Hi ☺️ to be honest with you big part of why my butt looks like is about genetics, my mum has a big one too 😁 but working out helps a ton and it looks way better, like the shape overall is nicer
I usually do rdls, squats, hip abduction/adduction, hyperextensions, leg press and hamstrings curls on leg days. I don't have a specific glute workout, I'm trying to add other exercises like Bulgarian splits or step ups or hip thrusts (which I do sometimes but not that often), lunges...
And eat lots of protein!!!!!!!!!!! You want to grow those muscles 💪💪💪 of course rest and sleep well and if you think you aren't progressing as you would like to maybe ask for help and try some specific glute growth programs
I struggle too with my upper body training 😩 you're not alone
Sometimes we focus so much on the results we can see that we don't realise how far we've come and how much stronger we are 💪😎
And it's definitely not a perfect cake, what I post is the pictures I feel good about so as you see from the side looks juicier and prettier

Uhhhhhhh night wings entirely lost a lot of their culture when moving to the island it makes me sad
Oh yeah for sure !!! I think it's really fun to write in but it makes me genuinely really sad. It's one of the things that really hits me from Darkstalker's pov- he's like a sad, evil Aang, coming back to find everything he loves is a forgotten myth. I think there's room here for a Darkstalker redemption fic honestly where him and Moon work to rebuild Nightwing knowledge bc I think, in a world where he isn't evil, it could potentially be a super rich storytelling vein.
I think my big thing is they lost so much of their nighttime flair !! I love the idea of like- Nighttime festivals, the main one I've been rotating in my head is, through predictions, meteor-showers as a party. I think it'd be cute if it was somewhat of a (rotating) valentine's day or day for new couples- you sort of solidify your relationship by wishing on a shooting star. The other dual purpose is a sort of "day of the dead" style celebration- you're watching Nightwings who died fly across the sky, and asking them for their approval or celebrating their life. There's a lot of fun to be had with pre-island traditions, as well as how Nightwings would try to adapt their traditions to the island (I was thinking paper lanterns could be a fun tradition to honor the spirits they left behind, though it would've fizzled out by the DoD's time as the Nightwings become more militaristic).

Aurora's a cleric of war, right? What god does she serve and how does she come into that path post-tadpole?
She is! I thought it was a fitting mix of "religious figurehead" and "brutal killing machine", marrying divine powers with physical fighting prowess that would be feared on any battlefield.
Pre-tadpole it was obviously Bhaal. She didn't have any other training or affinities for any of the other classes, so she relied mostly on her natural strength in addition to daddy Bhaal's gifts. She could have trained to become a wizard with her high INT stat, but her interests lied elsewhere (like medicine and biology).
I've talked about this a couple of times, and I'm still trying to figure things out 100%, but post-tadpole it's Lathander of all things. It started out as a "wouldn't it be fun if the god of new beginnings looked at Bhaal's devil spawn and thought "I can fix her"", and then it kinda evolved from there.
For now I'm playing with the idea that her adoptive mother was a worshiper of Lathander, and would pray to him about all the struggles she was facing with Aurora (she tried to be a good kid, but her bhaalist nature made her act out, and she struggled both emotionally and mentally).
This eventually caught the eye of Lathander, who is known to stick his fingers in plenty of pies in his crusade against evil. I just imagine that if he got the chance to fuck with Bhaal and whatever plans he has, Lathander would jump on that so quick.
It's also what I've been using as an excuse for Aurora's age; in Bhaal's weakened state, Lathander was able to fuck with his influence over Aurora enough for her to be well into adulthood before Bhaal finally got his claws in her proper. Most people seem to put Durge in their early 30s, but I see Aurora as being around 60-70 at the time of BG3.
How does this all fit in with Jergal and his whole thing? I have no fucking clue, and I'm honestly tempted to just ignore it since we're not getting a continuation on BG3 anyways. My city now I guess. (Which means I'll keep thinking about until the end of time and never settle on anything lmao).

here is the absolute worst take I have ever seen about DMC on tumblr ever.

Also Nero beats the absolute horseshit outta his dad but according to them that’s the universal sign of forgiveness and respect.
Nero never truly forgave Vergil for being a loser and calls him an idiot and flips him off. But sure whatever fits the box.
Also there was this post where someone analysed that scene and came up with the conclusion that Vergil never intended to fight his son in the first place. I can’t find it but it’s really good please send me the link if you can find it.
DMC5 is basically Vergil’s character arc of accepting his humanity and accepting that he is the shitty one and starting to change and heal. He was a shit human in the past I’ll give you that but he’s changing. He’s not some cold manipulator anymore, his emotions are genuine.
Also, I’m pretty sure the “my son means nothing to me” line was a mistranslation and he actually says something along the lines of “I have no son” but you might have to fact check me on that one.
But if that’s the correct translation, it was highly likely a “heat of the moment” thing that Vergil regrets when he actually comes face to face with his own son, based on his words later. “This has nothing to do with you, stay out of this” Vergil never truly wanted a battle with Nero, he doesn’t argue back at all, he just lets Nero scream at him about how he’s a terrible person.
Also the person who wrote that has apparently accused Vergil fans of being r*pe apologists, abuse apologists and of being racist and sexist and antisemitic or other random gross shit despite they themselves sending death and r*pe threats to people. Yeah it’s as dumb as it sounds.
TLDR:the reading comprehension devil grows stronger every day

Hi Hii! I've had this ask in my box for like, over a month 😔 I'm so sorry. I just really wanted to give it proper attention and haven't been able to.
So, about my s/i. Sunny is a human. (In AUs where she isn't, his demon/angel name is Solaris). Before coming to the Dvldom he was a freelance writer who worked (mainly) from home. He did everything from technical writing to proofreading to writing romance. Other than that, she broke up with her boyfriend a few months before.
Then boom. Suddenly he's going to Demon school. I wouldn't say he's all that happy about it but he rolls with it 🤷 what can you do? He becomes friends with S-tan and Asmo really quickly because they're her kind of people demons. She doesn't get along well with Luci at first bcus well, he's not exactly playing nice, and they're a bit too similar. (Her sin is also pride). This all works out when Luci realizes she's not actually a threat and they both want his family to be okay. (I basically follow the OG plot).
He joins the Newspaper club as an extracurricular activity. It keeps his writing skills sharp and allows her to try something new. She mainly does articles on things from a humans perspective as a way to eductate her peers and form good interspecies relations. Which is something he takes seriously. But also, he likes Mephi like the second she sees him. Mephi does try to stop her from joining the club but she's like um actually here's written permission from Dia himself, so like, that's too bad. Queen of malcious compliance.
Sunny's primary skill, other than writing, is that she's really perceptive. Not only in the literal sense of seeing physical details others miss, but in all other senses. Inconsistencies, lies, big picture problems, etc. A hyperawareness of more than just what it seems on the surface. This makes him effective at picking up on changes in his friends and avoiding disasters, but also gets him into trouble. Bluntly, he's reckless. He sees what needs to be done and will act on it.
Due to this, he comes across as unpredictable. Especially since he won't wait to ask for help before literally risking it for the biscuit. (Barbs has another full time job with this one). Though Sunny is reliable. She would do anything for his friends. Remember when I said she's like Luci? Yep. Sunny couldn't care less what anyone else thinks of him. But she will do anything to keep the ones he loves safe. It's not like he has anything to lose.
Speaking of friends, Sunny is completely on Solo.mon's side. His whole thing about protecting humans from demons and angels? Yep. She's his partner in that ambition - forever. No matter what it takes. As much as she wants Dia's dream of better relations to be true, she's definitely on the home team's side. Plus, they have a lot to relate on in the first place.
