A short furred ticked russet tom with pale green eyes, Quiveringheart was first named for his weak body and weaker immune-system. The first moon of Quiveringkit’s life was spent in the healer’s den being monitored and attended to as his breathing regularly faltered in his sleep. Eventually his lungs became stronger, his gaze clearer and he was freed from the medic’s den. The clan had been under the impression that Quiveringkit would eventually become a model ShadowClan warrior when he survived where his sister didn’t. They were immediately disappointed when the russet tom never became what they wanted.
He’s very anxious and guilt-stricken, believing most truly that he’s the reason for his parents splitting up as a kit. He feels immense pressure from his father to be a good warrior to be proud of. One of the most heartbreaking events of his life was his father turning away from him, choosing to step back from his life even after he turned six moons old. Quiveringpaw was forced to listen to the whispers and rumors the clan created about him and the scathing remarks that he was what happened when a father shirked his duty to his kits.
His life only started really looking up when he officially moved into the apprentice's den. He was already vaguely familiar with his old denmates but he only became super close to Marrowpaw and Thistlepaw when he started training as a crafter. It was like he gained a brother and a sister overnight, two cats willing to protect him from the whispers and the rumors no matter what. To top it all off, his mentor - Sunstone - turned out to be one of the nicest cats he'd ever met. She was patient, gentle and kind; uncaring when he stammeringly asked questions and guided his paws through weaving.
Quiveringheart has a powerful metabolism that keeps him from gaining much weight - he rarely if ever puts on even a thin layer of fat. This would seem like just a minor point except it affects every aspect of his life - without a fat layer, all impacts when fighting hurt much more and have higher chances of thoroughly injuring him. He’s always at least vaguely hungry, there’s almost never enough food in the clan for him to feel full. When he was younger, some of the older cats shamed him for constantly eating so now he overcompensates in the opposite direction, frequently starving himself so as not to take food from more deserving cats.

In Gatali, siblings Ardere and Fuligo have lived in the ruins all their lives, but both have felt their dreams pulling them towards the Strath, the places where the Kingdoms live. The occupants, that many in the Ruins hated due to the War between the neighbors. But soon those pulls became too strong and soon both them deep into many things, danger and turmoil around many corners.
Kemuri had a good life in her honest option even if she didn't feel satisfied or whole. But then one day, a cat by the name of Locustpaw, who boasted stories of his heroism and bravery, a life that she had only lived in her dreams.
Sasha feels alone, after her twoleg had stop moving she had no choice but to leave the only place she called home. Though she didn't make it far until she was snatched up by this group that calls themselves The Sun Swallower, who are trying to strip everything that makes her, her dreams that promise her a better life makes her steel her heart to try and find a way to escape.
These four cats, in ways different from each other, will answer the call, the pull. They will embrace their new homes, learning from them, gaining new friends and families, challenges from all sides, from bullies, harsh weather and even death.

Drawing massive inspiration from many other fanworks such as @strelles-universe, @cats-of-eden-valley, @oldfacesnewdawnoffical, @shatteredpaths, @aiilurociide, @bonefall and the @the-world-of-ignavus alongside with works such as Guardians of Gahoole, Puss in Boots, Bioshock, Cult of the Lamb, this is the Determined Sparks Au… a kinda fix it fic kinda not of the first arc of Warriors. This Au takes place in a post apocalyspe world where thanks to the humans, dogs, cats, and rats have been mutated due to gene splicing. Humans still exist, but they too have been mutated, gene splicing their own dna, but they are not the main focus. I'm not going to erase all the bad stuff that warriors cats did but I hope that I can acknowledge it in a better narrative. Thank you all for the mention above for giving me so much inspirataion and I hope you all enjoy when I finally get this stuff written down.

The Twins, Amber and Obsidian have heard stories of the Clans. Four groups of only cats who lived in the valley next to the Kingdom. While Obsidian was more focus on becoming a guard, Amber wants to one day live out the life she only hears from her Papa and her Father when he comes to visit. Both young cats feeling the pull to step forward and take a chance.
Smoke, one of the last cats who were effected by the last of the humans trying to survive in this world… just wants a place to call home. A place where she can be safe without the fear of someone stabbing her into the back, a place where she can have friends and one day a family but she fears she will never have it since Delta died.
12-1…justs wants to go home… snatched from his family and taken to a place called the Nursery, he was stripped of his name and force to work, harvesting Ambrosia. Everyday he feels himself being stripped of his individuality, his own self of being… the despair that he will never take another step out of this place… but hope is strong… and he has heard that the group who has taken him fear one thing: The Clans.
These four cats, in ways different from each other will answer the call, the pull. They will embrace their new homes, learning from them, gain new friends and families… while at the same time will face challenges from all sides, from bullies, illness, harsh weather, betrayal along with murder and death
Hello everyone! Welcome to the Determined Blaze au! Not exactly a fix-it fic…. Ok maybe it is who am I kidding but I have been wanting to do this for a very long time! In this humans are all but extinct only a few remain in this post apocalypse world where Godzilla failed to defeat Ghidorah in time. Taking inspiration from @oldfacesnewdawnoffical @ailurocide @bonefall @strelles-universe @trailofflamesrewrite @twilights-800-cats @fatal-rewrites-warriors @cats-of-eden-valley @ruse-rewrites-warriorcats along with works of guardians of gahoole, puss in boots and bioshock and cult of the lamb and maybe a bit of transformers
While I may say it’s a rewrite/fix it I will be trying my best to not… erase everything bad.. more importantly I will try my best to acknowledge it and guide it better than canon did.
Hopefully the revamp lore, actual characterization and changes that I do will keep you interested. I will also warn you all that ships that may have a age gap in canon have been a bit shifted in this timeline. I know lots of people get a bit… iffy on some pairing but please remember this isn’t canon and… there cats! No hate please!

