Eu tinha uma amiga de infância e quando ela ficou adolescente, ela ficava com um monte de gente. Quando a gente tinha 14 anos, ela me apresentou o namorado dela, chamado Thomas, eu nem gostei dele, achei ele meio idiota e tals. Ela terminou com ele, ficou puta com ele por algum motivo desconhecido por mim.

Em uma tarde quando eu tinha 17 anos, ela me disse: vamos lá com o pessoal, o Thomas vai tá lá. Ela me disse que os dois tinham voltado a ser amigos e tal, e eu concordei, eu já conhecia o pessoal. Thomas e eu, eu e Thomas, paixão imediata, tudo podia parar por ai e tava de boa, mas não, coloque mais duas garrafas de vinho barato e a historia muda.

Eu acho que eu bebi tanto, que eu creio que eu não sabia mais o meu nome e eu comecei a fletar com ele, e ela do meu lado, mas não disse nada, ai eu disse pra ela: eu não posso voltar pra casa, eu tô bebeda, se a minha mãe souber, ela me mata. Acho que já era umas 20 da noite quando eu voltei pra casa com ele, sendo que eu tinha saindo lá pelas 4 da tarde. Cheguei em casa e meu irmão me atendeu falando: Sua mãe foi lá na delegacia te procurar. Thomas foi embora e eu entrei, ai ela me ligou e eu atendi, ai ela veio pra casa com meu amigo e falou um monte.

ASSOCIATION OF SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS WITH IRON DEFICIENCY ANAEMIA AMONG THE PREGNANT WOMEN OF THE POOR URBAN POPULATION OF AJMER CITY| Asian Journal of Advances in Medical Science

Background: Till date Iron deficiency anaemia remains the main cause for anaemia among pregnant women. India stands ahead to all other nations in the world in the prevalence of iron deficiency anaemia among pregnant women. However, if left untreated, it can lead to many undue and unhappy adverse results on the mother and the foetus as well. This is an observational study to find relation between socio-demographic factors and anaemia among the poor pregnant women of the target group.

Materials and Methods: Questionnaire based survey of random pregnant women coming to Janana Hospital. Descriptive statistics was applied.

Results: The median age of women most affected were from the age of 20 to 30 years. Increasing number of gravidas also has an adverse effect on causing anaemia. Educational qualification contributes positively in building the health of the women. Non vegetarian diet had a benefit over the vegetarian diet in controlling anaemia. Women married at 20 or before were more susceptible to anaemia. The best BMI range is 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 .

Conclusion: Socio-demographic determinants have a role to play in deciding the commencement of anaemia among the pregnant women. The poor sections of the society are therefore more susceptible to develop anaemia during pregnancy.

Anyways. The prayer itself is usually very short. I don't say long prayers most times. I evoke her, say what I want, or simply praise her and end the prayer with thanks and salutations.

Eu nunca tive ninguém, nunca! Sempre fui solitária, cuidando das pessoas, ajudando, mas ninguém sabia o que realmente estava acontecendo.

Lembro que quando eu fui traída pela primeira vez, eu fui a ultima a ficar sabendo, porque as pessoas acham que eu merecia, por ser “boba” demais. Somente, uma pessoa que sentia inveja demais o suficiente foi capaz de me contar, pra me humilhar, e me mostrar que meu namoradinho me traia com a minha “melhor amiga”.

Essa cena é comum não? Triste é quando os desastres acontecem. kkk

Lembro que esse dia, foi no dia do meu aniversário, a traição, no caso, mas que vinha acontecendo há algum tempo. E claro, que eu perdoei ele, e dei até uma segunda chance para a amiga, porque eu sou “boba” demais.

Hoje, eu consigo perceber como eu era idiota e como isso não mudou nadinha de nada! kkk gostaria muito que não fosse real.

Lembro que nunca gostei de ficar sozinha. Eu sempre quis ter um namorado ou namorada. Sempre! Então eu me permitia demais, sempre fui muito aberta as pessoas e as mudanças que elas teriam que ter pra ficar comigo, sempre fui muito paciente, pra tudo. Talvez, seja esse meu maior problema. O primeiro, que é detestar ficar sozinha, e o fato de sempre abraçar as pessoas do jeito que são sem observar primeiro se as mudanças serão possiveis e palpaveis. Porque infelizmente, na maioria não são!

