And finally someone posted the summary of all 10 stories from "All is Found: A Frozen Anthology". I'm not going to give spoilers here because I want the book in hand to see if there's anything the person didn't say, but for those anxious here's the link (https://www.reddit.com/r/Frozen/comments/17rptd3/spoiler_breakdown_of_all_is_found_a_frozen/).

But some observations about the anthology:

Really Honeymaren, Ryder and Yelana are apparently not mentioned

The northuldra tale is a story told by the northuldra about romance that takes place before Iduna and was being told to her (before Iduna was adopted by Yelana's tribe or after? It's not clear from the summary, but probably after), and that she will use the lessons from the tale years later in her relationship with Agnarr

The Southern Isles are sometimes mentioned, but just like in the Disney park the nobles of the two kingdoms seem to be in complete harmony, really the problem with the Southern Isles was just Hans

Frozen 2 Theory: What If the director willingly left seeds for a possible 3rd installmeant?

Totally personal, but the more I analyze it, the more I notice some sort of pattern around Frozen 2: the movie is very careful at showing in its opening WHAT idea Anna and Elsa had of themselves before the Accident (which, following Jennifer Lee prespective, happened that same night), and how that tragic event and the Separation distorted the Sisters view in opposite ways, which reconnects perfectly with the events of the first Frozen.

The insteresting thing is the focus given by Anna and Elsa on the characters of the story:

Anna says "Who cares about danger, when there is love.", and focuses on making the Prince and the Princess kiss each other in an exxagerated way;

Elsa instead says "They wake the Fairy Queen, who breaks the spell and saves everyone!", and her focus is on the good Fairy Queen defeating the evil Snow Goblin;

Both narrations obviously work in their own regards, but also compliment each other: even if for Elsa "kissing won't save the Forest", this doesn't stop Anna from closing the story with an "And they all get married!", and having her older sister laughing without contradicting her. This is clearly a way to show the Sisters simpler and happier times, when fantasy and games were their only issue.

But what makes me more curious is how Frozen 2 than brings Anna and Elsa both to a very specific ending: Queen Anna is engaged to Kristoff, but their "big moment" still needs to happen, while Elsa has just begun as the Fifth Spirit, without facing an actual threat yet, just destroying Prince Hans ice-memory.

Both Sisters have found their own place in the world, but there are also sides of their story which relate to them, but it's NOT ONLY about them:

If Anna thinks about Hans as a Villain, she also views Elsa as a Hero, her hero, as she has always done since the first movie, when she had so much hope in her "Sure you can. I know you can.";

If Elsa views Kristoff as Anna true Love Interest, it's because he proved time and time again that he's a true Prince for her amazing and brave little sister , who she always trusted to be Arendelle true leader in her place "Your life awaits. Go enjoy the Sun and open up the gates.";

I'm sincerly convinced this new situation perfectly suits both Kristoff and Hans because we've seen Anna and Elsa already going through a lot of things about themselves.

I've always loved idea to see our Snow Sister being the one taking charge in relation and thinking about others issues, diving into Kristoff's childood, his original family and how he met Sven, and how the Trolls help him regarding his trauma, as well as finally getting a clearer idea of Hans , seeing a little more about him and Sitron, and seeing finally the Southern Isles, a kingdom we only know for having thirteen heirs to the throne:

If Anna was the one that gave great importance to both of them in Frozen, now, thanks to Elsa in Frozen 2, we have now the key to truely know the past:

With the Sisters have both their lives consolidated, then I think it becomes quite clear they can't be the source of trouble to actually subvert the expectations of the story a third time, or, to be more specific: in order to involve Anna & Elsa directly and don't lose the focus on them, the issues must come from something that's fits their new status quo, but still has a deep and personal connection to them, both emotionally and narratively.

I want to hear Frozen 3 fan theories (and by "fan theories", I mean what you guys want to see in Frozen 3 but almost certainly won't. Not unless Disney grows itself a spine -- or two -- and decides to give us the Helsa content we have been oh-so patiently waiting for)

I want a good old enemies-to-lovers arc.

I want the movie to end with Elsa back in Arendelle and Hans there too -- safely away from his horrible family, and I also want the movie to end with the implication of or literally with a Helsa wedding.

I need that.

