Is there a secret to self love and recognizing your worth? Because I think it just hit me all at once that I've never really identified that feeling in myself and I've been on this earth for 24 years.

#sort of a heavy weight to realize and it's all the more devastating when you realize how isolated you are #i can totally tell im regressing back into my highschool era depression again where it feels like no one likes me and im unlovable #ive been thinking about dating alot latley but i cant bring myself to dip into any sort of dating scene #both out of shame in myself and the belief that if i put myself out there i run the risk of realizing no one wants me #you know how depression compounds upon itself so you can imagine where my head's been latley #i need to either get pulled out of this mood immediately or get put down fr #personal #sigh #sorry for being depressing onnthe dash latley i know you guys dont wanna hear it
