haunting the narrative for real. we don’t even know she exists until s11 (because it’s a poorly planned show) but everything has been about this injustice that all of creation is built on top of. it is about her!!!

Do You Feel In Charge? (Bane x Wayne Reader) - Part 1
Requests: @tarjanisfrye: “ Hello dear! Hope you're doing fine. I want to know if I could request some Bane /fem reader named Amara, in where Talia questions the time Bane spends watching over Amara instead of, you know, doing his thing as Gotham's Reckoning? Thanks! ♡”
@deaflikehawkeye: “ Bane where he falls for Batman's daughter who is a crime fighter turned villain. Who he teams up with and who has no idea that he likes her.”
@udontadixonlover : “ Bane request: Our reader wants to join the ranks of Bane’s Reckoning. She wants to watch Gotham burn and the rich become as lowly as everyone else. Bane is IMMEDIATELY turned on at how she carries herself and her goal. She’s a keen fighter and not afraid to get her hands dirty. (😏 in both ways 😂) then maybe Big Papa wants her and takes her. Whatever Daddy wants...Daddy takes. 🖤” & “Okay...Bane OBVS Maybe, during “Gotham’s Reckoning” our reader maybe has a problem with some of Bane’s new recruits? They end up trying to touch her up and cue Mad!Angry!Bane. He shows them who she belongs to, then the Dom!Bane develops? I don’t know 😂 I do try and think these things through...honestly! 😂🖤”
Anon : “ Hi love ur writing can u do 168 174 188 from the prompt list with bane please.”
Anon:  ” I was going through your smut prompts, for scientific purposes of course, and I stumbled upon these 3 and my mind went to Bane... think you can get can an idea for somethin’? 12) “Don’t be so rough. There can’t be any marks.” 54) “C’mere, you can sit on my lap until I’m done working.” 55) “What? Does that feel good?” “
Anon:  “ Smutty Dom Bane where the reader kind of bullies Bane for the lack of sex/woman he has, but he proves it otherwise” – I’ve answered this ask, so it might not be LITERALLY this
Anon: “ Smutty Bane drabble with the reader being a total sex kitten for him and getting rewarded for being such a good, obedient girl please!”
A/N: So, although it’s not much, I decided to post what I have so far because I haven’t posted in ages😥😥 ❤ Hopefully, I will finish it tomorrow or after and post it , with all the smut and the fluff I owe you 😍

 Do You Feel In Charge?
Years after Batman’s mysterious disappearance, Gotham was said to be cleaned from crime, thanks to an intricate web of lies and deception. But there’s no rest for the wicked, is there? The League of Shadow had wreaked havoc upon the city and it was, once again, plunged in crime, violence and anarchy. Those were dark days for Gotham.
There was only one thing people needed; the only thing that could save them, the same one thing you despised the most: Batman. The masked hero, once seen as people’s savior, had been your erstwhile hero too, the example of everything you wanted to be; but sometimes things change.
More than a billionaire, more than a businessman, more than Gotham’s vigilante, Bruce Wayne was your father. Although he successfully raised you alone, giving you the best education he could and providing everything a child might want, Bruce was far from being the perfect father. In your view, his obsession with Gotham had gone way too far, costing him his relationship with you.
When you came of age, you decided to leave your hometown and find your calling elsewhere. As for your father, he had been hiding from society; no one had seen or heard about him for a very long time. After several years studying abroad, you finally got a call from him, for the first time in a long while. You didn’t expect him to tell you he missed you, or that he loved you, there was never an expression of love or nurture on his part; the subject was almost invariably the family’s business. You couldn’t quite put your finger on it, but something was making him restless and he made it clear he wanted you in Gotham.
The return to Gotham was somehow painful; everything in that place reminded you that your father had always chosen it over you.
Just as you suspected, Bruce’s phone call had an ulterior motive. The nightmare was real again when he asked for your help to save Gotham. In all those years out of the damn city, you almost forgot all the hatred and need for revenge that once consumed you, but hearing Bruce’s unexpected request, those voracious feelings struck you again, like a lightning, tearing off a piece of your being and leaving searing pain in its place. He had trained you for years, pushing you to be better than he ever was, with a single purpose in mind only: you knew it hadn’t been for your protection, but to protect Gotham, when he could no longer do it for himself. The truth was he was a wreck, the corporation was a wreck, the whole city was a wreck, so he placed his hope in you.