Hariana Blosoma

A rare flower thought to be related to the Hariana family as they both share thin, hair-like petals and grow in the Fuline Ah region. However, Blosomas are only found on certain southern islands on the west side of the continent, whereas Harianas tend to favor the mainland (though some still can be found here and there on the islands, especially the larger ones)

The petals are sometimes used as decorations in dance ceremonies. They can also be candied and eaten as sour treats. The nectar of these flowers has a sour taste to them as well, and this flavor can even be detected in the stem and roots of the flower, though the stem is much milder than the roots.

♥ 149 likes prismagick: This summer I thought I would be making a big move and in doing so leaving town to continue my career. Turns out my plans didn’t end up that way and I think, ultimately, I still needed a change even it wasn’t such a big one. So I moved, just not as far, from my old flat into my new house. It still feels exciting, but it’s also a nice feeling to have stayed in my hometown after all with the people who are important to me. And the house is a WIP on the inside, yeah, there’s so much more space I don’t know how to fill yet, but the outside is already feeling like home.

SUMMER SNOW DAY

And for those who were still in doubt this scene was not a murder, but resulted in several broken bones:

Disney Parks announced an attraction in Arendelle called "Summer Snow Day" which celebrates the day Anna sacrificed her life to stop Elsa from being beheaded by Hans. Among the commemorative items is a headline from the "Arendelle Daily Press" where one of the articles talks about a visit by the royal family of the Southern Isles (the King, Queen and Hans's twelve siblings), but the sociopathic prince remains in the kingdom natal recovering after being crushed by a snowball.

Two questions I have with this headline:

Is this set before or after "Frozen 2"? Because it is mentioned that it is Elsa's duty to welcome the royal family of the Southern Isles, but as seen in "Polar Nights" Elsa has no obligation as a member of the noble family, only Anna who by the way has no mention of her title in the newspaper, or any F2 character

But if it was in fact after "Frozen 2" does it mean that occasionally Elsa attacks the Southern Island "accidentally" trying to kill Hans or did he get hurt so badly in "Frozen Fever" that he spent 2 years recovering from his injuries or does snow just hate Hans?

If that counts as Canon, it might explain why the Southern Isles family never had any issues with Arendelle after "Frozen 1": they already solved the problems caused by Hans a long time ago. So, unlike Weselton who got a podcast that maybe solves the last problems between the realms and it might link to "Frozen 3", the Southern Isles have been relegated to a leaflet in a park attraction imitating a newspaper... To each their own importance lol

Frozen/Frozen 2: how Anna's relationship with Elsa influenced her behavior around Hans and Kristoff

When Elsa was shutting everybody out, Anna desired Hans attention and company above everything else, but when the sisters were finally reunited, Anna excesive worries and fear to be shut out again by her sister brought her to unconsciusly shut Kristoff out.

Of course, Anna was happy to have her whole family helping her and Elsa in their journey to the Enchanted Forest and trusting Grand Pabbie to look after their people, a great sign of maturity compared to leaving an handsome stranger in charge and going after Elsa all by herself.

Still, I think this narrative parallel between Hans & Kristoff comes at an interesting point when they get a relevant scene before the Anna & Elsa main moment (when they meet again in the Ice Palace/when they find the remains of their parents ship):

Hans is of course taking action to win the Arendellians heart, leading the royal guard, while Kristoff is trying his best to open his heart to his "feisty, fearless, ginger-sweet love", surrounded by Ryder and many, many reindeers. Both are waiting for Anna, but when bad news arrive (Anna's horse returns without her/Yelana informing she left with Elsa), Hans sees it as a chance to act heroic and brave, thinking her foolish behavior put her in danger, while Kristoff feels left behind, because he knows she can handle herself, so he feels useless, and only Sven can confort him (Lost in the Woods).

A little additional detail I find curious is how, in those same scenes, they are both speaking to other characters outside of Anna (and, in both cases, they are in completly new territories):

Hans contrasts the Duke of Weselton mirroring his behavior "I won't hesitate to protect Arendelle from treason!";

Kristoff gets along with Ryder thanks to their common love for reindeers "Wait! You talk to them too?";

Now, leaving behind the whole proposal arc (very little to add about it, sincerly), how Kristoff appears in the ending strikes me because it reflects a lot the first scene with Anna & Hans in the first Frozen:

They surely could've done more with Kristoff, also because he is Samii as the Northuldra are (and they share a lot of similarities with the Trolls), but I also think that, in a story where Anna & Elsa family history is at the center, and we follow mainly Elsa's journey, than, my only regret is that Kristanna could've been written better in certain scenes, that's all:

We fucked up as a society and I’m very tired of 2023 and not being able to ship my favourite ships anymore, like a character not eveyone loves, having my own opinion.

