At the Foot of the Cross
The Crucifixion
[25] Now there stood by the cross of Jesus, his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalen. [26] When Jesus therefore had seen his mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, he saith to his mother: Woman, behold thy son. [27] After that, he saith to the disciple: Behold thy mother. And from that hour, the disciple took her to his own.  (John 19:25-27)

“Isabelle.” Magnus says, low and cool and she turns, eyes wide with hope and hands trembling.  Her bright eyes dim and she looks dull when she realizes he’s alone.
Around them, the gloomy halls of the Silent City seem to warp. Jem assured him this was the safest place to meet with any nephilim, especially an Iron Sister.
“You didn’t bring him?”
“Why would I ever let him near any nephilim again?” Magnus asks coldly, looking at Isabelle with disdain where once there was a sliver of fondness. “Even his own sister can’t stop from betraying him once again.”
“I haven’t!” She protests, “Magnus I swear to you. I couldn’t.”
“And yet, the nephilim children you thoughtlessly gave information to weren't so smart. They went straight to Imogen and when she finished regaling them with details, they showed up to demand the weapon I stole from the clave.”
Isabelle pales and she shakes her head, “no, Magnus. You have to understand, I just... she needs help. You’re the only one I could think of that might be able to!”
“You thought you could rewrite history. You see those reckless children and you see yourself, Isabelle. So tell me, my dear.” The endearment is mocking and cruel where once it was sincere and she flinches, closing her eyes, “why must Alexander be sacrificed a second time for a little girl too spoiled to care about others?”
Isabelle takes a deep breath and she laughs, bitter and weary.
“I’m never going to see him again, am I?”
“Perhaps if he’s better by the time you die, I’ll let him visit you on your deathbed.” It’s more than she deserves and they both know it, even if Magnus normally refrains from being so cruel.
“Magnus, I really didn’t mean to.”
“You never do, Isabelle. You went to the Iron Sisters to do better, so why are we here? Back at where we began?”
“I just want him back, Magnus.” Isabelle whispers, voice hoarse and thick with tears, “it’s been decades. I miss my hermano. I just wanted to see him, I thought maybe—” She trails off, unwilling to voice her absurdly selfish wants that have once again put her brother in danger.
There is danger once again and the clave have been reminded that Magnus has something they consider theirs.
Magnus looks at her and he believes her.
That doesn’t change a thing.
“Then perhaps, Isabelle. You shouldn’t have betrayed him.” Magnus turns, walking away because this was the sole purpose of the meeting. If Isabelle continues to help little Clarissa Fray and her blonde shadow, then Magnus will deal with her as he vowed to, when she first cost him his love.
Izzy sighs as she watches Magnus leave and she shakes her head at herself. She knows better, she really does and yet in her impatience, with the fear of dying from old age without seeing Alec one last time, she let it get the best of her.
Which means that now, she might not even get to see her brother.
Its a sign of impatience that Izzy thought she trained out of herself.
“Izzy?” Cleophas asks as she returns and Izzy gives a bland, cool smile and nods to her friend. “Are you alright?”
“I made a mistake.” Izzy admits, which she rarely does and it makes Cleophas send her a second, concerned look. “I don’t know if I can salvage anything from the shards.” Because Cleophas thinks she’s talking about a weapon, but Izzy is talking about the last bonds of the strained relationship between her and Magnus that she just managed to shatter.
“You’ve always been able to create masterpieces, even from a ruined piece.” Cleophas reminds her dryly and Izzy gives a polite smile back, but her heart isn’t in it.
“Sometimes, the most valuable things are too delicate to repair.” Is all she says and when she gets to her rooms, Izzy sighs and stares at the picture of a young, fifteen year old Izzy with Alec on her dresser. It’s an old picture and the only other picture Izzy loves as much is hidden.
She retrieves it now and stares.
She’s freshly seventeen in the picture and Alec is in it, Magnus wrapped around him and the three of them are in one of Magnus’ many homes. Whisked away by portal while Alec and Izzy pretended to just be out on their own for her birthday.
It’s one of many times that Alec included her, despite how dangerous it was to have anyone know of his relationship with Magnus.
Ultimately, it was Izzy’s own hubris that broke them all and she sighs and pets her fingers over her brother's face.
Her own hair is gray now and there are lines in the corner of her eyes and mouth and while her beauty is still revered, all she can wonder is how Alec looks.
Does he still look young, caught in the age he was when she lost him? Or is Magnus fighting time as well as magic and Izzy stiffles a sob, because Magnus looks as young as he did when they first met.
It brings up too many painful memories that Izzy has to force herself to choke her emotions down.
Magnus refused to reach out during the Uprising or even in the two decades since it failed and Izzy knows she could have requested a meeting with him, but she was terrified to be denied.
It was an accident, mentioning Magnus to Clary. A mistake that Izzy is going to pay for and it’s a price she doesn’t think she’s willing to accept.
Which means that Izzy needs to find a way to once again endear herself to Magnus.
The best way to the High Warlock’s heart — for the last forty plus years at least — has always been through Alec.
So, Izzy grits her teeth and squares her shoulders and reminds herself to be strong.
She’s the Lightwood heir, despite joining the Iron Sisters.
If committing treason and sending adamas and books to Magnus to help him save Alec from a countdown that Izzy started, she’ll do it.
-
please remember that izzy was super young and it was complicated. magnus blames her and she blames herself and it is her fault but there were also extenuating circumstances and ofc the clave took it too far
izzy also hasn't seen alec in decades and suddenly this kid who reminds her of herself with a blonde shadow. she doesn't meet jace because male, so she just sort of assigns him alec's personality and basically accidentally emotionally manipulates herself
also izzy is super endeared by clary and only met her the once.
this doesn't have a name yet
also remember that magnus is super biased and clary showing up sputing bs hit every switch imaginable

