Reasons Why I Need a Sexy JoongDunk BL
If you know me, then you’ll know that it’s actually kind of funny that I’m asking for this. Me. A sex-repulsed leaning asexual who, for the most part, tends to stay away from (overly) sexy and/or horny series. And yet I really want a sexy JoongDunk series. A messy, Only Friends-type of series even, perhaps.
Make no mistake, though. I don’t actually want it for me, oh no. No, I want a sexy JoongDunk series for them, for their sake. Because I feel like they’d have a whole lot of fun with it.
And here’s why I think so:
Reason #1: Dum Dum
Definitely the most obvious reason, but the LOL Fanfest Dum Dum performance: the fact that the choreography was like That. And the fact that it was their idea to switch up who bites who for day 2:
Not to mention the fact that Dunk actually bit Joong for real:
I'm just saying, they wanted “hot and sexy”, they chose this:
Reason #2: “We’ve never done this before”
The way they kept bringing up how Hidden Agenda is more mature than Star in My Mind and how there were scenes that they’d never done before*, it seemed to have been a big deal for them.

Reason #3: “Favorite episode of Hidden Agenda? Episode 8!!”
The way Joong immediately said episode 8 was his favorite, smiling expectantly at Dunk...
...and then was very adamant when Dunk couldn’t decide between episodes 7 and 8:
Considering their comments of how “episode 8 is special” because they’ve “never done anything like this before”... Well, dare I bet it’s their favorite episode because of the ending specifically. Unless maybe they were particularly excited about the stalker story line. I don’t think they’d done that before either.
Reason #4: Ep8 watch party live on Instagram
The way they actually sat down and went live on Instagram in order to watch, react to, and comment on the entirety of episode 8.
And considering Dunk’s comment at the beginning of this live about how it’s “something we've never done before” I’m absolutely convinced they chose ep8 to react to specifically because of the ending lmao. Unless, of course, they were extremely hyped about the stalker plot. There were no creepy stalker plots in Star in My Mind, nor do I remember any significant stalking in Joong’s other works. Or maybe the two of them were referring to the scene where Zo bites Joke’s arm. I don’t remember any biting from Star in My Mind, so who knows, it might be that. What else was special in ep8? Oh right, Joke punched the stalker. That can’t have been the “we’ve never done this before” thing, though, considering Joong was literally in a Mafia series before. Also, he punched Pepper in Star in My Mind. My theory still stands.
Reason #5: “It was more intense than this”
In that instagram live they also dropped that a lot was cut from that scene and that it was supposed to be more intense than this. Uh, boys...? What kind of choreography did y’all on set come up with for this scene exactly??
(I can’t stop laughing at Dunk's face when he agrees with Joong saying that a lot was cut. He looks like he suddenly bit into a very sour lemon lmao)
In conclusion:
Clearly they had a lot of fun with the Dum Dum performance and it seems that they were very excited about getting to do something more mature with Hidden Agenda, and also getting the the chance to do something that they’ve “never done before” in ep8 specifically. So my point stands: I think they’d have a blast playing a sexy series together. I want it for them.

