might actually watch the emmy’s live this year these nominations are insane im gonna be watching it like it’s the super bowl
#counting down the days#give bella ramsay lead actress pls#and kieran culkin lead actor#i REALLY want succession to get best drama but would also be happy with yellowjackets or tlou taking it home#i feel like someone from succession will get supporting actor but it’s literally just succession and white lotus in that category#i could see macfadyen taking it#or skarsgard#aubrey plaza or j smith for supporting too pls#the bear obvs deserves best comedy#but tbh it feels more like a drama to me#but ik putting it in the drama category would have been suicide with all the great shows running in that category#i really want ayo edebiri to take supporting actress in a comedy !#i also feel like best directing and best writing with go to tlou or succession#like either those could take either of those categories#anyways those are my emmy predictions#i’ll try to rb this when it’s emmy’s time#i’m so excited#idk when i became such a tv critic/snob but this is who i am now#emmys 2023#emmys predictions#OH and james cromwell for best guest actor in a drama#his eulogy scene at the funeral is literally a huge moment in television history#it was an outstanding performance#the writing of that speech was also phenomenal but he DELIVERED