John 19:16-27 KJV
16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.
17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:
18 Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. (Psa 22:16; Isa 53:12)
19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.
20 This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
21 Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.
22 Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. (Psa 22:18)
25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.
26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

Neither playing this family, nor the ROS they got was particularly interesting, but perhaps it’s for the best. The Havelocks got the “Can’t. Be. Bothered” scenario, which means that sims in this family just didn’t feel like cooking at all this round. So I had them go to the bakery and buy two overpriced cakes, because they must hate the taste of fish at this point.
This ROS made a lot of sense for this family, as Salome must be fed up with taking care of her little brother by now. I also had some issue in my game with the laundry mod, which I took out of my game in the end, but, but before that she had been mopping puddles indefinitely, which was an annoyance even for such a neat sim. She hates this life and she wants to move out, and start a career of a policewoman, apparently. She wants all the single ladies of the town to feel safe.
It was not a hard ROS, but I had to make sure the Emeres (bakers) get their money. Did you know that you’re not really supposed to be visiting other owned lots in vanilla game, as customers? There’s a mod that fixes it somewhat, but in vanilla OFB, the owner’s family can go bankrupt from restocking, because they don’t get enough money. The Emeres only got paid ~50$ instead of getting 428$ for the transaction, so I set their money properly.
~*~
Salome was still quite interested in maximizing her logic skill, so she went stargazing on the wintry nights. She frequently got cold, so it took her a while, but she managed to fulfill her dreams. Thankfully, she didn’t get abducted anymore.
She also got a crush on Ronan Gardiner because she wanted to slow dance... but then she had no more romantic wants… She never even wanted her first kiss or anything… And now that she’s an adult she lost all the crushes from her relationship panel.
I looked at the wants of her father when I briefly jumped into the monastery and her father wants a relative to get engaged! That’s so cute of him to think of his daughter, even if he’s a bit ‘insane’... and he’s a fortune, not a family sim!
~*~
I opened the fishmonger’s once Cleophas reached his teenage years, and despite being open only for 2 days, they still earned quite a lot, because fishing is OP in TS2. Cleophas is a Pleasure sim, so he’ll probably be way happier once he reaches a higher rank. Cleophas has found out his hobby is Arts&Crafts. His sister’s is Tinkering, so she’s way more practical. I will get him an easel or perhaps a pottery station once his business takes off, but I don’t think he’ll have much time to pursue his hobby outside of winter, when the pond is frozen. For now he only got a game he wanted for his birthday.
~*~
They started with 10,104$, but they immediately bought 2 cakes from the bakery – one for 221$, and another one for 207$. They ended up with 9,676$ after buying the food. Before paying the taxes, they had 20,320$ in the bank.
500$ – rent.
4258$ – tax.
= 4750$ to the Royal Family.
1064$ (rounded down to 1050$) – tithe.
They’re left with 14,520$. They dug up just a bone.

