...the numbing sites in my mouth hurt worse than where they pulled the wisdom tooth. Like the tooth socket doesn't hurt at ALL, but the roof of my mouth and the SIDE of my mouth where they jammed numbing in feels like I've been punched. Huh.

Also I have a demon frog mouth according to my mom when she saw the pic I took of my mouth x-rays. Which I think is funny. I am demon! Hear me roar! I have knives in my mouth and I ain't afraid to use em!

laying here at 5am getting real emotional thinking about the way so many adults in byan's life have always downplayed or outright dismissed their life experiences purely because of their age. even though they've been through and seen so much more shit than a lot of those same adults ever have. like their childhood was basically taken from them on repeat but sure, yeah, they're a kid, what do they know about anything?

thinking about how that's undoubtedly part of the reason they just never talk about these things. one of the (many) reasons they have so many trust issues in people older than them. eventually you hit a point where you just can't stand not being taken seriously any longer.

#don't get me wrong they're obviously still a dumbass kid on a lot of levels #but they're a traumatized dumbass kid who's gone through a lot of things no one should have to #and someone blowing that off bc they've only been around for 17 years is so SO incredibly insulting #and big surprise: it's not something they react to particularly well #hhhhh rereading spacy's reply just really got me thinking about how often they've had to deal with this sort of thing #and I have too many thoughts about it to be laying awake writing about it now but here we are anyway #was too busy working on icons earlier for the thoughts to fully register so now they're all clawing their way back into my brain lmfao...#━━ ˟ ⊰ ✰ OOC ⋮ DON’T @ ME.

Does it count as internalized ableism if you wish you didn't have your disability? I don't hate myself for my ADHD or anything, and I accept it as a part of me, but my ADHD messes with my life so much, I hate having it, and if I could flip a switch to not have it, I would instantly. /genq

#ive worked through the rest of my internalized ableism but this one thing makes me question #like i hate the difficulty focusing and impulsivity and spaciness and rejection sensitive dysphoria and everything else #with my autism even though i struggle. i still love having it and theres benefits to having it #i cant think of even one positive from my adhd
