Unpopular Opinion: Vinnie’s a great guy, but he tended to get in his own way sometimes. I think the band was bound to implode at some point, and based on what I’ve heard the tiny pebbles leading to an avalanche started falling when they started recording All Systems Go. That still doesn’t mean the albums weren’t kickass.

OTP CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW
The OTP Challenge is here! And Starts tomorrow!!!!
There are only a few rules.
1. You do not have to be following to participate.
2. The challenge starts in October with Spooktacular Halloween.
3. Try to stick to one couple. You can do a different couple for each set but one set should be one couple. So its like a journey for them through out the month.
4. You may create anything that you wish. Mood boards, drabbles, full one shot, social media edits.
5. You do not have to complete them all. You can do as many or as few as wish.
6. No you can’t combine prompts. Its a daily challenge so a new challenge for each day. You can skip days if you wish. However you choose to take part means you can still only post that prompt that day.
7. You can use existing couples. Have a couple you already created, you are welcome to use it.
8. You can use any fandom you want not just ones I follow.
9. You can go back sort of. If you miss one and wish to post it you have to do it after you post the one from that day. If you miss day 2 you can post it on day 3 but after you post day 3s challenge.

“If you steal the blankets, I am going to put my cold feet on you.” Starchild x Velma
Velma’s teeth were chattering, and it was the fastest she’d ever put on her pajamas. She just could not handle the cold, always forced to wear multiple layers of clothes and then get teased by Shaggy about how she looked like she was going to go knock down giant bowling pins.
What made this even more ironic was that it was July.
“H-How is it s-so c-cold?” She chattered out to herself as she left the bathroom.
“Because we’re in Australia, and it’s winter here right now,”
Velma sighed at the amusement in Starchild’s voice and looked up at him... then stopped and raised an eyebrow. All he wore was a pair of pajama pants, and while secretly she appreciated the view, she was more concerned about how cold he would get. “Is that all you’re wearing?”
He shrugged. “I’ll be fine.” He grinned at her. “Unless you wanna share a bed to keep warm?”
Pink rose to Velma’s cheeks. “Shut up, I don’t. Just know I’ll be the one that’s laughing when you spend the entire night freezing.” She pointedly got into her bed and curled up, grabbing the book she was reading off the nightstand.
Starchild laughed. “Fine.”
The two of them descended into silence as the rest of their group came into the room. They were all sharing one room because, as Demon explained it, if the monster haunting the ski lodge tried to attack one of them, it would be easier to catch it with all of them sleeping in one room. None of them had any problems with that; Shaggy and Scooby had thrown their support behind the plan in seconds.
“Like we’ll sleep next to Demon. The closer we are to him, the more protected we’ll be.”
“Reah, protected.”
A few hours later, everyone had turned off their lights and fallen asleep. Somehow Velma was tired enough that Demon and Fred’s snoring wasn’t annoying, and found herself falling asleep instantly.
Well, for a while. She felt like she hadn’t been sleeping for a while when she awoke to a hand shaking her shoulder. “Velma. Velma, wake up.”
“Hmm?” Velma rolled over. “Shaggy, wake up someone else if you’re that scared to get your midnight snack,” she mumbled out.
“Velma, it’s me, Starchild,”
“Huh?” Velma reluctantly blinked awake and looked up as her eyes adjusted to the darkness. There indeed was Starchild. She propped herself up on her elbow. “What is it? Is it the ghost?”
“No, he’s not supposed to attack anyone tonight.”
“Then what is it?”
Starchild suddenly looked rather sheepish. “... I’m cold. Can I sleep with you?”
Velma blinked at him for a second, then snorted. “Told you you’d be cold.”
“Please?”
As much as she wanted to banish him back to his cold bed... her tired mind couldn’t say no to his puppy eyes. She sighed and moved. “Okay, fine.”
Starchild quickly threw back her blankets and got into the bed next to her. “Thank you.” He kissed her cheek.
“If you steal the blankets, I am going to put my cold feet on you.” Velma mumbled out as she laid down to go back to sleep.
She heard Starchild chuckle, and it made her briefly smile. “Yes, ma’am. Goodnight.”
“Goodnight.”
By morning, the pair had snuggled together and were a tangle of limbs and hair. Velma’s cheek was pressed to Starchild’s chest, while Starchild had his arms linked around her shoulders. Daphne may or may not have grabbed her phone and snapped a quick picture before leaving them to sleep in peace.