Simeon of Jerusalem was a disciple of Jesus, a close relative, and according to most Christian traditions the second Bishop of Jerusalem (63 until his martyrdom in 107 AD), succeeding James, brother of Jesus after his martyrdom.
Ora pro nobis.
Saint Simeon was the son of Cleophas, otherwise called Alpheus, who was father also of Saint James the Just, the first bishop of Jerusalem, of Saint Jude the Apostle, and of another son named Joseph. Alpheus, according to tradition, was Saint Joseph’s brother, and his wife was the sister of Mary the mother of Jesus. Thus Saint Simeon was the nephew of Saint Joseph and Mary, and so the first cousin cousin of Jesus.
He was one of the 72 disciples, was present at the Ascension of Jesus, and among those gathered on the day of Pentecost and who certainly received the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost, with the Mary and the Apostles. In his Church History Eusebius of Caesarea gives the list of these bishops. According to tradition the first bishop of Jerusalem was James the Just, the "brother of the Lord", who according to Eusebius said that he was appointed bishop by the apostles Peter, James (whom Eusebius identifies with James, son of Zebedee), and John. When the Jerusalem aristocracy and Temple hierarchy martyred Saint James the Just, his brother Simeon reproached them for their atrocious cruelty. After this first bishop of Jerusalem had been put to death in the year 62 AD, that is, twenty-nine years after Our Savior’s Resurrection, the Apostles and disciples met at Jerusalem to appoint a successor, and unanimously chose Saint Simeon, who had already assisted his brother in the government of community of disciples in Jerusalem for many years.
In the year 66 or 67 AD, in the reign of Nero, during which Saints Peter and Paul suffered martyrdom at Rome, war broke out in Israel as the Jewish people began to fight for their independence, thus beginning the First Jewish War. The Christians of Jerusalem were warned by God of the impending destruction of that city and the Temple in 70 AD. With Saint Simeon at their head, they therefore left it in that year and settled on the eastern side of the Jordan River in a small city called Pella, before Vespasian, Nero’s General, later Roman Emperor, entered Judea.
(After the capture and burning of Jerusalem, the Christians returned and settled among the ruins until the Emperor Hadrian afterwards entirely razed it and built the Roman city Aelia Capitolina on its ruins and a temple to Jupiter on the site of the ancient Jewish Temple in 129/130 AD, which sparked the Third (and last) Jewish War.)
We are told by St. Epiphanius and by Eusebius that the church there flourished greatly with the return on the disciples of Jesus in the early 70s AD, and that many of the returning refugees of Jerusalem were converted by the miracles wrought by the saints. The emperors Vespasian and Domitian had commanded all Jews to be put to death, but Saint Simeon escaped their searches. When Trajan renewed the same decree, however, certain heretics who desired to control the Jerusalem Church and Jewish zealots who condemned the Jerusalem Christians for escaping to Pella rather than staying to fight, accused the Saint before the Roman governor in Palestine, as being both a Jew and a Christian.
The holy bishop was condemned to death, was tortured, and just like his cousin our Savior Jesus, he was crucified in the year 107 AD outside the walls of Jerusalem. He suffered these torments, though he was an extraordinary one hundred and twenty years old, with so much patience that he won universal admiration. He had governed the Church of Jerusalem for about forty-three years.
Almighty God, who gave to your servant Simeon boldness to confess the Name of our Savior Jesus Christ before the rulers of this world, and courage to die for this faith: Grant that we may always be ready to give a reason for the hope that is in us, and to suffer gladly for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

I have met some great people on this website. We lied. Actually, sending an unsolicited picture of your genitals to a person you haven’t met is unacceptable. We’re talking about people you haven’t met in person yet. “We think of Preferred as being an accelerator for the people who are highly motivated to move quickly and find the people who are most compatible for them,” says Tim. hi stranger! i saw your comments on @wolfythewitch’s jesus’ siblings post: if you went to catholic school, you were definitely taught that jesus’ siblings were his cousins. this is the official position of the catholic church, and has been since like the 4th century or something. (i was raised catholic — i’m still a believer, but i’m critical enough of the church that it’s little bit awkward if i still call myself a catholic lol)
the deal with this interpretation is that.. it’s a bit of a stretch? it could technically be understood from the text, but it’s kind of weird and unlikely, and is based less on the actual bible & the context in those passages (or other information from around the same time) and more on very opinionated but otherwise normal human beings, hundreds of years after the life of jesus and hundreds of years before us now, who wanted a very specific figure of jesus (and mary!) and his life.
i’m critical of it, but not entirely discounting the idea — if you look at the text and the discussions surrounding it and decide that actually the brothers (and sisters) of jesus aren’t mary and/or joseph’s children, that’s fine. i think the most important ideas and emotions that can be learned from "jesus had siblings" works just as well if they’re technically the children of his uncle cleophas or his uncle alphaeus. if they’re close enough that he’s calling them his brothers and sisters, he cared for them the same. they were still his family — they were as good as his brothers and sisters, no matter what. which is also nice to think about
Well, I’m definitely of the standpoint that Jesus did have siblings now.
After reading through the text myself, it’s very clear to me that he wasn’t an only child. It pretty much says it verbatim in Matthew 13:55

