I tried making scotch eggs and God do they look so bad lol
#It was one of those days where when I started cooking I realized I had all the wrong ingredients but that did not stop me#I made an Italian scotch egg by accident#Italian Panko and sausage woops#I hope it tastes good#Or is at least edible#Also did you know I have never hard boiled an egg before#I was a little impatient so I think they're probably soft boiled#Another whoopss#But like they're in the oven!#The kind of worked#Just gotta taste now#cooking#i love cooking#smugraccoon cooks#text#textpost

I bought these quick cook chicken raviollis. And they've been mocking me for like two weeks now. Just staring at me every time I open the fridge right?
So tonite I get home and I'm like
FUCK IT. Let's get wild. Ravioli time
So raviollis boiling. Garlic bread in the oven. A little pasta sauce. A little parmesan. Holy fucking hell. Oh my god. It's so good. Unreasonably good. Like it shouldn't be this tasty for somethibg that took 15 mins to make. New favorite quick dinner right here.
Feel like a king with my little raviollis for one and a rum n coke

Also I made tomato pie. And half way through the recipe I was about to throw it out the window.
There's so much prep involved that I'm not used to. Tomato juice everywhere. Wet paper towels all over the counter. Spices. Bacon greese. Pie dough.
But after tasting it id probably make it again. It tastes like a hardy magarita pizza. And was super tasty with bbq
