We all have a lot going on in our lives I'm sure. Sometimes we cause or create unnecessary stress by worrying about the opinions of others. This is something so many people struggle with. Good morning, S U N S H I N E 🌻 My S O U L feels so fine! * Long post alert * LOL Today's topic: transforming pain into healing So many people go through life carrying pain. Some people bury their hurt so deep and cover it up so well, you might not be able to tell. While there are others who visibly show their unhealed pain in many ways and it often shows in how they treat others or carry themselves or in their self-destructive habits, addictions etc. Sometimes we "inherit" pain through generational patterns and negative cycles that are passed on knowingly or unknowingly, intentionally or unintentionally. I've spent the last 10+ years of my life digging deep, being brutally honest with myself, working on my shadow self, dark side, lower self or whatever you choose to call it. It is necessary in order to transmute pain into power to become the best, authentic and most powerful version of yourself! To me, true healing is more valuable than wealth! I am a work in progress every single day and there are days that aren't easy!! Facing your truth...whatever it is, can be truly liberating. I do it for me and I do it for my family. Before I leave this earth (no time soon I hope!!) my loved ones will not have to wonder what my story was. I refuse to repeat toxic cycles or hide secrets. So therefore I am very open with the things I've struggled with, been through, suffered from and have overcome! I'm obsessed and fascinated with the positive transformation that comes from being honest and doing the necessary healing work.