There’s so many ways I could answer these, this is HAARRRDDDD T^T
Favorite detail: My foundling rule!! It’s something super simple, but so important, because not only does it clear up a TON of incest, it can also be used to drive motivations and drama.
Favorite scene: So far? Probably the opening scenes. I just really love writing those sorts of things ^^
Most-changed character: Laurelstorm lol, hands down
Least-changed character: Uhhhmmm probably Bearbelly. He’s stinky
Any inspirations: WOOF, aahhh… my biggest have got to be @fatal-rewrites-warriors, @bonefall and @strelles-universe; I’ve been following them for literal years, and I was so excited to finally get on the internet to share what I created just as they had. I seriously respect them so much; they’re so cool ^^
Any advice: I’ve actually got a full, extensive post of my advice here!! Highly recommend reading it, lol, in my personal opinion <3 (Us small blogs gotta stick together!!)
Free spot: I’m super proud of my worldbuilding. It just feels so vast and open, untouched by the hands of man, allowed to recover with civilizations who work with it rather than over it… it’s just really pretty. chances of cicerus lying to iria abt there being no world but the one shes landed in ... feel high. based on vibes from ur fic
oooh yeah that's fun
in terms of the campaign itself, the AU that the fic takes and branches off from the campaign is that, like. Cicerus the Prophet died in the Highlands because Dante Maxim left his side to help command and fight in an important pivotal battle because we thought Cicerus would be safe, and he wasn't, and then Every Single Thing As Mentioned In The Fic That Went Wrong In Iria's Timeline Has Happened In Campaign And Gone Wrong As Written. Iria & Co went on a rescue mission for Talvus into the Arcane Other after the Catalyst exploded, and in a weird past/future plane, Iria Strell did warn past Cicerus 'do not let Dante Maxim leave your side, even for a moment, if you ever go to the Highlands.'
I expect that this will mostly just create the stable time loop of this was where Cicerus heard the name 'Dante Maxim' in the first place and why he was interested enough in Dante that Dante ended up his bodyguard, and not actually change the timeline of events from the campaign. I have a few reasons to think this-- there was another, smaller incident in the past area that was the completion of a stable time loop; Iria had a Sending conversation in the past with Caetorius that he hadn't had with her, and then once we got to the past/future plane, he ended up re-having the Sending conversation from his end with past-her. But also, this campaign is being run as a 'historical campaign' to explore in more detail important historical events in a setting where a lot of other campaigns happen in the future, and so from a meta perspective it seems a little bit silly to have spent... somewhere between two to three real-life years on a historical campaign establishing an alternate history before discarding it all because we're actually in a different timeline where the Prophet changed everything.
on the other hand it fucking haunted me with 'okay but what if the timeline was exactly changed that much' / the angst of characters who manage to save everything at the cost of everyone who understood what they'd been through are gone because that timeline no longer even exists is, like. all of the feels I have about how LotR is a beautiful tragic bittersweet ending on steroids. I maybe want to write a book that is just flat-out that premise, and if I wasn't going to write a book, I sure as hell was going to write that fic.
which is mostly to say, there is no campaign canonical answer to 'was Cicerus lying when he said that there was no other world out there', the concept of it even being possible to change the future by sending information to the past is maybe just not how time works in the campaign. (if this ends up happening in the campaign I will Freak Out because gods did I not see that coming except I did well enough to write what I thought was an entirely AU fanfic about it????). but, like, word of god of having written the fic and being the person in control of what is True In The Fic, I am officially leaving it open as to whether or not parallel timelines really exist and Cicerus was either wrong or flat-out lying about 'no don't worry you're in the only real world', or if this was kind of some.... quantum superposition of possibilities that upon observation did collapse into Just That One Timeline despite Iria genuinely being from a possibility of another one. like, way more haunting to never confirm one way or the other. I will not deny that Cicerus sure had sketch vibes answering all those questions
