Ooh, this ask is so soft and sweet!! It's also perfect because I think handholding was probably the first bit of physical affection Mutsuki was the one to initiate with Suzuya. Suzuya is more of a hugger/cuddler who would just glomp Mutsuki the second he knows he can get away with it. Smaller, less 'human weighted blanket' touches like holding hands and even their first kiss were up to Mutsuki to introduce to their relationship, and I think he would grow to really want those soft, sweet, little things with him, so he would work up the courage to introduce them.
To this day, whenever they find themselves idly hanging out together, it's almost always him who holds Suzuya's hand. He's so shy and sweet about it, tentatively hovering his hand near Suzuya's, maybe giving him a little nudge for his attention. He just adores how Suzuya's tiny hand feels in his, and of course it can be reassuring when he's dreading something or anxious, but he also wants to be respectful and not surprise him. That being said, if he's determined enough and Suzuya isn't picking up the hint, which happens a lot with Mutsuki's polite hints, or (read: especially) when it's less that he wants to hold hands and more that Suzuya seems like he could use something to squeeze, he will eventually speak up and just ask him if he can hold his hand.

favorite thing about them: I like how his growth as a person didn't feel unnatural or sudden as you'd imagine it being. By the time of re:, he's clearly grown a lot and is a very stable team leader. This doesn't mean he perfectly fits into the corporate hellscape that is the CCG though. I love how he kept his childlike and energetic nature without sacrificing proper growth and development.

How I feel about this character: God the way I could talk for ages but I really don't have the time so I'll just..... *inhales* BLESSED MURDER MENTALLY ILL GOOD BOY NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG IN HIS LIFE BUT HE DID SO MUCH WRONG ISHIDA I WILL HAVE YOUR HEAD FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HIM
All the people I ship with this character: There's obviously Mutsurie which I will scream about further down the page. I did for a while really like him with Aura but I don't really anymore. Suzumutsu makes me so overwhelmingly happy because just... look at them <3
My non-romantic OTP for this character: Whilst I did used to ship it, I now think that Aura is that BroTP that Mutsuki needs in his life.
My unpopular opinion about this character: I personally think that his portrayal of mental illness is a great way of showing how people really look at mentally ill people. Tokyo Ghoul is chocked to the brim with mentally ill characters but Mutsuki's portrayal is seemingly the most controversial. Mental illness has become so romanticised that spaces that claim to be safe for the mentally ill turn out anyone who doesn't fit in their definition of an "acceptable mental illness". It's the same with Mutsuki. "I love mentally ill people" until they're lashing out against those trying to help, becoming fully obsessed with someone, animal harm. To many people this isn't mental illness but just "icky" to many people and it explainds the fandom's treatment of him in the past.
One thing I wished had happened with this character in canon: HIM ENDING UP WITH URIE PLEASE HE CAN TREAT YOU RIGHT
My OTP: Many people scamper to get off the HMS Mutsurie as it crashes head first into the iceberg. Not me though. As chaos ensues around me I look down into the water that will surely take me, swirl my wine, raise my glass and say "I couldn't care less if you died" Such sweet words. Such sweet boys. This ship will make a wonderful grave.
My crossover ship: Hmmmm.... once again a tricky one. A nagging impulse is telling me Homura and my gut hasn't steered me wrong before (that often) so I guess that's what I'm going with.
A headcanon fact: Mutsuki's a lot nosier than people would think. He had a very good map of everyone's business at the CCG and has very long talks with Saiko about what he's uncovered. People trust him with things because he seems unassuming. Plus who would he really tell about this? Spoiler alert, a lot of affairs get exposed the moment Mutsuki moves to a new faction. No one can figure out why though.

For Mikayuu its totally Mika! He’d be the type to kiss Yuu on the forehead all the time and sneak a nose peck.
For Mutsurie: It’s be Mutsuki-Hes affectionate and would do quick but cute little kisses on Urie.
IchiRuki: Ichigo would lean down and kiss Rukia on her nose and forhead and watch as she gets flustered!
Gets jealous the most:

