I've just finished the last volume of Danganronpa: The Animation. This is originally a video game in which students attend a special school called Hope's Peak Academy. These aren't regular high school students. They're the best at what they do, & deemed "Ultimates". I heard about this a few years ago when a friend mentioned it & I looked it up. It's intense! This manga is based off the first game: Trigger Happy Havoc, which follows Makoto Naegi, a normal student who got into Hope's Peak after winning a draw to go there, deeming him the Ultimate Lucky Student. He meets his classmates with actual talents, who are told by the headmaster, a bear called Monokuma, that to "graduate", they have to KILL a classmate, & get away with it. It's an awesome story.
