Best Chicken Chops with Pineapple

One of the most popular holiday classics of my childhood was chicken nuggets with pineapple and cheese. Sometimes I cook this dish just to be nostalgic

ingredients :

1kg – chicken fillet 1 – Can canned pineapple rings 200g – hard cheese 2 eggs ground black pepper, salt to taste

Method :

Wash the fillet, cut it into thin plates, lightly beat off, salt, and sprinkle with black pepper.

Whisk the eggs a little.

Dip the chops in the egg, and fry in a non-stick pan on both sides until cooked. After turning over to the second side, cover it with a lid.

Put a ring of pineapple or half of it on the chops, depending on the size of the chops.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.

A break from all of this Royal stuff and a little about me.

My whole life that I’ve been drinking coffee, I’ve always been a singleserve K cup kind of gal. My mom always made herself cups of instant coffee prior to K cups being invented. And I’ve always just figured if I am the only person having coffee I’ll just make one cup.

A couple years ago I got sick of how every time we had people over I had to go down to the basement to pull up our big carafe brewer. So I did a little research & asked my sister, as you do, and bought a dual brewer that has a carafe and a K cup thing.

For the last like two years I still just been using the cake up thing because I’m the only person in my house drinks coffee & thought “there’s no reason to make tons and tons and tons of it I’ll just make one cup at a time.”

But then I started thinking wouldn’t it be nice if when I wake up in the morning I had a whole pot of coffee ready for me to go so I didn’t have to wait. And also during the day when I’m between meetings (#WFHLife) I could just pour myself a cup of coffee immediately instead of having to wait six minutes for the coffee to brew. So I started using the carafe brewer side.

Guys, this is totally life-changing and I don’t understand why nobody told me sooner that I should just be making myself a pot of coffee every morning. I don’t have after make myself 16 cups of coffee I can just make a few and have enough to last me the whole day.

So here’s your sign - make the whole pot, even if it’s just for you.

Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie fans??

Oddly enough, I love PB chocolate chip but am not a fan of chocolate chip cookies lol. How bout y'all?

This is another simple single serve cookie. Same as the others: 1 tbsp each mashed banana & peanut butter, and ¼ cup sprouted rolled oats. Add in two chopped @hukitchen simple dark chocolate squares. Baked at 350° F for 9 mins, topping with a square immediately after cooking is complete.

I love using this Hu simple dark in place of chocolate chips; 3 ingredients: organic cacao, organic unrefined coconut sugar, and organic cocoa butter. I'm no scientist or expert but researching for myself, I find there's contradictory research and differing opinions on certain ingredients, but, the one thing most chocolate lovers can agree upon is it makes you feel good and with better ingredients comes less crashes right. So this chocolate can cheer ya up when you need it and won't leave you with the miserable feelings from the bad stuff after. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #noweirdingredients