Eu nunca tive amigos também.

Desde que fiquei bonita, parece que as pessoas só ficam perto de mim por algum motivo, e acredito que na verdade eu sou insuportável, ao ponto que ninguém vai realmente com a minha cara, só me suportam.

Digo isso tanto sobre a minha familia, quanto dos amigos que tive ao longo da vida, e olha que eu tive muitos.

Não posso dizer que sou uma namorada ruim, porque todas as pessoas que namorei, tiveram o desprazer de vir atras de mim por muito tempo. A parte triste e revoltando é essa. É sempre mais “facil” notar o valor da Glória quando ela esta longe, do que quando ela esta sentada chorando na minha frente. É tão triste, e repetitivo, que chega a ser obvio na minha vida.

Teoricamente, eu tinha um grupo de amigas, que seriam pra vida toda. Não que eu tenha brigado com elas ou algo do tipo, mas eu me afastei de algumas e ainda mantenho contato com outras, que claro, eu mal reconheço.

Uma delas, ficou com o pai da minha filha, no meu aniversário também - não, não é a mesma. Sim, é a história se repetindo, sim, é carma - mas tudo bem, depois dela chorar bastante, eu a perdoei, e eu perdoei mesmo.

Cada vez que eu escrevo o que aconteceu comigo nessas questões eu vejo quão idiota eu fui e sou.

Uma se afastou por vontade propria, ela gostava de outras coisas que a maioria das outras não concordavam, mas no final, ela casou com o chave de cadeia dela e ta super feliz hoje, pelo menos é o que aparenta.

As outras três eu mantenho contato até hoje, uma só fala comigo quando precisa de alguma coisa, de algum concelho, desabafar ou de uma casa pra ficar, caso contrário, eu mando mensagem e ela nem responde, pede desculpa depois de uma semana e finge que não viu, mas posta status. E TÁ TUDO BEM!

Outra, mudou tanto que eu mal a reconheço. Tudo começou quando ela desistiu da medicina porque não passava e entrou na psicologia. Nada ver uma coisa com a outra, mas, possivelmente era o que ela queria, apoio! Mas agora, ela faz exatamente as coisas que antigamente, ela julgava quem fazia. Não julgo também, apoio. Queria era ter fumado um baseado antes com ela, quando eu ainda fumava um baseado.

E por ultimo, tem a que lembra dos meu aniversários. Ela é verdadeiramente otima e merece ser feliz. Ela sim pegou um homem adaptavel e parece feliz, com um relacionamento de anos. Ela era a mais nova, e porra, a mais esperta. Como eu não investiguei antes? Ou sei lá, acho que talvez ela é mais paciente que eu. Primeira oportunidade pra mandar ir se foder, eu mando, com força! Mas ela ta feliz, enfim é o que importa.

Mas não, não posso contar nem conversar com nenhuma delas. Todas ficaram sabendo da minha gestação pela minha rede social como todas as outras pessoas que me segue. E é isso.

Também tenho uma “amiga” que me usa bastante quando a vida dela ta uma merda, um amorzinho também, faz coisa errada pra cacete e nunca escuta os meus concelhos, mas, se precisar de mim pra ficar falando por horas dela mesma, estou aqui. Como sempre. E não, não é alguém que eu possa contar. Ela não sabe de nada da minha vida. E quando ela faz algo que eu provavelmente não aprovaria, porque eu não MINTO para ninguém, ela se afasta, finge que se importa, aquelas coisas. Se mantém longe, pra não ouvir que ta fazendo merda.

Tem duas pessoas da faculdade, que até então, pareciam ser amigos de verdade, até sei lá o que acontecer, e eu simplesmente ser excluida da vida deles. kkk

Um, acredito que agora ele se acha superior demais e bonito demais pra ficar atrás de alguém, mesmo que seja uma amiga. Ele agora faz terapia, é independente, conseguiu largar do namorado abusivo, e bom, ele só precisa de alguém que o lamba, então, a outra faz isso por mim, porque eu não sou de lamber ninguém. Além de não ter paciencia.

E bom, a outra, notei que ela se afastou ainda mais quando eu engravidei. Um pouco antes de ela descobrir que não poderia ter filhos, mas que decidiu que seria mãe uma hora ou outra.

