I know that I was supposed to be working on fixing my very first fanfic from SMG4, but after hearing about some news recently of Charles Martinet who's officially retiring his own voice work of his own Mario Characters (The Mario Bros and even the Wario Duo), I figured why not at least draw my own honor of his retirement considering from what I've heard, he's officially become Mario's ambassador (which I feel is something heartwarming but I would also miss Charles giving on how that he's voiced Mario in a lot of Mario fans' childhoods for a wicked long time).

Well, as someone as a Kid back then before I got into SMG4, I never really had much of a huge love for Mario (I never hated his franchise, it was only ok to Me) but my own Cousins did had a few games of Nintendo including Mario in which sometimes I would dare to play any of the Mario games with my Cousins (I even remember one time that while I was on a vacation with my Family, I think one of my Cousins were playing Super Mario Galaxy, I don't remember much, but there were so many Mario games, I never really played them all and would just only play for fun with any of my relatives). But also of note, I did at least remember watching The Super Mario Bros. Super Show (when back then when Peach was only known as "Toadstool" and how Bowser was just only once known as "King Koopa").

Over the years, I was never really much into Mario until when I watched a few Mario parodies (the first one being SML "SuperMarioLogan") but then I grew out of SML (mainly because of the controversies) and how extremely boring it was (seeing as to how I used like Jeffy, blegh).

But when I started to watch SMG4 (around 2021), I became completely obsessed with SMG4 due to how after I was done with SML, I wanted to try something knew and that's kinda where my love for Mario began. Granted, I still do like the Actual Mario but as someone who watches SMG4 all the time, I'm mostly all for the Other Version more than the Canon one (but still support both universes).

Here, I drew Meggy and SMG4 comforting Mario (either the SMG4 or Nintendo one, you guys figure it out which version of him it is on your own), because even though Charles has already retired, I'll still miss him voicing the Red Plumber (and also the Other Plumbers) that we've all known of. I doubt on how Nintendo would continue Mario without Martinet, but I just wanted to say...

Why do people hate Movie Princess Peach?! 😡😱

Why do y’all hate the movie Princess Peach?! What’s wrong with you?! Her portrayal in the movie is extremely perfect and represents the theme of female empowerment so why y’all hate the movie iteration?! 😡

When I saw Princess Peach as a kid I start crushing over her and thought she was cute. 🥰

And I played and watched every Mario game to try and save her as the “Damsel in Distress” from the King of the Koopas Bowser!

Being a “Damsel in Distress” is so boring, wrong, and sad for a girl so why can’t they do what they dreamed, go out do something, and go out on their own adventures?

I saw every girl in every media be a “Damsel in Distress”, always crying and thought it was a little bit sad and annoying but when I saw a girl kick some butt like in My Little Pony, Sailor Moon, and Winx Club it made me really happy and thrilled!

When the Mario Movie was announced in 2021 and Chris Pratt was casted as Mario and the fans started hating on it especially my dad because Mario was always Italian and thought it was racist except for me because I was really excited and funny because we’re getting another Mario movie that’s better than the 1993 one and started defending Chris Pratt.

Some people like SML Mario

JUST LET PEOPLE LIKE WHAT THEY WANNA LIKE! 😡

When I saw the new Mario trailer back in 2022 we saw Peach gets some action for the first time since Super Princess Peach and thought it was cute and amazing because in my Scrat The Squirrel universe I turned Cream The Rabbit from a Kid “Damsel In Distress” into a Action child!

In April 5th I saw the Mario movie and gave it a 10/10 even though some critics don’t like it because it fixes some of the issues of the Mario characters and the entire and made me stop watching The Super Mario Bros. Super Show and SuperMarioLogan because they’ve got all of the characters misunderstood and wrong!

So why are y’all being misogynistic to Peach?! Just like with Amy Rose, Cream The Rabbit, Sakura, and Hinata Hyuga! WHY?! She was just trying to get a chance to save herself from the psycho lunatic turtle freak that’s trying to marry her and being a role model to all princesses who deserve some respect and empowerment so STOP BEING SO MEAN AND MISOGYNISTIC TO PRINCESS PEACH AND GIVE HER A CHANCE TO SHINE! 😡

Welp that’s the rant for y’all I hope you enjoy it and tell me what you think of my rant review.

Daze

Before we begin. I would like to say something about SML. This post is meant to be a follow-up to last year's post. Goodman.

While I have decided not to feature SML content due to controversy. I'm willing to make an exception in this case for storytelling reasons

Due to Garth having a story and abilities tied to the character of Mr Goodman. I will be featuring him in today's post. I hope you understand.

I might find a workaround or go back and change this post in the future. I hope you will forgive me.

Now on to the post.

I was at diagnostics. today. I just needed a check-up, nothing bad was happening.

I was in the waiting room, sitting next to a poplin businessman. He was going on about...Something unsavory.

So I decided to speak up. I spoke to them about how if they continue to do bad things [I want to give this individual privacy] maybe bad stuff will happen.

I spoke in a tone that was a bit sorrowful but firm, maybe a little bit angry.

The odd thing was. After I spoke to them, they were in a sort of paralyzed state. Kind of in a daze.

...

this is the third time this has happened.

First with Goodman, Second with the Kongs and Kremlings, and now this guy.

But back to the story. The businessman was called into the doctor's office. But had to be helped since they were generally unresponsive.

I started to worry.

I decided to stay after my check-up.

The businessman was alright. At least once he snapped out of his daze I mean. The doctors actually wanted to talk to me.

They said that there was a sort of... well. i don't know how to describe it other than a hallucination. The Man was screaming about being tormented by a vision covered in a weird viscous shadow. No like the shadow lung. But something like that.