A silent agreement was forged between you two when he took you to the Batcave, to give you all the information he gathered about the enemy: the possible locations, the possible plans and the possible ways to destroy him. What Bruce didn’t know was that your plans for Gotham didn’t match up his.
One night, you found yourself in front of the mirror, glaring, looking beyond your own reflection, faced with impossible choices that seemed to be wrecking your mind and tormenting your soul.  After a long reflection, without clear answers, you took a deep painful breath and steeled yourself.
After leaving the manor, cloaked in the silence of the night and the darkness that befell the city, you wandered through the streets.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend; it was time to find an ally. Although trying to reach Bane could have an unexpected outcome and you were uncertain of your fate, you were unafraid of what was about to come; a storm isn't always just bad weather, and a fire can be the start of something.
After many years of training, of disciplining and struggle, you had the ability to move like a shadow in the night, like a wraith. You were only seen when you wanted to be seen, and heard when you wanted to be heard; no movement betrayed you and no sound gave you away, unless it was your wish. This favored you, since being noticed ahead of time would certainly be your death sentence. Ready for everything for the sake of your goal, you slithered soundlessly into the sewers, avoiding the henchmen who patrolled the huge underground maze. Sneaking into Bane’s territory was a dangerous feat, requiring sacrifice, skill, but foremost inhuman bravery; one wrong move and it would end in a disaster.
When you found his chambers, for a moment you almost lost your breath; although he was laid resting in an old mattress, he still had a strapping, strong, intimidating figure, a beast that could certainly kill with his hands. With extreme caution, you slid against the cold wall, until you reached his desk, full of maps and papers.
The instant he heard the page flipping sound, he became alert immediately, swinging his legs over the mattress and getting up out of the bed.
Sliding from the shadows and into the dim light that shone on the wall, you gradually revealed yourself.
Bane merely squinted, observing you in silence, before he moved towards you. His muffled breaths through the mask echoed around the chamber and his hands hung on his jacket lapels.
“Let’s see. What have we got here?” – With a slight frown, he cocked his head, waiting for an answer. His broad frame shadowed your figure, much smaller in comparison to his.
“That depends on you, I guess.” – You met his stare, not flinching for a second.
“The question is how did you get here?” – He circled his hand around your neck, squeezing it lightly. – “And where are the rest of them?” – His penetrating gaze studied your face.
“I came in peace, to make a proposal. There’s no rest of them, I work alone most of the time; it makes it much easier to stay undetected, as you can tell.” – You gave him a brief, dirty look, before you suggestively looked down at his hand, with which he held your neck. – “Isn’t that an important trait in an ally?”
“It takes a backbone to be out here alone, I gotta give that to you. But what exactly makes you think you can call yourself an ally of mine?”
“It has been brought to my attention that you want to destroy Gotham. Now, if this were to be true, we would have a common goal.”
“Destroy Gotham?! And though she be but little, she is fierce.” – He mockingly said, letting go of your neck and grabbing your chin instead. – “And what has Gotham done to you?”
“Not Gotham itself, but the other important part of the equation you keep forgetting about: Batman. Gotham is Batman’s kryptonite, so that’s where I’ll strike.”
“Batman is not in the picture anymore.” – Crossing his arms, he started pacing around the room
“Please allow me to correct what you said; he’s not in the picture yet, but he’s planning to be back soon.”
Bane turned around and just looked at you in silence, for a while.
“I know his every move before he makes it; I know exactly how he thinks… His plans, his fears, his goals, his strengths and weaknesses… ” – Your icy stare mesmerized him. – “I’d say I know him way better than your League of Shadows does.” -  A sassy smirk appeared on your lips.
“Oh, and just how would you know all that?” – Thoughtful, he narrowed his eyes,
“Because he has been mentoring me, ever since I was a child.”
“Now, that’s a surprise.”