"I AM THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION!"
- I came, I saw, and I have Known thee.
- "I know that I know not." Socrates
OLD TESTAMENT
"And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." (Gen 3:15)
"Drought and heat consume the snow waters: so doth the grave those which have sinned.
The womb shall forget him; the worm shall feed sweetly on him; he shall be no more remembered; and wickedness shall be broken as a tree." (Job 24:19-20)
"Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?" (Job 38:29)
"But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly." (Psalm 22:9-10)
"Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel." (Isaiah 7:14)
"How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man." (Jeremiah 31:22)
But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. (Micah 5:2-3)
NEW TESTAMENT
Matthew 12:46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him.
47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
Mark 3:31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.
32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.
33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Luke 8:19 Then came to him his mother and his brethren, and could not come at him for the press.
20 And it was told him by certain which said, Thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to see thee.
21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.
Matthew 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary?
Mark 6:3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary...?
A woman in the crowd mentions Mary:
Luke 11:27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.
28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
John 6:42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know?
John 19:25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.
26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.
Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
Galatians 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Revelation 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days....
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Blessed solemnity of Our Lady of the 7 Sorrows
Maria Addolorata (or Maria Dolorosa, Our Lady of Sorrows, Our Lady of Sorrows or Madonna of the Seven Sorrows), in Latin Mater Dolorosa, is a title with which Mary, the mother of Jesus, is often called and invoked by Christians.
Traditionally, from reading the Gospels, Christians have identified seven pains faced by Mary.
I) Prophecy of the elderly Simeon about the Baby Jesus
In the Gospel according to Luke the old Simeon predicts to Mary the difficulties she will have to encounter and overcome:
« Simeon blessed them and spoke to Mary, his mother: He is here for the ruin and resurrection of many in Israel, a sign of contradiction so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. And a sword will pierce your soul too. » (Luke 2,34-35.)
II) The flight of the Holy Family into Egypt
Mary and Joseph must flee to Egypt to save their son Jesus during Herod's persecution (Matthew 2,13-21).
III) The loss of the Child Jesus in the Temple
When Jesus is 12 years old, Mary and Joseph forgive him for three days in the Temple of Jerusalem (Luke 2,41-51[2])
IV) The meeting of Mary and Jesus along the Via Crucis
When Jesus ascends Calvary carrying the cross Mary meets him (traditional, not biblical).
V) Mary at the foot of the cross where Jesus is crucified
The Gospel according to John reports that Mary stops under the cross on which Jesus is crucified:
« There were near the cross of Jesus his mother, his mother's sister, Mary of Cleopha and Mary of Magdala. Jesus then, seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved there beside her, said to his mother: "Woman, here is your son!". Then he said to the disciple: "Here is your mother!". And from that moment the disciple took her into his home. » (John 19,25-27.)
VI) Mary welcomes the dead Jesus into her arms
After Jesus dies and is taken down from the cross Mary welcomes him into her arms before he is buried (traditional, not biblical).
VII) Mary sees Jesus buried
Mary is present when Jesus is placed in the tomb from which he will rise again after three days (traditional, not biblical).