What’s up tumblr hope you had a super fun leap day. sparkle on. big news my first seed start sprouted while I was at work ✨
#might have to change the url bc I’m in my collard era lol#my day was alright#I ate some shrimp curry that I’d accidentally left out all night and was fine bc I’m a scavenger of a person#then bc I started to feel PMDD fatigue I laid in bed with great elan til my shift started#then I spilled coffee all over my work clothes bc I stuck it in a very sketchy travel mug someone left in our house at the last party#and I listened to Screamin Jay Hawkins on the ride to work which was fun#work was a bit chaotic but uneventful and got to spend a huge chunk of it outside#it seems I have way better ball control than I did when I was a kid. whyyy now. i was such a loser I could have used some athleticism#but I’m so glad it’s the weekend so I can go palliative care mode which is what I call my lizard brumation pmdd phase#and stopped by a friend’s house after work which was nice#really rejuvenating#then made a sort of weird frittata w/ beets peppers and potatoes bc I was too tired to actually cook#watched sense and sensibility 1995 and really liked it although I found myself wishing for a bit more anguish. sorry#and I think I might set out one of the frozen almond croissants to proof overnight so I can bake it for bfast tomorrow#will go for a very short swim but probably only about 30 min bc of aforementioned fatigue. then pick up yogurt and a silly little treat#and will have ****** and **** for dinner either tomorrow or Saturday which will be nice#but really hoping Saturday because **** **** ** **** lol#and then Sunday I’m trepidatious about because **** was like what are you doing Sunday and I’m like well I guess having a fraught and#difficult conversation about our dynamic! lol#I’m very lucky to have proactive friends who are good communicators. truly I do not deserve his kindness. but like. god. let me retreat and#lick my wounds!#i shan’t get into it. but just know I know how S&G felt#and then another work week but I’m starting to really get a feel for the routine and what works and what doesn’t#and I’m excited for my next few meal preps we got millet and kale gratin#and a Lebanese chickpea dish the name of which unfortunately escapes me atm#but my mouth is watering thinking about it. saw a vid and was instantly influenced and went to the pantry to see if I had the stuff and I#dooooooooooo#and I do feel like I’m beginning to get past the worst of [event] and its sadness

Thinking about going to World Most Boring Bible Study Ever. Idk yall. Idk. Idek.

hm. already regret signing up for more hours in february my time management skills are just. straight up nonexistent, i'll be real

also I was hoping that today with all three cake decorators in we could get a decent stockpile going so that tomorrow when I'm by myself on christmas eve I could maybe leave early (since you don't want to overproduce if you're closed the next day), but the decorator that booked off both christmas eve and boxing day called in sick today 🤔 so now the place is barren and I'm starting from basically complete scratch tomorrow
#I spent all day on orders pretty much (usually how it is on weekends) so it was supposed to be two of them filling the showcase#and making extra stuff for me the next day when I'm alone#one can't/won't (? not sure which) work sundays and the other booked it off so I'm alone tomorrow#and tomorrow is going to be another all day orders so sorry if you wanted cake there won't be any#and I can't even be lazy about it bc I work alone on boxing day too so I'm just screwing myself over#I haven't had christmas eve or boxing day off since I've started working here. I was told you aren't allowed to book off christmas eve#I think next year I might request them off. treat myself#we desperately need another part time decorator that will work sundays bc I'm by myself every week#and sundays often have just as many orders as saturdays#and on sunday the case is always empty because people buy everything saturday evening#so this weekend is just the usual I guess except saturday was the 23rd which is always the busiest day of the year so it is extra bad

I fear I've made a grave mistake
#covid was going around at work so i made sure to keep my N-95 on at all times and use proper ppe with any covid resident#because i was Not gonna get sick befote comic-con#and i didn't!#but comic-con's over and i think i might have caught covid during the convention 😬#fortunately my sunday cosplay was quite literally a giant box with a hole over the eyes so i doubt i really passed it on then#but i wasn't wearing a mask (despite being very aware that i could end up getting covid because it's a huge crowd of people)#and i am realizing that was a Mistake#I'm only feeling a little gross so far but it's making me remember how much covid sucked#(not as bad as the flu tho so at least there's that?)#and wearing a mask would have been so much less uncomfortable than that constant headache and sore throat#I'm gonna hopefully get tested tomorrow and obviously I'll wear a mask if i leave the house even if it's negative just to be safe#but next year i think I'll probably make some cute lil masks to match my cosplays#because this was A Mistake™#(and it was a fairly shitty weekend too because apparently i only catch covid on shitty days)#(the first time i got it was - i think - from watching Morbius in theaters because it was the only place i didn't mask up bc snacks)#(so i guess i just gotta stop making bad decisions and having bad days)#okay I'm going to bed so i can wake up and get tested and hopefully find out I'm wrong 🤞

day two done (ish) of straight 9 hrs of sculpting \o/ its a bit jarring going from grunt work with sporadic creative moments to nonstop creative shit. my brain hasn't done this in a while LOL. (it feels really REALLY good though). i will probably continue after dinner today too because im ahead of my portfolio schedule and if i can get this one thing done today, i can have all day tomorrow to maybe add some extra pieces in :)
