Two Toronto churches say they've been forced to close their doors to refugee claimants seeking shelter after housing hundreds of asylum seekers since last summer. Pilgrim Feast Tabernacles in Etobicoke and Dominion Church International in North York have shut down their shelter operations for asylum seekers in the past two weeks largely due to financial difficulties but are exploring alternative options to continue meeting the rising demand. "We are grateful for donations. A lot of donations have been coming in. But with time, people stopped giving money," said Pastor Eddie Jjumba, who's been overseeing the makeshift refugee shelter at Dominion Church International, adding volunteers can't afford to buy food or services like garbage removal and cleaning. "We have come to a point where we are practically not able to afford those things."

Akari not knowing the Taro root despite living and growing up in a region where they are likely known and consumed. I kinda think that’s cute! Or she didn’t immediately made the connection.

Either way I love how Ingo’s name is also very cute and fitting. I wonder what names he did come up with for Emmets Joltiks? Aside from the obvious names.

In regards to What’s In a Name

She just does not pay attention! Ingo knew she knew what it was but probably didn’t make the connection, which is why he mentioned that it was used at The Wallflower. Then she got it!

And I headcanon that Emmet has an easier time coming up with nicknames than Ingo, who probably overthinks it too much. I see him as someone who’s not very creative on his own, but is adaptable to others’ thoughts and can work with them. Ingo did with Akari what I feel like he does with Emmet; work off what they’ve already suggested to keep a theme going.

Emmet comes up with electric-themed names like Sparky, Zap, Volt, and Flicker? Ingo’s going to try and suggest things like Jolt, Battery, Glow, And Static.

Breakfast-themed names? If Emmet comes up with Waffle, Sunny (side up), Syrup, And Hashbrown, Ingo’s going to suggest Pancake, Sugar, Muffin, and Toast.

Train-themed names? If Emmet comes up with Coach, Signal, Trolley, and Maglev, Ingo’s going to suggest Caboose, Ballast, Cargo, and Freight.
