No I did not return in a while .. where I did return was the 🛌 .. just the elements of the 'nidra' overtook me and rather than fade out on the couch, chose to be horizontal ..
The ISPL , as has been promoted and delivered in adverts is well on its way to fructification and all the owners and the members that are involved , were needed to be in immortalised picture frames .. so yes , a photo cum meet shoot .. a very quick in and out between the evening hours .. with our friends and colleagues .. such a joy ..
Akshay one of the owners .. and an explanation to him about the surgery on my hand ..
Hrithik had done his shoot and had just left, to another engagement and we here were getting ready for ours, with yet another favourite, from the South - Suriya .. aah such a delight to have met him again .. and my extreme pleasure of sharing with him how greatly I admired that film song of his, on the film about Father and Son ..
Its a moment we shared on KBC, when we were having the Olympic Hockey Goalie on the 'garam kursi' .. PR Sreejesh .. and the winning moment when he saved the goal and won the medal, the KBC edit cut back to his Father, watching the game at home, simply exulted with the success .. and the song from Suriya's film .. AAHHHHHH .. played it a 100 times over and over again .. such an emotional moment .. and Suriya .. what an expression during that scene .. ufff .. can never get over it ..
The emotion of the real Father and Son relation and the moment in the game was simply incredible ..
PR Sreejesh as a kid had wanted to play Hockey, but because of his condition of lesser means never had a hockey stick .. he asked his Father to get him one .. but his Father could not buy even a hockey stick, because of their financial issues - did not have the money to buy it ..
So .. on Sreejesh 's insistence and wanting to give the Son what he wanted, his Father sold the only asset the family possessed - their cow .. the cow is considered a most sacred possession in most Hindu homes .. but the Father sold it to buy a hockey stick for his Son .. and his Son proves to all the World, what he was able to achieve, an Olympic medal .. and what a moment for his Father .. and that background song plays .. goodness .. tears in the eyes .. and a quivering heart .. !!
So Suriya .. before me and I narrate what I went through during that KBC moment .. and Akshay listening on .. and now disclosing to me that he is doing the remake in Hindi of that film ..
.. and the shoot for the pictures concludes with some fun and games
a few solo too ..
and the fun at another .. playing catch ..
Done .. home , dinner and 😴 .. with pleasant achievement of the Son , Abhishek , who's Kabaddi team wins an important and very tough game in Jaipur, against an opponent that had never lost so far in the tournament .. 🕺🕺🕺
and the laughter of success, but at the music Studio ..
And now to face the world again for another day

Today the sun "stands still" (that's what Solstice means) in its journey through the north and south equator. There is a battle between the dark and the light, and we have the shortest day of they year. At the Solstice we celebrate rebirth. "On the winter solstice the sun reaches the southernmost point in its path, warming the southern hemisphere and creating summer there, while its absence cools the northern hemisphere and creates winter there. Capricorn nights are long in the north and the winter solstice is the longest, darkest one. Thus does Capricorn remind us to take a serious look at life and prepare to achieve under the difficult conditions of winter." Today we should slow down, take in the shift and to contemplate over our responsibilities and focus to shine our own light brighter. Now we have Sun and Saturn in Capricorn and we are in a week of creating new within and around us. Mythologically, in many different cultures, this marks a day of celebration and this is what people in the North (Scandinavia) believed: "In Northern Europe, the year's longest night is called "Mother Night" for it was in darkness the goddess Frigga labored to bring the Light to birth once more. The Young Sun, Baldur, who controlled the sun and rain and brings fruitfulness to the fields, was born. Frigga's blessing is invoked for all birthing women, and a white candle that last burned on the solstice is a charm to provide a safe delivery.". Once G.V. Subbaramaiah, had brought his two young daughters, Lalita and Indra, to the Asramam. The younger one Indra,who was hardly 5 years old was quite mischievous. In the Hall, some devotees at that time were asking Bhagavan Ramana, how to remain still [to remain Summa], amidst various work in the world.
Bhagavan Ramana said that it is all in the mind. If the mind could be quelled and made to stay in the Self, within, any amount of work could be done, without desire and doer-ship.
Meantime, Indra, was moving here and there in the Hall.She was pulling out books, Bhagavan Ramana's stick, alms-bowl, the time-piece near the sofa etc.,
Bhagavan Ramana asked: "Amma, what are you doing?"
Indra replied: " I am not doing anything.
I am remaining Summa.( I am still)"
Everyone laughed.
Bhagavan Ramana also laughed and said:
"See, this is how the worldly work should be performed !,
She is doing some work there but she says I am still.
This is the essence of atma vichara( Self enquiry).
One can do any work and still be still in mind.
During the same trip, one day Indra took out a Sanskrit book and was seeing it. She only understands Telugu. So she went to Bhagavan Ramana, with a line shown by her from the book and asked what it was.
It read: Deham Naham Koham Soham.
Bhagavan Sri Ramana called her near and read out the line and started explaining.
Deham Naham. "Amma! You are wearing the skirt.
Is it You?
You are wearing nice golden bangles.
Is it You?
The child said: No, they are not I.
They are only mine.
Bhagavan further said:
Amma ! Like these, even this body is not You.
It may be your for some time.
Then, Koham, Who am I?
Soham, I am Siva. Soham shivoham, I am the Heart!
The child was very seriously listening to Bhagavan Sri Ramana's words. She repeated the words and Bhagavan Ramana told her to remember this line always.
Viswanatha Swami, who was listening to all these curious exchanges between Indra and Bhagavan Ramana, asked Him: "What can she understand?"
Bhagavan Ramana replied Viswanatha Swami:
"Oh! Is is known only by understanding?
You have understood everything.
Have you known It?"
Viswanatha Swami kept mum.
On the day of leaving,
Indra said to Bhagavan Ramana :
"Thatha! I shall always say this and remember this.
Deham Naham, Koham, Soham."
Bhagavan Ramana said: "That is good,that is sufficient."
The girl and her father left for Andhra.
In two months, Indra took seriously ill and saying Deham Naham, Koham, Soham,
she left the body and
merged with Pure Space !
G.V.S. constructed a small samadhi for her at the backyard of his house.
Many cannot see Him Only some can see Him.
When G.V.S. informed about the demise of Indira and what he had done, Bhagavan Sri Ramana approved his step.
A few are called
And a fewer are chosen.

I happened to have glance of 18 Upanishads on yoga called *yogopanishads* and all of them talk about sohum as an important meditation of salvation.
Generally also as per *Vedanta* union of "sah (parmatma) and aham (I)" (is the ultimate goal), which is sohum.
Even in *tantra* 'sa' is the beejaakshara of *Shakthi* and 'ha' is the beejaakshara of *Shiva*. So the union of Shiva and Shakthi is sohum. We can say this in *science* as the union of matter and energy.
As per all our darahanas and shastras including tantra shastra, sohum is the ultimate meditation.
Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankarji has given that meditation to us in such a simple form called *Sudarshana Kriya*.
