My gift for my Goe is this butterfly necklace. I wanted to buy the one seen in the sound of magic. When I looked for it this is the one I got. It's made in Korea and a note was with it.
I know that it's made up but only for humans. Goe is a fictional character. My doll carries his essence. So though it may not work for humans I'm sure that it will work for Goemon because this legend too is fictional.

A friend of mine (hi lily!) got a lot of us to watch The Sound of Magic together a bit back, and I loved it a lot, so when we had a school assignment to make a comic style cover for something live action, I didn't have to think too hard about what I wanted to do!

I was watching The Sound of Magic and oh my lord? I think it HAS to be one of the best kdramas of 2022 without any question. This drama has covered so many social as well as mental health issues; along with talking about how capitalism has made our lives fast, the adult life and leaving behind the innocence of childhood and many more things. The characters did justice to the plot as well. Moreover a great great drama.

Portrayed by: Ji Chang-Wook
Handsome, charismatic, mysterious, dangerous, cute, childish... those are all words describing this awesome character. Lee-Eul is a really an interesting man, a korean variation of Peter Pan who wants to be a child and forever believe in magic. I had no idea the whole time if he is a real magician or not and if he is dangerous murderer or a tragic victim. You have to find out yourself, but I can say that he is a great singer :)

look I've been following ji chang wook for 6 yrs now.. and I've been missing this thing that he's capable of... of acting like a complete child and a complete adult at the same time. Sound of magic totally does justice to his ability for once. There are times where he appears all knowing, but it doesn't go forever which is great because otherwise he would seem inhuman. and Ri-eul's gift of seeing right through people's intentions/fears at the first meeting is soo interesting.