“I can give him to you. What you do with him is entirely up to you, as long as you get him out of our way.” – You looked at him, moving closer with a smirk on your face. – “Alone we're impressive, but together, we're a force to be reckoned with; we can take this city down.”
He couldn’t help admiring your determination, but he had questions about you and your past.
“I’m sorry, who are you again?” – He took a deep breath, moving closer, inches away from you, as if testing you.
“I’m (Y/N), formerly known by the name Amara Wayne.”
“Wayne, as in Wayne Enterprises?” – He raises his eyebrows in disbelief.
“And as in Bruce Wayne. Let’s not stand in ceremony here, we both his little secret.” – You shrugged.
“Don’t tell me you’re his sweetheart.” – A sneering chuckle was heard behind the mask.
“Oh, no, I’m his child.”
With that, he fell silent and pensively nodded, staring straight into your deep eyes.

“One Call Away” Chuck x Donna
SOFreddie’s Ships Ahoy Challenge
Pairing: Chuck Shurley x Donna Hanscum
Prompt: song- “One Call Away” by Charlie Puth (prompt/lyrics are the italics in bold)
Word Count: 3305
A/N: Wrote this little drabble for @sofreddie and their Ships Ahoy Challenge. I hope you like it.
It’s over. The battle with Amara has been dealt with and the two siblings are going to take some time away from Earth to make things right. Donna was there when they left, a feeling in her heart she couldn’t quite name, but she felt empty, that much she could figure out. But she put those aside to help Dean comfort his mother who was dead for over thirty years understand that she was alive and in the future in a sense. The trio made their way back to the Bunker where Sam and Castiel were waiting, relieved that they were alright.
That night, Donna left for her room to give the boys some time to reconnect with their mother. Once inside her room, someone was sitting on her bed, someone she thought she wouldn’t be seeing for a while now.
“Chuck?”
“Hey darling.”
Donna closed her door, making her way over to the bed. Chuck stood up and wrapped her in a hug when she was close enough. He heard her sigh and held her tighter, placing a kiss on the top of her head.
“I thought I wouldn’t see you again,” she whispered, pulling away from his chest.
“I know. I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you. But I’ll tell you now. I am going away for a little while to try and reconnect with Amara. I don’t know how long that’ll be, but know that you won’t be alone, okay? If you need me, I’m only a prayer away,” he stated, lifting her chin to look her in the eyes.
“I don’t want you to leave,” came her stuttered response as tears began to fill her eyes, but didn’t fall.
“I know Donna, I know. I don’t want to leave you either, but I promised Amara that I would try to be a better brother to her. I’ll stay the night, but in the morning, I’ll take my leave.” That was more than enough for Donna right now. Why dwell on the negatives right now when she could spend one more night with the man she loved. When morning came, Chuck was there when she woke up with breakfast for her. The two spent most of the morning in bed, not wanting to leave. But they couldn’t avoid it forever.
“I have to go now,” Chuck commented as he sat up in bed. Donna sighed, sitting up with him.
“I know. I just wish you didn’t.”
He looked her in the eyes, blue eyes sparkling with sadness and love. “I do, too. But I’ll be back before you know it. Just remember, I’m only one call away, Donna. Whenever you need me, I’ll be there.”
Smiling sadly, she leaned forward, wrapping her arms around the man she loved. He returned the hug, staying like that for a few moments more. Before Chuck pulled away from her embrace, he kissed Donna like it was the first time and the last. A kiss that said everything he wanted to say but didn’t. Leaning back, it left them both a little dizzy but giddy.
“I love you, Donna.”
“I love you too, Chuck.”
One more kiss and he was gone. Neither one knew when he’d be back. But he kept his promise. Time would continue and there would be hunts to do, people to save. Donna fell back into routine with the boys. She kept in touch and visited Jody and the girls. While she missed Chuck dearly, she knew she could go through the days without him. But she was lying to herself. As the days went by, she found herself reliving her memories with Chuck. So he wasn’t gone. Just not there right now. He was only a call away, but she didn’t want to bother him while he was with Amara.
*Flashbacks*
“I’m only one call away. I’ll be there to save the day. Superman got nothing on me. I’m only one call away.”