Eu estava tentando engravidar há meses, mas já estava ciente de que era estéril, que o remedio tinha feito isso, porque já tinha deixado claro que o faria, e bom, depois de uns 10 meses, engravidei.

Claro que ela não sabe o que venho passando nessa gestação, mas também é obvio que ela não quer saber, e eu também não sou do tipo que sai pedindo pra alguém escutar sobre o meus problemas. Se quiserem saber como eu estou, sabem onde eu moro, sabem meu telefone, não entra em contato quem não quer. E bom, esse é o caso dela.

É otima em fingir que é boa amiga, mas, é a primeira a inventar desculpas pra não fazer absolutamente nada pra ser. E ta tudo bem também.

Acredito que ela esta com inveja agora por eu estar gravida, e ela não poder, mas querer muito.

E eu sinto muito por isso. Queria muito que ela se tornasse mãe, porque realmente é uma sensação maravilhosa, desejo isso pra todas as mulheres do mundo, contando que elas queiram ser, claro.

E talvez seja esse meu problema. Ficar desejando o bem para as pessoas enquanto elas provavelmente querem que eu morra.

Queria eu ter um pouquinho de desprezo desumano dentro de mim, pra que eu consiga desejar o mal pra todo mundo, sem pensar que essa mal pode voltar pra mim.

E mesmo assim, quando eu paro pra analisar a minha vida eu vejo a bosta que ela é! Mesm eu só desejando coisas boas para as pessoas. Isso provavelmente EXPLICITA o fato de que desejar o mal para o proximo não faz diferença NENHUMA nas forças do universo, e continuar agindo desse jeito, TE FARÁ UMA IDIOTA PRA SEMPRE.

Alguém avisa ela?

Il prolungarsi indefinito della crisi epidemica e sanitaria sta mutando il mondo che eravamo abituati (e rassegnati) a conoscere. La storia sembra essersi rimessa inaspettatamente in moto. Una frase sentita molte volte in questi anni, eppure mai come oggi prossima alla realtà. Le classi dirigenti dei principali paesi occidentali (e non solo) hanno subìto l’epidemia, rincorrendo l’evoluzione del virus sempre un attimo dopo gli eventi. Negazionismo e drammatizzazione sono parte di una stessa retorica, fatta propria da politiche inadeguate a reggere l’urto della realtà. L’incidenza di una epidemia di questo tipo avrebbe, forse, lasciato interdetto qualsiasi potere: inutile oggi riempire le fosse del senno del poi. Per quanto, sia detto esplicitamente, la gestione dell’emergenza sanitaria ha còlto impreparato un intero sistema di relazioni sociali non solo per la sua carica catastrofica naturale – cioè incontrollabile – ma anche perché si è scontrata frontalmente con un modello di sviluppo determinato. Se il virus appare un fatto naturale, la gestione sanitaria dell’emergenza è sicuramente un fatto politico, che svela il carattere anti-umano delle politiche liberiste di questo trentennio.

La crisi sanitaria prima o poi, però, passerà. La fine di questa coinciderà con l’aggravarsi di una crisi economica inaudita in tempo di pace. Ed è riguardo a questo nuovo mondo che le classi dirigenti dell’Occidente – e soprattutto quelle italiane – non sapranno cosa fare. Rimarranno attonite, tentando di incasellare nei ragionamenti di ieri un quadro di soluzioni e prospettive inservibili per il mondo di domani. Il dibattito pubblico già in corso ne svela d’altronde tutte le caratteristiche. Da una parte c’è il solito refrain liberista, declinato principalmente nella chiave ordoliberale che garantisce il libero mercato attraverso l’interventismo giuridico-repressivo dell’apparato statuale; dall’altro il variegato fronte della critica neokeynesiana, che spinge verso la “condivisione del debito” e alla costruzione di un’Europa finalmente federale. Politica dell’austerity versus politica del debito. Le “soluzioni” di ieri applicate al mondo di domani.

