Today we started the day off by going up Burnaby Mountain to take on some fantastic views of Vancouver, we also made a few friends along the way who were intrigued that we came from Surrey in the UK. After this, we made our way down to the river level to take in some more wonderful full views 😊. After our little excursion in nature, we ventured into town over to an area called Granville Island, where we had a look around the small shops and eventually went to lunch @tapandbarrel in Granville Island. Had an amazing burger there before continuing on with our adventure. We then popped by @stanleyparkvan , where we finally got a chance to see the wonderful views at Mount Pleasant of the Loins Gate Bridge, which was stunning! 😊 We then headed back towards home, where we stopped off for some dessert and hot drinks. We had the best hot chocolate @wavescoffee , it was made with pure chocolate 😋😋. We then headed back home and played some @playjackboxgames with the family, which was entertaining. Had a great time in the beautiful British Columbia with @calcifers_ashes. We explored Vancouver and Burnaby and New Westminster and found lots of parks that we hiked even though Ash had a not so helpful knee. I finally got to see the west coast and real mountains which were beautiful. I can't wait to go back one day. Well... I can... Today on Christmas Eve, we went to have a look at the Bloedel Conservatory and have a look at the beautiful birds 😊. I may have introduced people in the conservatory to my sneeze as well, as my cousin @milenaa_7893 heard some people say “what was that??!” After I had sneezed 😂🤣🤣. We then when went for some Dim Sum in this lovely restaurant, where we may have ordered too much 😅😅. They were delicious!! But we had plenty left over for later 😊😂. We then headed down to Coquitlam to Lafarge Lake via Stanley Park to see the views and the beautiful lights at Lafarge Lake, they had put up for Christmas 🎄🎄.