I've admired your art style for a while, especially your shading technique! I apologize if you've already answered this in the past but what type of art supplies do you use and recommend?
It depends on the kind of art I plan to do. If it’s canvas wise I usually love to use gouache paint(they come in smaller tubes) or I will settle for acrylics if I must. I feel using gouache requires less layers and just looks smoother to me. Though I am super rusty and I am currently trying to get back into the canvases and the painting side of art. It’s been 6 or so years. I used to paint on my bedroom walls too! I am working on a rather large canvas of Kiss, small one too, and I planned on slowly chipping away on it tonight. I’ll show it off if I like it! Sorry I don’t have current examples of my paintings yet.
As for traditional, I used to do so much more often especially through out high school up until 2017 ish. I even used markers-- I LOVE MARKERS. I used copics, prismacolors. and markets. I kind of steered away from sharpies as they had a darker look to them and bled through paper so quickly/or ruined the outlines. Markets(BIC) are also cheaper and you can get a set of those (24 pack or there is a larger on too)! It’s been years since I used them for personal art outside of work. Markets have more colors that can pass as natural and certainly worked for coloring dogs! OLD Example of a combination of those markers:
Or you can simply just line your art! Micro line, I believe I have used. I also have used fiber castle and standard sharpie fine tip black works too. Old example below:

Worth their price! they also have two different tip sizes and one feels/acts like a paint brush. I always loved it. Just be careful with the strokes.
Or if you don’t wanna use markers, color pencils are cool too. I used my friend’s set of these.
Always, I mean ALWAYS open a sketch book and feel it’s paper before buying. Some of the lower end stores sell them cheap yes, but the paper quality SUCKS. It’s hard to erase lines! They fall out of the sketch book(binding is poor) can rip and tear paper. Smearing the sketch lines...Over all suck. So I usually go for thicker textures. I liked these! I can not tell you how many stacks of sketch books I have from the past. I ALWAYS also take a small one with me on the go~
I hope this helps you out!
as for digital I use a wacom tablet I got for around 50...I use fire alpaca! I downloaded some extra brushes for better looks.

Nikki didn’t wanna be that guy..he really didn’t. Especially since the barista who always took his order was so damn pretty. When he told Mick about it he would just say “’Attractive’ doesn’t always mean ‘smart’”, which was a dumb as fuck assumption. If he wasn’t smart he wouldn’t have this job! But how fuckin’ hard was it to get his name right? He’d told it to him countless times, sounded it out, even spelled it out a few times! Still, any time he would get his cup it would say ‘Nicky Six’, and it irked the shit out of him. Sure, any normal person would have just let it go and moved on, but this was the 15th time in a month. Enough was enough.
“Nikki?”
He turned to the pretty barista who smiled and held up his cup. Sure enough, the shitty name was written on it. He sighed. “Um..look..uh..”
“Paul.”
“Yeah..Paul..look..I’m not tryin’ to be rude or anything but..this is not how my name is spelled..and you know it. Are you..doing this on purpose? Did I do somethin’ to piss you off?” He could instantly tell he caught him off guard. Paul turned and started fidgeting with his ponytail, his cheeks clearly flushed. “A-about that..it’s not at all how I wanted it to go. I kinda hoped if you..kept coming back I’d build up the courage to ask you out..” Nikki blinked. “Wha..?”
“I..I think you’re cute and I like you~”
“Oh. Well…shit!” Nikki laughed. This was completely ridiculous..and absolutely fucking adorable~ “So..if I say yes will you start spelling my name right~?” Paul nodded shyly. “I’ll even draw some hearts if you want~”
“Sure I’d like that~”