Hmm...Honestly I feel like both Urie and Mutsuki are prone to jealousy-But I think more so for Urie. I think if Mutsuki and Urie are dating Mutsukis trust would outway his jealousy-And Uries just a very jealous boy.
Ichigo-He would never admit it but he gets jealous more than Rukia would.
Takes care of the other on sick days:
MikaYuu: Since Mikas a vampire and Yuus got the healing strength of a demon-I dont think either gets sick. But I think when they were smaller Yuu took care of Mika-But acted like it was a bother.
Mutsurie: Mutsuki would because Urie pushes himself to hard and would catch a cold or something.
Rukia would take care of Ichigo-While lecturing him on getting sick. But she’d be surprisingly good at it.
Drags the other person out into the water on beach day:
Yuu would drag Mika into the water and laugh at his shocked expression. Mika would get huffy but probably end up starting a splash war with him.
I dont think Mutsuki or Urie would really do that-I think they’d probably just hang out and maybe dip their feet in the water.
Rukia has a playful side and she loves teasing Ichigo-She’d totally pull him into the water.
Brings the other lunch at work:
Yuu would-I know Mikas a vampire put he’d probably give him a vial of his blood out of know where out of concern for his health.
Urie! Remember the omake when he was saying he’d make Mutsuki food after noticing his weight lost?? Yeah he’d do it.
Ichigo! Rukia has a tendicy to forget stuff like that-So he’d have to remind her to eat and would drop food off.
Tries to start role-playing in bed:
Yuu and Mika is adamant about not doing it out of embarrassment. Its a on going discussion.
Mutsuki would nervously bring it up one day and Urie is surprised-But would comply with his request.
Rukia would slyly mention it-And Ichigo would be super flustered and say no-But eventually Rukia would convince him to give it a try.
Embarrassingly drunk dancer:
Yuu is a bumbling idiot and Mika is wondering why he puts up with him.
Yeah remember the ‘lets become women’ scene? Mutsukis a happy drunk and would drag a unwilling Urie to dance some absurd form of the Macarana and nae nae mixed together.
Rukia! Shes just go crazy on the dance floor and Ichigo is cracking up.
Firmly believes in couples costumes:
Surprisingly Mika-He wants to show off Yuu and, being possessive, would want to prove hes no one elses.
Urie thinks its riduculous and Mutsuki thinks its cute! He’d try to convince Urie to do it with him at least once.
Ichigo-He’d probably do it and Rukia wouldnt argue! She like the idea these humans made up.
Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas:
Mika-He only wants the best for Yuu and if that means spending a bunch of money so be it.
Urie! He has expensive taste anyway and as long as it isnt outrageously expensive then he’d glady go a little over the limit for Mutsuki.
Ichigo-Hes laid back and when he sees a bracelet that would be perfect for her, well,...He’d go for it despite the price-tag.
Makes the other eat breakfast:
Mika would have to always remind Yuu to eat-Not that he hates food, no, Yuus a glutton, but sometimes he forgets to eat due to work.
Mutsuki doesnt eat enough ever and Urie has to watch after it for him.
Once again, Ichigo because Rukia forgets to do stuff like that.
Remembers anniversaries:
Both Mika and Yuu remember these things-But Yuu would probably notice it getting closer earlier on then Mika. Mika has a lot of worries and wont notice as quickly and Yuu would.
Urie would remember every little thing and have it all written down.
Ichigo is surprisingly thoughtful for this stuff and its not like Rukia isnt-Shes just lived a long time and forgets how quick time moves for humans.
Brings up having kids first:
Mika would be terrified with the thought of having children-Hes scared he’d hurt them. So It would have to be Yuu that would bring it up-And he loves the thought of having mini humans join their family.
Mutsuki! He would also be fearful of the thought of hurting them-But he also wants to have a family. So after many talks with Urie and some therapy I think they’d both be ready for kids.
Ichigo-Hes a family lover and he loves Rukia so much that the thought of having their very own baby-It warms his heart. And Rukia asks him what took him so long to ask-Because she was thinking the same thing.
Kills the bugs:
Okay with every one of my couples-They are all badass and would not fear things such as bugs-They all have other things to worry about.
First to define them as a couple:
Yuu would say it proudly and with a arm around his shoulders to his squad.
Urie would to Takeomi-As a way to show off his boyfriend. Mutsuki chocks on his coffee out of shock.
Rukia would say it casually-Saying if they were to be dating he should take her out moire.
Who hides their guilty pleasures longer:
Mika-Hes an embressed little boi.
Urie-He hates anything that would be concerned imporper and would hide his waaayy longer than Mutsuki.
Ichigo-Rukia would tease him relentlessly for any of them.
Snorts while laughing:
Yuu would laugh so hard he snorts a bunch!
Mutsuki and he blushes so hard for it.
Rukia-And Ichigo finds it adorable.

