Testing out the gamble portion of this USDAA@Home Gamblers course. One more USDAA trial coming up in a couple weeks, and then it’s several months before the next one. Which is a regional that won’t have titling classes. So we’ll have to do some virtual runs again to progress towards titling goals. I’d like to try and get all the titling Qs done that Blizzard needs for her PDCH, which just leaves needing a Team Q at the regional. It would be really nice to finish that here in CO with all the people that we know, rather than after we move to MN where people don’t know us yet, so like...awkward. 😅
I honestly expected this to be harder for Blizzard since I haven’t specifically trained distance skills with her. 😅 But I guess good obstacle commitment gets most of the job done. I do need to cue the right turn earlier though, or we risk getting the backside of that wing jump. 😬
Plus a rep with a left-wrap thrown in there for something different so we’re not just repeating the same thing over and over again.
It’s really unfair that when my little brother lived here and mowed the lawn, it took him only 30 minutes and then he went on with his day.
Now he’s moved out and I mow the lawn, and it takes me 2+ hours, three water breaks, blisters my hands (how?), and leaves me exhausted for the rest of the day.