Tra queste due visioni impotenti del futuro, la sinistra di classe rischia di ritagliarsi un ruolo ancor più marginale di quanto avuto sino ad oggi. Rassegnandosi ad interpretare il fronte del NO a tutto e della chiusura ad oltranza, questa sinistra rischia di non cogliere la sfida che già oggi è in gestazione e gravida di potenzialità: mai come oggi il disorientamento delle classi dirigenti squarcia la politica politicante, favorisce soluzioni originali, costringe ad immaginare nuovi modelli di civiltà, un nuovo modo di intendere la modernità, una modernità finalmente non in contrapposizione all’uomo e all’ambiente che lo circonda; mai come oggi la carica inaspettata di idee nuove potrebbe farsi strada in pezzi di classe dirigente posti di fronte al baratro della crisi epocale.

Il dibattito sulla ripresa rischia di essere egemonizzato da Confindustria e dai suoi rappresentanti politici. Renzi, ma anche Salvini; il Pd, ma anche la schiera di “tecnici” – Draghi in primis – figli di un mondo che non ha più presa sulla realtà. Nei fatti, le uniche proposte concrete alternative alla chiusura sine die delle relazioni sociali del paese vengono dal fronte padronale: l’abbattimento, se non direttamente l’abolizione, di quote di fiscalità generale che gravano sulle imprese del paese; la riapertura indiscriminata della produzione ferma allo status quo ante, come se la crisi nella quale siamo ancora immersi fosse un’antipatica parentesi da lasciarsi alle spalle quanto prima; l’assistenzialismo quale orizzonte ultimo di ogni politica sociale. Abbiamo il dovere di ribaltare l’orizzonte di senso che le classi dominanti tentano di ricostruire garantendosi dagli imprevisti insiti in ogni crisi. È la crisi il terreno su cui lavorano i comunisti.

Abbiamo il dovere di immaginare il mondo di domani attraverso proposte ardite e originali. Dobbiamo dire esplicitamente che l’economia del debito non è la soluzione strutturale all’economia dell’austerity. Che il sostegno ai redditi dispersi dalla crisi – pure doveroso in questa fase e per il tempo necessario – è una misura tampone, e non l’obiettivo generale di una politica alternativa. Dobbiamo tornare a parlare di produzione rovesciando e abbattendo il “paradigma Taranto” che si vuole estendere a tutto il paese: o la salute o il lavoro. Salute e lavoro marciano uniti nel mondo di domani, ma per rendere concreta e realistica una proposta di tal fatta abbiamo bisogno di andare (molto) oltre i facili slogan a cui eravamo abituati nel mondo pre-crisi. Altrimenti, il rischio è di ritrovarci in autunno con ulteriori “liberalizzazioni” del mondo del lavoro e ristrutturazioni presidenzialistiche dei rapporti politico-rappresentativi, veicolati attraverso la narrazione “dell’emergenza”.

Per fare questo, però, c’è bisogno di alimentare un dibattito oggi bloccato anche al nostro interno. È oggi il tempo di farlo, non domani, non a giugno o in autunno. Allora, sarà troppo tardi. La borghesia evasora, rentier e anti-nazionale, europeista o populista, finanziaria o assistita, per quel tempo avrà già avuto modo di ri-organizzarsi. Se non attraverso politiche effettivamente all’altezza dei tempi (figuriamoci), attraverso la neutralizzazione del dibattito, agitando false flag ideologiche che non convinceranno nessuno, ma che persisteranno a dominare attraverso la coercizione diretta e indiretta. E con l’ausilio – come sempre – dei dominati, di quell’universo di subalternità sociale che non avrà altro modo di esprimere la propria proiezione ideale se non assecondando questa o quella finzione dialettica tutta interna al regime liberista.

Dovremmo cambiare anche noi dunque. Accettando la sfida che la realtà ci sta imponendo, stimolando un dibattito tra idee diverse, sicuramente non “ortodosse”, purché inaudite. Non per gusto di provocazione o di eclettismo. Ma perché il mondo di ieri finisce anche per noi e per il nostro teatrino. L’alternativa è farsi promotori di politiche irrealistiche, ideologiche, distopiche, disconnesse dalla realtà politica e sociale che invece richiede a gran voce – ma senza una voce cosciente – qualcosa di nuovo a cui credere. Un nuovo inizio dunque, che non può coincidere con restaurazione.

Impossibilitati all’azione politica, almeno per qualche altra settimana, è dunque il momento di favorire pensatoi comuni, con l’obiettivo di formulare e poi intestarci battaglie determinate per il dopo. Farci trovare pronti alla riapertura, questo l’unico obiettivo che dovremmo darci nel breve termine. E poi si vedrà
