আপনারা নিশ্চয় জানেন যে সৌদি আরবের বিভিন্ন শহরে বড় বড় মসজিদ গুলোতে খুব সুন্দর কন্ঠে পবিত্র কোরআন তেলাওয়াত করা হয় । প্রত্যেক শহরে বড় বড় মসজিদ আছে যেখানে পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামাজ ছাড়াও নিয়মিত তারাবি নামাজ সরাসরি সম্প্রচার করা হয় । এবং তার পরে বিভিন্ন সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করা হয় । কিন্তু বর্তমানে একটি নতুন নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করা হয়েছে যে , এখন থেকে এসব ভিডিও বা ছবি সামাজিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে প্রকাশ করা যাবে না ।

নতুন সিদ্ধান্তের পেছনে অনেক কারণ রয়েছে , সৌদি আরবের ধর্ম বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয় বলেছে , প্রথমেই আমরা মসজিদের ভিতরে যে কোন ধরনের অসম্প্রতি কর ঘটনা যাতে না ঘটে সে জন্য এটা নিষিদ্ধ করেছে , অর্থাৎ এখন থেকে মসজিদের ভেতরে যে সিকিউরিটি ক্যামেরা লাগানো থাকে তার মাধ্যমে অথবা মুসল্লিদের মধ্য থেকে কেউ তাদের মোবাইল ফোনে অথবা ভিডিও রেকর্ড করতে পারবে না ।

এই সিদ্ধান্ত এই কারণে নেয়া হয়েছে , কেননা বিগত কয়েক বছর ধরে এই বিষয়ে নানা ধরনের আপত্তি শোনা যাচ্ছিল । কারণ ইদানিং মানুষেরা মসজিদে নামাজ পড়তে গিয়ে মোবাইল ফোনে ভিডিও রেকর্ড করে যার ফলে মানুষের ব্যক্তিগত নিরাপত্তা এবং গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন হওয়া সম্ভাবনা থাকে । মুসল্লিদের মসজিদের ভিতরে কি আছে , কি হচ্ছে , কতজন রয়েছে এসব যদি বাহিরে সম্প্রচার হয় , তাহলে এটা অনেক সময় সন্ত্রাসী হামলার কারণ হতে পারে , এবং বাহিরের সন্ত্রাসী জঙ্গিদের নিকট মসজিদের ভিতরে তথ্য খুব সহজেই প্রকাশ হয়ে যায় ।

জঙ্গিদের নিকট মসজিদের ভেতরে ভেতরের তথ্য সহজেই প্রকাশ হয়ে যায় , এসব ব্যাখ্যা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে বিভিন্ন সৌদি আরবের লোকজনের কমেন্ট থেকে নেয়া হয়েছে , জানা যায়  যে কেন এই নিষেধাজ্ঞা জারি করা হলো , তারা তা জানতে চেষ্টা করেছেন এবং একেক জন একেক রকম মন্তব্য দিয়েছেন । কতৃপক্ষ বলেছেন আমরা মসজিদের অভ্যন্তরে পরিবেশ বাহিরের অন্য সব ধরনের অন্যথায় থেকে দূরে রাখতে এবং ইবাদতের জন্য উপযুক্ত পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে এই রমজানে আমরা মুসলিম এর ভিতর ছবি তোলা এবং ভিডিও করার উপর ছবি বা ভিডিও তোলা নিষেধ করে দেব ।

যে এবার রমজানে মসজিদের ভিতরে ছবি ও ভিডিও তোলা এবং তা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় সম্প্রচার করা যাবে না । আমরা মনে করি যেই আদেশ সৌদি আরবের অন্যসব মসজিদের ক্ষেত্রেও রয়েছে , মসজিদুল হারাম এবং মসজিদে নববীর জন্য কার্যকর হবে । মসজিদের ভিতরের ছবি বা ভিডিও করতে দেয়া হবে না । কেননা আমরা এখানে প্রায়ই দেখে থাকি আমাদের মুসলিম মা-বোনেরা মুখ খোলা রেখে এখানে চলাফেরা করে । কেউ যখন তার নিজের ছবি অথবা ভিডিও করে অনেক তখন অনেক সময় অন্য গায়েবের মসজিদের মহিলাদের চেহারা তার ছবি অথবা ভিডিও চলে আসে । এভাবে অনেক মহিলাদের ছবি প্রকাশ করা হচ্ছে তার বিরুদ্ধে বলার কেউ নেই ।

হারামিন এর ভিতরে মোবাইল ফোনের ছবি তোলা ও ভিডিও করা নিষিদ্ধ করা উচিত কিনা এর সাথে ইত্তেফাক সম্পর্কেও নতুন ঘোষণা এসেছে , এটা প্রতি বছরের মতোই হবে তবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় পরিবর্তন আনা হ��্ছে , তা হল ইতিপূর্বে মসজিদের ভিতরে ইফতারের জন্য তাবু বসিয়ে আলাদা স্থান নির্ধারণ করা ছিল । কিন্তু এখন থেকে আর আলাদা কোন স্থানে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকবে না , এখন থেকে মসজিদের ভিতরে মানুষ উন্মুক্ত স্থানে বসবে বলে জানানো যাচ্ছে ,

যাতে বুঝা যায় কতজন লোক আছে এবং কি চলছে , আগে মসজিদের ভিতরে বা উঠানে আলাদা জায়গা তৈরি করে পর্দা লাগিয়ে দেয়া হতো খাবার আগে যেমন সাজানো হয়েছিল । তেমনি হবে আর কেউ ইফতারের নামে অনুদান সংগ্রহ করতে পারবে না । কোন ব্যক্তি বা সংস্থা কেউই এই কাজটি করতে পারবে না । যার মধ্যে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসটি হলো আপনি নামাজ অথবা তারাবি নামাজ পড়েন আপনি কোন ছবি বা ভিডিও করতে পারবেন না । এবং আপনি নিজে এই বিষয়টি খেয়াল রাখার পাশাপাশি ভিডিও আপনার বন্ধুর সাথে শেয়ার করুন যাতে তারাও এবার রমজানের মক্কা মদিনা সফর করার ক্ষেত্রে একটু সতর্ক হয়ে যায় ।

A new library of assistive devices will launch in Hamilton, and organizers say it will provide free access to items such as power wheelchairs, crutches, canes and ankle braces.

The library will be located at 423 King St. E. at the Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion. The first drop-off date for donated items will be on Dec. 14. The official launch date has not been decided but will not be until the new year, according to Sahra Soudi, the program coordinator at the Disability Justice Network Ontario (DJNO). 

Soudi said Hamiltonians will be able to borrow equipment for up to six weeks and renew it for longer if they need more time. 

The creation of the library was prompted in part due to the number of community members who have come to their office in need of assistive devices, Soudi said.