It was a stupid idea going on a hunt by herself. It was supposed to be a simple salt and burn. Nothing was simpler than that. But of course, the ghost didn’t like that. Right now she was wishing she had taken Sam or Dean with her (or even both) but she wanted to prove herself. And now she was staring at the ghost of a young girl who has just knocked her down before she could burn her bones.
“Well, it looks like you could use some help.”
Donna looked up in shock at Chuck as he waved his hand and the grave was set ablaze, the ghost vanishing into flames. He offered her his hand and pulled her off the ground. “How…?”
Chuckling, he wiped some of the dirt off of her face, “You called.”
“But I didn’t,” Donna brushed her jeans off, giving her boyfriend a look of confusion.
“True. I was worried when I didn’t hear anything from you so I decided to come find you myself,” he admitted, rubbing the back of neck as a blush spread across his cheeks.
Donna couldn’t help but smile at how flustered Chuck was, which was adorable to say the least. “Well, it looks like I have my own Superman than. You saved me. My hero,” she placed a kiss on his cheek. He huffed a laugh before taking them both back to the motel she was staying at
“Call me baby, if you need a friend. I just wanna give you love. C'mon, c'mon, c'mon. Reaching out to you, so take a chance. No matter where you go, you know you’re not alone.”
Donna was just having an off day. Nothing seemed to work for her. Sam tried his best to cheer her up, but it didn’t help. Dean made her some pie, but even that didn’t help. They left her in the library curled up with a book.
“Donna, hey. Is there anything we can get you at the store?” Sam asked, his eyes betraying him.
She gave him a small smile and replied, “Nah, I’m good. Thank you though.”
“Alright, we’ll be back soon. Call if you need anything, alright?” Dean commented as he handed her a mug of her favorite tea.
“Will do. Thanks.” And with that, the boys were on their way. Donna enjoyed her tea and read her book in comfortable silence. There was a lonely feeling in her chest that she decided to ignore. But Chuck wasn’t having any of that. One second she was curled up in the easy chair in the library and the next, Donna found herself in her bed, Netflix playing in the background, and an arm wrapped around her shoulders.
“Chuck?!”
“Yes?” he grinned down at her. Rolling her eyes, she settled next to him, her head cushioned on his chest.
“A little warning next time, yeah?”
“Yes dear,” he chuckled, placing a kiss on her head, “what’s going through your mind?”
Chuck heard her sigh, picking at the blanket around them, “Just an off day. I just feel like nothing was working out today.”
“Hey, look at me.”
Donna looked up at Chuck, his eyes full of love, “I’m here if you need a friend to talk to. If you ever feel alone, you call for me. You won’t ever be alone. I’m only a call away.” She smiled at the man, the being, she was lucky enough to call hers.
“Alright. I’ll remember that.”
And she would remember that, even if she didn’t always act on it. Donna knew Chuck would be there for her no matter what, but sometimes she didn’t want to bother him with her problems. But he always knew and would show up anyways just to do something nice for her.
“Come along with me and don’t be scared, I just wanna set you free. C'mon, c'mon, c'mon. You and me can make it anywhere. For now, we can stay here for a while. ‘Cause you know, I just wanna see you smile. No matter where you go, you know you’re not alone.”
Same setting. Same bunker walls. Same Kansas sky line. Day in and day out, everything looked basically the same when there wasn’t a case. And it got boring. There was nothing to clean, nothing to organize, she didn’t feel like practicing shooting. All Donna wanted was to get away for an hour, a day, just escape the humdrum of life for a moment. But she didn’t call Chuck. She didn’t want to take him away from his busy schedule of fixing Heaven. So she curled up on the couch, turned the tv on, and tried to get lost in some random show she didn’t catch understand.
That’s where Chuck found her. She always seemed to forget that he could feel when she was feeling off, when she was having a bad day. When he sat down on the couch beside her, she didn’t jump, having gotten used to him randomly popping in and out, she just shifted her position so she could curl up against Chuck’s side. Throwing an arm around her shoulders, he ran his fingers up and down her arm as they just the documentary that was playing.
“What are you thinking about, love?” he broke the silence after a few minutes.
