ORIGINAL BACKGROUND

Il dissoluto punito, ossia il Don Giovanni (translates to The Rake Punished, or Don Giovanni), or simply known as Don Giovanni, is a two-act opera with music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to an Italian libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte. A dramma giocoso blending comedy, melodrama and supernatural elements, it tells the story of its titular character—a young, arrogant, and sexually promiscuous nobleman, who abused and outraged everyone else in the cast until he encountered something he could not kill, beat up, dodge, or outwit.

This piece was first premiered by the Prague Italian Opera at the National Theater (of Bohemia), now called the Estates Theatre, on 29 October 1787. One interesting fun fact about this score is the customary omission of the final ensemble, which is the return to D major and the innocent simplicity of the last few bars to conclude the opera, that began with the original run in Prague. It wasn’t until the later part of 20th century that many productions started to include the last segment. The concluding ensemble tells the moral of the opera story:

“Questo è il fin di chi fa mal, e de’ perfidi la morte alla vita è sempre ugual.”

Mozart had written more than 800 scores in his short lifespan of 35 years. Widely considered as one of the greatest and most influential composers of the Classical period, many of his works are acknowledged as pinnacles of the symphonic, concertante, chamber, operatic, and choral repertoire. Besides Don Giovanni, The Marriage of Figaro (1786), and Così fan tutte (1790) are collectively regarded the most celebrated opera works that both Mozart and Da Ponte had collaborated together.

Mycroft -

"We don't know as much about Mycroft canonically, except that he makes a club whose whole premise is parallel play with talking forbidden, and that he is more than willing to let someone he barely knows start MI6 with the promise to deal with the socializing. Also that he is THE organization behind the British Government. As in, he serves as a planner and God knows what else. He tracks more in his head than a spreadsheet. He's adorkable too, he shoots his brother in the head with a paint gun to get his attention and tell him to beware of women, and then starts infodumping about the origins of the gun and all the cool stuff it can do. And he is truly kind, sending letters to Albert in jail and generally being really good at supporting his team, even if he hates to talk."

Londrekia -

"When it comes to things that don't interest him at all, Londrekia acts aloof and uncaring, but if something or someone catches his attention, he will immediately gain an interest, often not taking personal space into consideration. He's very stubborn and will often disobey orders from his organization if they don't match his sense of justice. Also his special ability is cryomancy and he makes a lot of ice puns that counts for something right."

Hikaru -

"Hikaru is one of the main characters in a manga explicitly about autism, and because we get to see him from birth to a young age, we get a good sense of how autism manifests in young children, which is pretty rare in Japanese media. To be honest I kinda felt like I ought to submit him because I read this manga when I was young and quite liked it, even though he's not the type of character who will make it far in this kind of tournament."

Raidou -

"a lot of the comedy from the show comes from him completely misunderstanding the other lead (who is also very autistic coded) and doing absolutely insane wacky things because he thinks that's what she wants to do. there's also an entire episode where him and the other lead get obsessed with fidget spinners."

"Has a special interest in music and does reckless things because of it."

"to actually play him (he's a character in a fighting game), you have to play a card game (the most autistic game genre) while avoiding confrontation (he will die). he talks about observing people and collecting data in a way that really just seems autistic too? idk i think he's wonderful."

"My man grew up in the woods, has never seen a telephone in his life. He's doing his best to make ends meet but he specifically has a hard time with the unspoken rules of society no one ever taught him."

Musicart profiles (06)

Takt op's official twitter account has periodically releasing the profiles or biodata for the new playable Musicarts. This serves as part 6!

First person basis is a term on how to address yourself in first person, widely known in Japanese language has so many words to address yourself in first person. I have an explanation on each first person basis used here on a twitter thread !

the Musicarts' ages are still a grey area since they're human-like being but not a human at the same time. I speculated that it was the age when they were first awakened as a Musicart, or the age when their human host loses their conciousness and memory before awakened as a Musicart— similar to Anna's awakening as Destiny. (this is a subject to change)

Don’t be fooled by the boyish appearance and quiet personality—this Musicart possesses a wisdom well beyond their physical age. Though they usually keep to themselves and rarely show interest in others, most peers have come to respect (and fear) their keen foresight and time-stopping abilities.

CLASS: Gunner. With their outstanding support abilities, their versatility will put allies at ease in battle.

DIVISION: Mystery. Taking the initiative with exceptional speed, they are able to employ nimble dexterity and unpredictable attack styles to throw their enemies into chaos.

BRANCH: Lament. Skilled in inflicting various debuffs on their enemies, causing the latter to fall into a predicament and allowing for greater control of the battle.

LIMIT BREAK: Temporal Loop. Physical — All Allies & Enemies.

PASSIVE — Each time an ally (including self) receives damage, Moebius will gain 1 stack of [Inception].

[Inception] — Buff: For every 3 stacks, Moebius will apply 1 stack of [Ordained Stillness] on all enemies that have attacked an ally at the end of each turn.

[Ordained Stillness] — Debuff: Each stack stuns the target for 2 turns (can only be applied once every 3 turns) and takes damage equals to 20% of Moebius’s Physical Attack at the end of action (max at 60%).

ACTIVE — Deals 200% of Physical Attack damage to all enemies, and 25% more damage to targets inflicted with [Ordained Stillness] for the next 3 turns.
