last film: I am cracking up because I just realized what AMAZING film @pressdbtwnpages and I watched on YouTube this past weekend: Parent Trap IV: Hawaiian Honeymoon.

A while back, we realized we were both weirdos who loved that movie as kids and wore out VHS tapes watching it, and somehow we got to talking about it the other day and wondered if anyone had put it on YouTube and some wonderful soul HAD. And even better, it was still hilarious 35 years later.

I don’t know if it’s already safe to post rambling in the tags yet, but if it’s not and people still have to watch snb episode 14, this is a warning THIS HUGE POST HAS SPOILERS. Like, REALLY A LOT OF SPOILERS. You have been warned! Second time rewatching, I need to put down my impressions, because they’re too much and I feel like I’m gonna explode. S O We’re not even two minutes in and tHEY GIVE US THAT. Well, thank you Mappa, for real, thank you. Thanks. Also, just to pretend we’re focusing on the plot, have you seen it? Charioce is improving? Or at least, give him time, he didn’t kill the man and Onix dude’s face was telling it all ThE dRaGoN ViLlAgE iS gReAt. They’re all so cheerful and happy and serene. This episode was definitely needed after all the drama/angst in the last few weeks. Moreover, grandma takes a little treasured place in my heart because she’s just… she’s just awesome okay? Granny you’re the best. And Nina’s mom too!! I mean, she’s smiling as she’s seen so damn much in her life and still was able to overcome that, thanks to her loves and her dragon folk relatives. (I mean, think about that, a human marring and loving a dragon. I’m sure at least her family didn’t allow that or maybe they kicked her out or something. Or maybe it’s just me seeing drama in every damn thing, and if you thought that, I couldn’t argue with you lol it’s the truth) BABY JEANNE HAD TOO MUCH ON HER SHOULDERS. She finally let that all out. With Nina’s mom. Precious. Also shoutout to her and her encouraging speech to Nina about love and people. She basically stated what we were endlessly saying for ages: people aren’t black or white, we’re all usually gray. We do good, but we also do bad. And of course there are different shades of how hurrless or unforgivable things we do, I’m not excusing that, but we shouldn’t see at people for only one aspect of their personality. This much it’s true. And I think she was also saying that for herself, seeing that she’s feeling guilty for what she did back in genesis, but she isn’t evil, she loves her child. So yeah, she may not be the greatest human being on heart, but she still has feelings and emphaty. Thank you Jeanne. Whatever is going to happen with charinina or any other ships, your speech was needed oh so much. RANDOM DRAGON FOLK DRESSES APPRECIATION TIME. I’m seriously in love with all those colorful clothes. Gawd. ED: DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED. It almost looked like a reverse harem ending and I’m not even complaining lmao. Highlights: AZAZEL WALKS LIKE AN EGYPTIAN ROCKY BREAK DANCING HAMSA BACCHUS AS THE BARTENDER Oh the irony! CHARININA Favaro and Kaisar trying their best and Rita looking at the like “wtf are you doing, you look terrible, stop that plz” Speculations: the place Charioce went to looked like some ritual basement to revive (or maybe just try to check on) Bahamut or something. I mean, I wouldn’t like to see cities destroyed and people killed by it again, but the series has got its name, it’s about time it shows itself, right? Dunno I may add something more later, I need to watch it again for sure. But feel free to add anything you want, let’s all talk about this wonderfully cheerful episode!