With a sigh, Donna replied, “Nothing much. Just about how I want to get away for a while, an hour, a day, just get away from the same old things.”
“Why didn’t you just ask? I can take you anyway you want to go. You name it, we’re there,” Chuck stated, lacing his hand with hers.
“I didn’t want to draw you away from Heaven.”
“Heaven will be alright without me for a day. Besides, I need a break from fixing it. So where would you want to go?”
Donna actually hadn’t thought about the where. She just knew she wanted something different. Sitting up, she turned to face Chuck and gave a smile.
“Honestly? I hadn’t thought that far ahead. As long as I’m with you, I don’t care where we go. We could stay here and I’d be happy. Wherever we go, as long as you’re with me, it’s perfect.”
With a chuckle, he leaned in, placing a soft kiss against her lips. Pulling away, Chuck rested his forehead against Donna’s. “Why are you so cute?”
“Just lucky I guess,” she replied, placing another kiss to his lips. Chuck pulled Donna into his lap, hands rubbing up and down her arms.
“How about Paris?”
“How would we get there?” she asked, tilting her head slightly. He tightened his grip on Donna’s waist just a bit.
“Do you trust me?”
“Of course I do, Chuck.”
With a smirk, he simply said, “Then don’t let go.” And like that, they were gone. Within a second, the couple found themselves in Paris, France. They spent the day in the City of Love, just enjoying each others company. And Donna was right. No matter where they go, as long as she’s with Chuck, nothing else matters.
“And when you’re weak, I’ll be strong. I’m gonna keep holding on. Now don’t you worry, it won’t be long, darling, and when you feel like hope is gone, just run into my arms.”
“This shouldn’t be happening! How could I mess up like that?!” Donna cried out in anguish as her and the boys finished a case. Sadly, it didn’t end like they wanted. A young boy was dead and she couldn’t save him.
“Donna, hey, hey it’s okay. We’ve all had a bad hunt. It’s okay,” Sam soothed, trying to comfort her, but she just brushed off his attempts.
“A boy is dead! I could have saved him! And I couldn’t. I couldn’t save him. I messed it all up.”
“Donna, Sam’s right. Yes, sadly that boy is dead, but the werewolf is dead and you saved us. We all have to make a sacrifice play at some point, even if it doesn’t end well. It’s gonna be okay. Don’t keep beating yourself up over it; it’ll just consume you,” Dean offered, handing her a beer that she took but didn’t drink. As the day wore on, Sam and Dean did all they could to help Donna out of her funk, but nothing worked. Even Gabriel popped by to try and cheer her up. Not even his pranks could make her feel better.
“I just don’t know what to do for her. This case is just weighing on her and nothing seems to be breaking that,” Sam stated as he and Gabe watched Dean bring Donna a cup of hot chocolate and sit beside her, not attempting to offer contact until she was ready for it. They watched her take a few sips of the warm drink before setting it down on the coffee table before leaning into Dean’s arms, letting him comfort her as best he could.
“I might know who can help her,” Gabriel spoke up, looking over at Sam.
“You know she won’t call for him,” Sam reminded.
“Who said she needed to call him?” Gabriel smirked and he was gone in a snap. With a sigh, Sam made his way towards the two on the couch, grabbing a blanket from the easy chair and drapping it over Donna’s legs.
“How are you doing?” he asked softly, gently squeezing her knee in comfort.
“I’ve been better,” came her soft, distant reply.
“Gabe said he might know how to make you feel better.”
That got her attention. She sat up slowly and with a curious expression, she asked, “What would that be?”
“Me,” came a new voice, causing everyone’s attention to divert to behind the couch. There stood Gabriel with Chuck and in his hands he held a picnic basket with her favorite movies, snacks, drinks, and a bouquet of her favorite flowers. Sam and Dean got up to take their leave, saying something along the lines of heading to a bar for a bit. Gabe said he was going with them and that Castiel was too. And then it was just them.
