband was eaten by the cowplant, her daughter died after a difficult teenage pregnancy, and both sons died intoxicated during a party (poison mod by @jellymeduza). After years of grieving, Ruby finally found an alien-husband and got a fortune. She decided to go back to the redneck house that once belonged to her parents. She's a grandma, has a teenage son (who dropped school and became a full-time mechanic) and expects twins.

Anyone wants to see the interior?

Mod Your Restaurant Podium

What Does This Mod Do?

This mod adds more foods to the unowned restaurant podiums from Nightlife and Open for Business. You can add even more foods to the podium, even custom ones, if possible.

Food above by ExnemSims available in the booty. (Not included in mod.)

More info below!

What Foods Have Been Added?

The foods that have been added to the podiums are:

- Grandma's Comfort Soup

- Grilled Cheese

- Berry Pie

- Turkey Dinner

- Appetizer Platter

- Hot Dog

- Cheesecake

Of course, you can add more single plates, but there are foods that won't work. They are:

- Drinks

- Chips/Cookies/Etc

- Cake from the Catalog (and possibly anything that is similar to the cake, Exnem’s catalog foods come to mind).

Additional (Optional) Files:

There's an additional mod. It's called AppetizerPlatterStringFix.package. This makes it so when Sims go to order, or the owner sets the menu, it won't come up as "*Food - Appetizer Plate - Menu." I would highly suggest putting this file in "YOUR HIGHEST EP/TSData/Catalog/Bins" file. You could place it in your downloads folder, too. The bins folder would be an added layer of protection.

Attached in the fway_ModYourRestaurantPodium.zip is also a tutorial on how you can add your own foods to this mod.

#Inteenimater problem

My teenager gives birth and apparently she remains adult instead of age down back to teenager. Did anyone experience such conflict and could tell me what can possibly cause it?
