5? 7?? years ago @swankyangles gifted me a couple pipes in need of some repairs, back when I was doing a lot more pipe restoration stuff. Finished this one today, finally, sort of on a whim. My phone isn't picking up much of the green, but I gave it a neat little green wash to pop some of the burl out. Also because I plan on using it to try some Sutliff Frosty Mint, which.. if you're going to have mentholated pipe tobacco, you definitely aren't going to use that pipe to smoke anything else. May as well go color coded.

Note
Hey railbearoh, just curious- what tobaccy do you smoke in your pipes?
Usually one of three blends from Boswell's: Route 22, Bear Blend, or Northwoods. I also like Lane 1Q, and Sutliff Blend No.5

Rules Free Radio Jan 2 2023
Tumblr media
Tuesdays 2pm - 5pm  EST Rules Free Radio With Steve  Caplan bombshellradio.com On the next Rules Free Radio with Steve Caplan, we'll wrap up 2023 by mixing in some of the music that came out this past year and hearing a few new ones that came out recently. A new single from Joe Delvecchio, The Incurables, Fireking, Raw Terra, and one from a new anniversary release of The Wheel by Rosanne Cash. There'll be a bunch of classics including Todd Rundgren, The Zombies, Let’s Active, Dire Straits, Robyn Hitchcock doing Dylan, Love, Springsteen, The Beach Boys, David Bowie, Harry Nilsson, Laura Nyro and Labelle, and a bunch more. And as you know, we lost a ton of people this past year including someone just after Christmas, Tom Smothers. He was a comedian, musician, free speech advocate, and activist in the 60s and 70s. Along with his brother, Dick, they had a progressive comedy for a few years that CBS canceled in the early 70s because of The Smothers Brothers commentary about the government and their anti-war stance about the war in Vietnam, which they presented on their show. They also featured some of the most popular music artists of the day. We start the show with a tribute to Tom Smothers by featuring not just The Smothers Brothers comedy, but actual audio from some of their shows and other music Tom was involved with. The Smothers Brothers - Mom Always Liked You Best! John Lennon & Tom Smothers - Give Peace a Chance Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit The Doors - Wild Child The Who - My Generation Jimi Hendrix - I Don't Live Today The Smothers Brothers - Jenny Brown H. July Scholarship Picks – Less Debt, More Opportunity in 2023
Paying for college isn’t easy. But, if you’re looking for some help for education expenses, we have good news. We have a MASSIVE scholarship database of college scholarships for you.
To make finding financial aid easier, we’ve included a list of ten prizes below. These picks come from our free scholarship finder. It’s updated regularly with new scholarships, so check in regularly to find new scholarship opportunities.
We have tons of scholarships by major, scholarships by state, scholarships for women, scholarships for minority students, merit scholarships, need based scholarships, and much more. Be sure to understand how your profile matches with different types of scholarships so you know which awards you’re most competitive for. Also, always ensure you read eligibility requirements closely!
It can be frustrating to invest time into an application only to realize you’re ineligible.
Additionally, winning scholarships requires the creation of great scholarship applications. The BridgesEDU Toolkit provides numerous articles to help you win scholarships, and the best part is, they’re completely free. Take a look at these options:
What are the pros and cons of scholarships?
How to address scholarship application weaknesses?

How do I answer “Why do you deserve this scholarship?”