Chuck came around the couch, setting the basket and flowers down before sitting next to Donna. He didn’t say a thing, just opened his arms with a knowing look that had Donna breaking down in tears again as she collapsed into his arms. Chuck never shushed, he didn’t tell her it was going to be alright. All he said was, “Whenever you feel weak, I’ll be strong for you. I’ll hold you up when you feel like you’re going to fall. When it feels like all hope is lost, just run to me. Run into my arms and I’ll be there for you. This feeling won’t last forever, sweetheart. It’ll get better. But I’m here now and I’ll be your rock.”
And that’s where they stayed for a while, curled around each other on the couch while he comforted the woman he loved in the only way he knew. He sung to her.
“I’m only one call away. I’ll be there to save the day. Superman got nothing on me. I’m only one call away.”
*End of Flashbacks*
It had been a few months since Donna last saw Chuck. She knew he needed time to fix things with his sister. That was fine; she just wished he would come back to her. Sam and Dean did all they could to keep her mind off of him for a while, Gabriel and Castiel would try and distract her, and it would work. She would be fine for a time, but then her mind would remind her that he wasn’t here right now and her heart would hurt.
She just got back from doing some shopping while the boys were out researching for another case. Donna began putting the groceries away and tried to decide what to make for dinner when she heard music coming from somewhere in the bunker. It sounded beautiful, but it was suspicious. She knew she was alone in the bunker. Why would there be music playing?
Making sure she had her knife on hand, she began making her way deeper into the bunkers vast hallways, trying to find the source of the music. It wasn’t until she got to a familiar hallway that Donna realized the music was coming from her room. With steady hands, she slowly opened her door and was met with a sight she thought she wouldn’t see for some time now.
Chuck, with a guitar, singing to her.
“I’m only one call away. I’ll be there to save the day. Superman got nothing on me. I’m only one call away.
One call away. I’ll be there to save the day. Superman got nothing on me. I’m only one call away.
I’m only one call away.”
Donna just stood there in shock, not quite believing that Chuck was standing in front of her. She watched as he smiled knowingly and sat down his guitar before coming to stand before her.
“Hi Donna.”
Shaking herself out of her trance, she took in a breath and let out a breathy “Chuck?”
Chuckling, he took her hands as he said, “Yes darling. It’s me.”
“I…you…how…why….” she couldn’t quite put the words together, but he was patient, waiting for her to find the right words to say.
“What are you doing back? I thought you and Amara were making amends?” she questioned as he lead her over to her bed, taking a seat next to her.
“We were. We made up and now she has her own world to create what she wants and a place to stay in Heaven. Things have been good. But then I remembered how lonely I felt without you, so I came back to you,” he explained, brushing some loose hair from Donna’s face.
“I missed you too, Chuck. It felt so empty without you around,” she confessed, eyes falling to the sheet on her bed.
“If you were lonely, Donna, all you had to do was call. I would have been there for you whenever you needed me,” Chuck stated, hooking his fingers under her chin, raising her gaze to his.
“I know. I just thought you wouldn’t come,” Donna explained, feeling very vulnerable under his blue gaze.
Said gaze softened as he cupped her cheek, foreheads touching as he leaned forward, “I’ll always come when you call for me.”
Donna closed her eyes, a giggle escaping as he placed a kiss to her nose, cheek, forehead, before capturing her lips with a passionate kiss. She ran her fingers through Chuck’s dark curls, his arm wrapping around her waist as his other hand cupped her head. They broke apart after a few moments, the need to breathe separating them.
“I love you, Donna,” he said with conviction, lacing a hand with hers.
“I love you too, Chuck,” she said with a smile, leaning in for another kiss. And later that day when Sam and Dean came home, calling out for Donna, there was no answer. Curious and a little worried, they searched for her, calling out here and there. Finally they reached her room, the brothers shared a sigh of relief and a smile. Donna was alright. More than alright actually. Her and Chuck were both asleep on her bed, her face buried in his chest while his arms were wrapped protectively around her.
Slowly and quietly shutting her door, Sam and Dean left the couple to sleep. This was what she needed. Nothing could make Donna happier than being with Chuck and vice versa. They were practically made for each other. Nothing was going to keep them apart now. Chuck was always going to be Donna’s Hero. If she needed him, all she had to do was call and he’d be there before she knew it. He, quite literally, was only one call away.