When I say I ship Helsa people go INSANE. Not only they tell me I’m weird and crazy but sometimes also give me death threats. Once I left a comment on tiktok saying : „I dont ship elsamaren but I love your edits!” And then this girl checked my account and saw Hans/Helsa tiktoks and texted me : „Kill yourself honestly, you homophobic idiot”.My question is WHY? Why am I being called a homophobe when I’m not? And Why Can’t I ship Helsa? Is it killing people?Am I hurting innocent kids because of it? Setting World on fire? AM I FORCING YOU TO LIKE THIS SHIP? ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOT.

I don’t ship Elsamaren and Jelsa, I don’t think they have chemistry at all. I love Hans with Elsa and in my eyes they have the greatest tension and chemistry. But — Let me surprise you now…This is my own preferance! My point of view! My opinion! MINE.

Disney Villains Only being able to Speak their First Language to Eachother

Hey fellow Hetalians (No such thing as an ex-Hetalian, y'all know that), remember that post about all the characters only being able to speak their countries official languages for a day?? And the chaos that would've ensued?? This is inspired by that post XD

Imagine the Disney Villains getting hexed by like, Mama Odie or Merryweather or Merlin or someone, so they can all only speak and understand their first language for a month.

Yes. A whole month.

The Toon Patrol are seriously struggling because Greasy keeps talking really fast Spanish at them but the rest have no idea what he's saying. Eventually Smartass decides to lock him in a separate room until this can be figured out and you can just hear banging and vague Spanish coming out the crack.

Ernesto is trying to figure out what some of the English speakers are saying because every 11th word is kinda familiar and they speak slow (Especially the rotund, yodelling fellow) but he keeps getting distracted by this faint Spanish yelling coming from another room.

Hades and Jafar stand off to the side near a wall just watching all the mess. They cant understand each other of course but no one else can understand them either so there's really nothing else to do. Hades will occasionally point something out, like Gaston leaning his sweaty arm on Frollo's shoulder and Frollo struggling to not buckle under the weight, and they'll chuckle. (Yes, laughter. The universal language XD)

Speaking of the French speakers-- they're suffering. Frollo hates his fellow French speakers for all being such sinners, Lady Tremaine hates the others because they're idiots or they have too much attitude towards her (*Cough* mal), Maleficent looks down on them all because they're all magic-less plebs, Edgar hates them because they all have money, and Gaston keeps talking about himself and someone is going to hit him. But they all try to keep it together, keep it classy, though most of them have elected to just not talk except for Gaston.

The oddest pairing is probably Hans and Ursula. She speaks Danish, or a dialect similar to it, and he is either Norwegian or Icelandic. If he's Norwegian, they're trying to figure out what the other is saying. Its mostly Ursula flirting with him and him carefully deciphering her words... and then facepalming. ikke til å tro (Unbelievable). But she keeps making like she has something important to tell him, like how to fix this huge predicament, and he keeps falling for it XD

Hilda and Mother Gothel speak German together and basically check out of this mess- like, do they want to understand what insanity Gaston and Jafar are saying again?? Or Frollo?? Haha, No...

Scroop speaks a harsh alien dialect and Silver's just standing next to him like yeah, yeah... you know i dont understand a word you're saying? *... realises scroop cant understand him either and sighs* Ahhh... *Rubs the bridge of his nose*

Rourke approaches the Horned King, curious why he's just standing there doing nothing and gets a string of growly Welsh and promptly... leaves... Like nope. Not today. That crap sounded like an ancient curse and that is not on todays schedule, thanks.

Clayton claims to have visited half these countries (Truth) and could figure out what many of the other villains are saying if he wanted (Exaggeration) so Cruella's like okay great... go and Captain Hook's like that's marvelous! go ahead then my good fellow!. He goes up to Shan Yu and immediately fails.

Shan Yu is usually pretty quiet around the other villains, so him standing there unreadable though faintly amused by them all is... not out of the ordinary XDD
