Soniaki headcanons!

-Sonia likes drawing in her free time, and Chiaki likes writing. They both have ocs and everything and make content for each other all the time.

-Pretty soon after they start living together, they decide to have Gundham help them find a pet. Their first pet is a cat named Hades, and they both love him.

-After Hades, they rarely go without having a pet. Usually cats, but Gundham probably matches animals with people based on vibe alone. There’s a few dogs and some Deva Descendents and they both love them all so much.

-I feel like… They’d adopt One Kid. Just one of em. In my heart I think they’d be good moms. That kid would have so many options of skills to pursue and almost all of them will have support from at least one parent.

-I think maybe Sonia needs glasses but doesn’t usually wear them because she feels they clash with her Princess Regal Vibe. Chiaki thinks they’re very cute though so she wears them around the house.

-Sonia’s wardrobe for a long time I think was Very Formal and Presentational, so she just LOVES borrowing Chiaki’s more comfy and casual sweaters and hoodies and stuff. Chiaki gets her some of her own, but Chiaki’s are just so much warmer :).

-In a similar vein, Chiaki isn’t Big Into fancy stuff. She has maybe one dress she wears to every formal event ever, but as soon as they start dating, Sonia spoils her rotten.

-Among Sonia’s many other skills, I feel like she probably can sew a bit. Catch her embroidering little cats or sewing little ears on half of Chiaki’s thing because sometimes your girlfriend is a catgirl and you love her for it.

-Sonia’s primary love language is actually physical affection, but gift giving is definitely a big one too. The second just is more obvious because it’s very easy for her. Helping Chiaki put on a dress she bought for her, or doing her hair after Chiaki used some new shampoo she got, or just cuddling together in brand new fuzzy pjs is some of the most tender shit she can do.

-Chiaki’s primary love language is quality time, but physical affection is also one. She‘s more lowkey about it than Sonia, but only because she feels a lot about smaller gestures. Her ideal date is her playing a game and Sonia reading while laying on her lap, or them watching a movie and leaning on each other, or just laying in silence holding hands and talking about nothing.

-Sonia always makes time for Chiaki. And though Chiaki isn’t as fuckin LOADED as Sonia, Chiaki loves getting things that remind her of Sonia.

-ALSO catch them trying to Date in Digital Chiaki Au and both of em just being. Lowkey a little sad because even though they can spend time together, they can’t hold each other and Sonia feels like she can’t do anything for Chiaki. Cue Chiaki doing literally everything she can to turn this Au into Robot Chiaki. Even if it’s not the same, she wants Sonia to feel good about who they are together. She wants her to know how much she really does for her. Then they kiss and it’s wonderful.

-Chiaki canonically has trouble with romance, but Sonia very clearly has very few issues with it, so I don’t imagine the SECRET pining stage goes on too long. I think Sonia approached Chiaki about it fairly soon after she starts developing Feelings, but Chiaki doesn’t really know how to handle it, so they go a while as Technically Just Friends until Chiaki can get her own feelings sorted out

-Also pre-relationship catch Gundham ”admitting you are as powerful as me and shaking my hand is stage 5 in a friendship” Tanaka listening to Sonia lowkey gush about Chiaki like, “Wow. Are you getting married?“ And Hajime “my boyfriend has literally not shut up about how in love he is with me since we met“ Hinata hearing Chiaki mention Sonia a few times like, ”…omg Chiaki you’re gay also??/hj”

mmmmhmm these two would definitely be the best cat moms,,, they would spoil hades SILLY. sonia would get him a giant cat castle, he'd have the softest cat bed (but in true cat fashion, the bed would go unused in favor of a cardboard box), she'd get him toys galore, they'd both like to dress him occasionally with a cute bowtie or smth, and they'd both give him lots of kisses and cuddlesssssaksjdasfd

oghg sonia LOVES wearing chiaki's clothes. she's never really graced herself with comfy clothes like this, and in addition to the fact that theyre chiaki's and they smell like her and they feel like being held by her, makes them so much more cozyyy,, she just gets all giddy and warm inside akjsdbjdas

uguhugh they are so tenderrrr i like to imagine these two are holding hands at nearly every given moment, it's not even a conscious thing. it just feels so right holding each other, just knowing that the other is close hhhh

AUAGHH YES i was thinkin about digital chiaki soniaki au,, it made me sad cuz sonia is SO happy that chiaki is with all of them, and she loves seeing her smiling face and hearing her voice and talking to her for hours on end but, at the same time, deep down her heart aches because so wants so badly to hold chaiki, to feel her body against her own, to feel her laugh against her,,, she wants to kiss her and she misses holding her hands so mucchhhhh (but there's a happy ending with robo chiaki <3)
