I finished the main game of Super Mario RPG !
I don’t know why I got so confused at Geno shooting stars : I literally saw him do that all the time in one of the triple moves-
Also I love Smithy's true form, he looks like a toaster !
(Also also having Boomer "die" and the group literally dance happily afterwards made me burst out laughing-)

!!Warning for spoilers on the Super Mario RPG remake!!!
So, now that the Super Mario RPG remake is out and I've started playing it, I've gotten to Sunken Ship and I have to say...
RPG Mario is best Mario.
As in the character. This version of Mario is fucking fantastic. He's got much more personality than usual. I don't even think the Paper Mario series can compare to this action-seeking, theatrical, humorous goofball.
Not only does he run into battle without hesitation, he even does so when he's clearly outnumbered or should calm down a sec and think things through.
And he was fully prepared and willing to beat up a child for an unintentionally backhanded comment.
He's also so cartoony when he explains everything with charades, adding to his goofiness.
Plus the moments I didn't get screenshots of, like him barging into a wedding to officiate it, photo bombing a group picture outside said wedding, him being interrupted as him and the gang is about to leave, then next time they try to leave he pauses to make sure they aren't interrupted again.
So much personality in this version of our red plumber! He's absolutely my favourite version!
