if you don’t mind, what scenes from nice la season 13 are you uncomfortable with, so I don’t request them?

hello anon :) i don't mind at all. there haven't been any scenes in season 13 itself (saying that though, i didn't like deeks' speech about how great america is in 13x02 so i probably won't gif that) but it's more a case of certain scenes over the last 13 years. there is a lot more that i loved and am comfortable with gifing than not.

if you do send in a request and it's something i'm not comfortable with giffing though, i'll just let you know immediately.

just a couple of examples; kensi punching deeks in 5x10, harley's death, sam's fight/interrogation in seal hunter, some of sam's comments to deeks in the early seasons (that doesn't make me uncomfortable but resulted in some really horrible fandom experiences at the time that i want to forget).

i tried to let this go but i can’t stop thinking about it and so i felt like i needed to say something: @typingtess‘s fics on my ncisla gifsets or scenes that i have made a gifset of are great, they really are and i often do enjoy reading them but i want to make it very, very clear that they are still MY GIFS. they are gifs that i worked hard to make - ones that took me hours, days and sometimes even weeks to finish and if i want to reblog them onto @ncisla-source without any additional comment, i am allowed to do that. they are my gifs afterall and it’s my sourceblog and if i want to reblog them so the gifset ITSELF and by itself is appreciated, i am 100% allowed to do that and the nerve of some people to actually write a comment like that, that i can clearly see complaining because someone elses addition isn’t included when i reblog MY GIFS is frankly... well, it’s rude and it’s disrespectful because we both know what you are saying and it’s that you only care about someone elses additional comment, not the gifset or even the hard work that goes into making that gifset in the first place.

Nope, I've only written for NCISLA and Chicago and I watch both a lot.

Single-fandom 100%. And I guess I could always cheat if I wanted to bring in a character from another fandom since that's not fully a crossover.
