Loved tasting the new Yoann Burger at Black Tap in Geneva - created by Michelin Starred chef Yoann Caloue from Le Flacon in Carouge for Black Tap - this burger is delicious - Slow cooked entrecote with burrata, San Marzano tomatoes, rocket, green asparagus and a balsamic dressing all in a Wolfisberg focaccia - what’s not to like?