Hello! You have no idea (well, you might once you read the full paragraphs below haha) how excited I was to answer your very important, deliciously angsty questions! Honestly I've been wanting to write some Suzuya hurt/comfort for aaaages, because I definitely see both of them having their moments though I know I tend to actually post my writings of one side more than the other. I hope I provided the insight into the inner workings of Suzuya Juuzou that you're looking for, anon!
1.what would make juuzou genuinely upset/angry in an relationship and how does he act when he's angry/upset?
Although we see him become a much more forgiving person in :RE itself and I say this as someone who adores him as a character, a lot of things make him angry. He is the type to have big anger over small missteps, especially those that make him feel like the offender is judging him. Little things that could come with good intentions from a partner, like messing with his doom piles, commenting on his snack choices, or trying to tuck in his shirt that he left untucked on purpose will flip his anger switch just as much as something truly heinous.
As far as how he acts, he doesn't get mad. His eye might twitch or he might get a little more fidgety than usual when something upsets him, but for the most part, he just gets even. Now, getting even isn't always crashing someone's shiny new motorcycle or getting violent. It can be as quick and easy as making a hurtful remark back at the person who can't believe he's unwrapping a piece of candy before dinner or hiding something precious to the partner who messed up a pile that he had organized his way and seeing how they like it. He might have come a long way and forgiven Big Madam of all people, and he might actually let some slights against him go once he's had a chance to cool down, but he still holds grudges sometimes and can easily relapse into the vengeful soul he was before.
Mutsuki's accepting nature protects him from this side of Suzuya a lot of the time because he doesn't try to fix or change people no matter how different they are from him. He even respects people who are disrespectful to him, but early in their relationship he probably did earn Suzuya's vengeance a couple of small, petty times just wanting to help with things he didn't completely understand. The first time, he apologizes and just takes whatever petty revenge Suzuya throws at him. The second time, the revenge is less petty and he's grown a little more assertive so he doesn't accept it and he's like "that was mean. Why did you do that?"
Actually thinking about it instead of just acting makes Suzuya realize he cares about Mutsuki more than cares about making him pay for the initial offense, so they end up talking it out and from then on, Suzuya is better at asking himself if his first impulse is worth potentially hurting Mutsuki before he does whatever act of revenge he had in mind. The answer is just about always no. Gods help whoever makes him angry by hurting Mutsuki in any way, though.
2.what is something that would bring juuzou to tears and how does he's particularly sad? would he cry in front of anyone? how does he accept help and comforting?
Suzuya doesn't cry often, and he's more likely to cry from overwhelm than from sadness. He's more listless and may shut down in situations where others who express themselves differently might cry. Going quiet, staring off into space, not getting out of bed, vacantly trying to roll snacks towards his mouth so he moves as little as possible while comfort-eating, that's how you know he's sad.
He would cry in front of anyone and everyone, because if he's at that point, he's beyond controlling his reaction to whatever drove him to tears. As we saw in the Owl Suppression Operation, if something strikes the right chord to make him cry, it's messy and out of control. Screaming in anguish, hammering fists on his surroundings, destroying things or hurting himself, curling up into a ball, it's a tempestuous fit to release the overload of whatever brought him to that point in any way he can.
Considering his junior partner doubles as a personal care aide, he's actually pretty good at accepting practical help. Comfort, on the other hand, he often doesn't think to seek in other people. It's not that he doesn't want or need that sometimes, but very rarely does he recognize what he's feeling enough for the idea to occur to him. He's more likely to find distractions on his own until either the sadness passes or he can't handle it alone anymore.
He's a hard person to read even for people who devote themselves to offering him their support, and often the first sign that he's in need of comforting is when Shinohara, Hanbee, Mutsuki, or someone close enough to have the opportunity finds him heavily self-soothing to comfort himself. Unless there is self-injury or damaging stuff involved, there's often no way to know if what he's doing is working and he just needs space to let it work or not except letting him know you're there and giving him the chance to do what he will with that information. Most of the time, Suzuya will eventually stagger to wherever Mutsuki is and wait quietly to be invited in for healing hugs, usually taking his sadness ball of blankets/plushies/etc with him, plus or minus venting to him about what's wrong.
