How is it that Riku can walk?!
Riku was injured during the battle, he literally got in the way of Sora and took hits from Xemnas just to protect Sora while he carried him.
Riku told Sora, put me down I can walk....
But then he can't, he just falls over.
And Sora does his usual thing where he calls for Riku's name and rushes over to his side. Sora ends up bringing him to the beach area before setting him down. And while he's doing that, he's legs are literally being dragged across the ground.
They are unusable.
Then they have a momen where they are together and being honest with the other.
It's really nice.
Then Sora says, I have something you can't imitate either... referring to Riku's response having you for a friend and then it cuts to the sky and fades.
Because of this, we don't know how much time has passed or if it was just doing that because he didn't have to say those words, but Riku and the audience knew what he was talking about.
The next scene the bottle from Kairi arrives and the door of light also opens and they say they'll go together.
RIKU DOES NOT HOLD SORA'S HAND.
HE DOES NOT USE HIS ASSISTANCE AT ALL... and he is somehow walking normally like he wasn't injured before?
He can now use his legs when before he was having to drag them while Sora help him walk by letting Riku lean on him?
HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?
How are these legs working?
He was being dragged a few scenes ago?
And suddenly he can swim too?
I don't know about you, but if your legs are really injured so you can't walk, you can't swim either.
Is there a reason for this?
Or when the moment Sora says, I have something you can't imitate either.... Is that secretly a time skip to several hours or days so his legs got better?
But it doesn't seem like it was that long.
Of all things relating to KH, this is what troubles me?
Yes. Yes it is 😭💀
Should I just assumed game/show logic where things are instantly better for plot convenience?
I mean people don't really think about this and instead think of other things like how Maleficent came back in KH2 (which was then explained in KHUX) or why the heartless gave Riku a haircut or why Mickey had his classic no shirt look in KH1 (which was also explained in BBS 0.2 however now it's like why did the heartless do that)
Or the sudden making nobodies have hearts (which I don't think is sudden since it was stated a bit in KH2 by Axel, but some people do)
I'll just assumed there might've been a tiny time skip