Jesus' Sisters
“Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? 56 Aren’t all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?” Matthew 13:55,56.
His brothers are woven throughout the new Testament. First they did not believe in Jesus. "Then Jesus' mother and brothers came to see him. They stood outside and sent word for him to come out and talk with them. " Mark 3:31. Most likely his family came to take him home because he was embarrassing them by declaring he was the Son of God. Even Mary his mother who had the visitation by the angel, came to take him home. Perhaps she feared for his life.
In Matthew we learn that Jesus had 4 brothers. We learn their names. We know that James became the leader of the Jerusalem church. His brother Jude (Judas) wrote one of the epistles we read in the Bible. We know that Jesus appeared before his brothers after his resurrection- "Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”" Matthew 28:10. But other than the fact that Jesus had sisters- unknown number but implying at least 2- we know nothing about them. We are told that Mary his mother was at the cross with her sister and Mary Magdalene. "Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene." John 19:25. But where were Jesus's sisters? Are they not mentioned by name because they never came to believe in Jesus? I imagine that Jesus was the perfect big brother. Gentle, comforting, protective, and even teasing at times. A brother who was wise. One who loved unconditionally. I am sure his sisters dearly loved him. How could you not love him if he was your brother. So where are they? Mary was there because she had the love of a mother. She would bear the pain, for his sake. Should they not have been by their mother's side to comfort her? Perhaps they could not bear to watch their brother's brutal death. Women were subject to their husbands at that time. Perhaps their husbands forbade them to go to the cross. Are they not mentioned because they are women? But prominent Christian women were mentioned such as Lydia. I would like to think that all of Jesus family accepted him as the Christ. I am certain that Jesus would like to spend eternity with his earthly family. But I also know that even though you are raised in the perfect "Christian" home, does not guarantee that a person will accept Christ. Jesus is a gentleman. He will not force himself on you. He stands at the door and knocks, but you have to open the door.

It looks like that's the last peasant family this rotation, so I've just played through all the poorest sims. It should get easier from now on, shouldn't it? But there is always the ROS to look forward to.
I rolled  #The Truth is Out There - Salome would try to become a supernatural, or at least meet some... She went to community lots every day once her brother became a child and she watched the night sky every night.
At the very beginning of the round I got them a telescope worth 2100$, since I have yet to see a sim get abducted from the cheap one. This investment was not so bad, as Salome managed to discover some stars (1000$). I know telescopes were not invented yet and I do have some other objects that work like telescopes, but I wanted one that was for sure working like the expensive one.
Salome quite enjoyed watching stars at night since she's a night owl, even though she hated being abducted. She did get a want to get her Logic to level 9 and later to max it out, earlier she hadn’t cared it (but she had quite a lot of Logic from back when she was a toddler). She maxed out Science enthusiasm, too.
She tried to meet witches on community lots, but she had no luck, finding any. She got abducted twice after she had unlocked the look for UFO-s FreeTime interaction. I know that's not at all realistic but the priest wanted Salome to get abducted - I’m choosing to interpret it as him wanting her to be some sort of a martyr (I looked at his wants when I took a grave to the Church lot).

Once Cleophas aged up, he started working on his fishing badge. He got a Bronze Fishing Talent Badge before the pond became frozen. He got the Brave trait when he aged up into a kid. That’s one positive trait on top of being Childish and Unstable. He learnt all of the toddler skills, so that’s nice he got rewarded with something positive.
Cleophas will become a teen next round (in 4 days) and then a day after that Salome will become a fully grown adult. When Cleophas is a teen he will be able to properly take over the business and they will earn some money. They have savings for now.
Cleophas also wants a 'new family member'. I guess he wouldn't mind, if his sister Salome got pregnant while being a teen - whether from alien abduction or otherwise [but I don’t have teen alien pregnancy mod, so his wish won’t be granted for now].
Salome was focused on other things this round, so she couldn’t really open the family’s fishmonger’s. She was raising her brother for half of the round and she was attempting to meet supernaturals for the rest of the round.

Declan came over, and May did too. He broke Salome's heart [not really, she never flirted with him or anything] by flirting with May in front of Salome’s eyes. I guess he just made it clear he was not interested in Salome.
Declan and Castor Gardiner came over to visit on Sunday, too. Bertha Emere followed by her brother (chaperoning her, I assume) also joined this ‘party’. Bertha started flirting with Castor. I’m guessing ⅔ of the Gardiner brothers are taken now. Bertha is probably the only merchant that enjoyed going down the social ladder, because now she can do her free love thing, especially that there are 2 eligible romance yeoman teens.

500$ - rent.
400$ - tax (on the 1000$ Salome got from watching the stars).
224$ - treasure tax (they dug up some dolls).
~1100$ = to the Treasury. Total money earned so far by the Crown = 122,150$.
200$ - to Church (100$ tithe + 100$ burial fee I didn't pay before, the grave was moved to the Church lot this round). Total Church earnings = 20,350$.
Everything is paid now and they're left with 10,104$.
Roderick Havelock is moving into the monastery forever and he won’t really be played, outside of special episodes/age ups.