To describe the hallucinations, (he gave me liberty to say what they were), a bonfire made of personal belongings on my left, and his... ex-wife (it depends on how you want to look at it.)

...

I think I showed him a vision of the future. Or at least a vision of what is yet to come.

i wanted to get some more info. But he was still shaken up.

The next best thing for me to do was to talk to the previously dazed.

I went to Peach to see if she could help me out.

I wanted to know more about the Kongs And Kremlings.

In general I seem to be unusual terms with most Kongs in the species sense and friends and allies to some Kremlings (I still got an occasional parcel with some doubloons from Captain Skurvy and his crew.)

But I figured I should ask someone. Peach has contacted these two groups for political reasons. I figured in the name of ... I don't really know. She could maybe help out.

Peach put them on a conference call and I used a text message in order to ask questions.

The skinny is that they sort of Saw a vision. At least a few of the kremlings and Kongs did I mean.

That's the only way they could describe it. It's a bit strange.

Peach said some stuff afterwards that could maybe help with this ability.

She brought up how when she was trying to master her magic. It's best to try and pinpoint what happens where.

Even if it's not magic that I'm doing. I think it's a good piece of advice.

I decided I need to make one last stop before I try and know anything else.

Goodman

Mr Goodman

I haven't really seen Mr Goodman since last year. I visited his Tower in order to deliver a stuffed mushroom but that was about it.

I managed to schedule an appointment.

In betwixt a number of investors businessmen ( including the one I met earlier), hired muscle, and miscellaneous people. I was definitely the odd man out there.

I managed to get to see Goodman.

He actually seemed to be a bit better than he was when I last saw him.

He wasn't asked threatening or rude. But he definitely was still lacking a bit of empathy.

Mr Goodman had apparently took in time to try and become a bit of a better person. Obviously he still has a ways to go considering he still owns a fortune 500 company that is willing to ruin your credit score at a buttons press. But at least it's only happening to people who are not exactly great themselves.

I mean I'd rather it not happen to anyone. But still.

I actually don't think he remembered that much of what happened last year when I confronted him.

Oh he mainly remembered was a weird vision of him being strung up by his boots while people burned his money with torches that were paid for by the money that wasn't burnt.

But I don't know if he actually remembered the dialogue that I said.

In short the basic stuff that I know about this weird ability that I might have is:

1. I can talk to people that are bad.

2.It puts them in a daze

3. They see weird visions of bad stuff happening.

I need some time to think about this

Basically he was brought into the world of super Mario to help the koopas invade the mushroom kingdom..and he was 100% on board with this plan

Like it was mostly just him and kamek bullying bowser Jr (it was like.... specifically the sml version of him tho-)

I remember this one scene where jack had a base ball bat and sent him flying with one hit because he's that strong and he watches him disappear into the sky "...this is one of those games you play in Canada right?" And he's just causing absolute havoc and laughing maniacally he loves being evil-

Fuck it more Bowser rambles + a bit of Jr (got kinda long so)

I imagine Bowser and Lexi's friendship come from a bit of a funny, but heartfelt place. Like, Peach is hanging with Rosa and Daisy when Bowser pops up and is like "Huh? Why are you guys (Daisy and Rosa) doing here? Is there something important going on?" They explain to Bowser that they're just friends and hanging out together, and Peach kinda goes "Do you not have many friends Bowser?" To which he kinda puffs up and goes "O-Of course I do! The Koopas and Goombas love me!" "Ok then...do you have a best friend?" "Kamek!" "...Isn't he your dad?" Bowser kinda then screams and goes "FINE!! I'll make a best friend!! And we'll be best friends for LIFE!!" And he flies (clown coptor) off to think of potential "friends."

Turns out, all the Koopa, Goombas, and Shy Guys are either a little too scared of him, or are very boring to him. So, he tries to make friends with other people, but immediately crosses out the Mario trio from his mind. After all, they beat him up on the regular. He hangs with Yoshis, Toads, Toadette, hell he even tries the Wah gang, but nothing clicks. He kinda goes into a cafe and just slumps in one of the chairs. He's tired out and frankly, sad and frustrated. Could be just not make any friends?

Then, a Toad would come up to the table with a drink, causing Bowser to be confused.

"What's that?"

"Oh, a milkshake! Don't worry, someone payed for you." And then the Toad walks off.

Bowser is still confused, but hey, who's going to pass up a free drink right? While he's drinking it, Lexi comes over and asks if he liked it. Turns out, she ordered it for him. She noticed how sad and bummed out he was (also also heard about him trying to make a friend, word spreads fast around town), and wanted to try and help. Bowser notices her notebook and asks what's in it, only for Lexi to show him a bunch of doodles and drawings. She'd originally come to the cafe to try and draw some actual people.

From there, they end up hitting it off!! They talk about many different topics, and he even listens to Lexi when she accidentally rambles about a certain topic. Kidnappings end up becoming less frequent too, as sometimes Bowser just opts to hang with Lexi instead (they're still kinda often, but not as much as before). Thanks to Lexi being an ex villain, she's more used to the more "evil" things Bowser talks about or does. She makes sure not to help him on any plans, but on the rare occasion she'll do a sml correction to something he does ("Wouldn't it make more sense if the Bullet Bills were in the front?").

Also! This would lead into Lexi's relationship with Jr! She'd end up babysitting, though most of the Kopalings would be able to hold their own, they just had to be kept in check (not destroying the castle). Jr would be the one Lexi has to really take care of, which the other Kopalings would be making bets on how quickly Lexi would get overwhelmed by the little brat Koopa. Only, surprise surprise, she manages to be pals with the tiny prince.
