18/01/10 - Muishiki no Iro Release Day Noon Live Report
I went to the Muishiki no Iro release live on January 10 at Zepp Nagoya. There were two lives that day, one in the afternoon starting at 4pm and the other at night starting at 7:30pm. The doors opened an hour before then.
I actually failed my applications for both of those times online and I really felt bad since those lives were on Maya’s birthday. You could apply to both and up to two tickets, but I only applied for one ticket. What most people did was pair up with a friend and apply for two tickets each. That way if one got in they could give it to the other. Unfortunately this created a surplus of tickets for people who already had some, and I got none. I bought my ticket on Yahoo Auctions but I initially was really skeptical about it since the ticket said you needed to provide three pieces of ID and all the sellers crossed off a part on the ticket. I thought they crossed out names but they were crossing out the specific number as well as the place they printed the ticket from. After verifying with a friend I bought my ticket and the buyer mailed it to me.

Unfortunately that ticket’s number was in the 1700s, which meant I was one of the last to get in. I think there were 2000 tickets given out in total for each live. This ticket was for the afternoon live and I didn’t get one for the evening live since all the other sellers looked suspicious and didn’t offer a rapid means of sending the ticket.
You needed to buy a Muishiki no Iro limited edition single for the ticket inside for the event, since it was free (for those who got their tickets legitimately). I went to HMV to buy the single since you get a guaranteed picture of Churi there. Of course I got Maya as the random member inside! 3600 people went to the two lives, meaning there were 400 tickets unused.
I got lost and arrived at Zepp about thirty minutes before it started, which was much later than I wanted. It turns out that they were still letting people in the 1200s in at that point, so it really didn’t matter. I met some people in the line who I met two years ago during my first handshakes in Osaka. I hadn’t talked to them much but they remembered I was Canadian and was a Churi oshi. As usual I was called a DD when I told them I like Maya too. It’s funny how easily people remember me since I look different. I know some Japanese fans who go to countless events and yet their fellow fans don’t even recognize them lol.
I actually thought that my ticket number was an assigned spot/seat, however it was a first come first served basis. Zepp’s ground floor is all standing, but there is a small seated section on the second floor. When I got in I entered one of the doors in the back of the venue and I couldn’t see anything at all since I was among the last to enter. I asked some staff if I could go up but the seats were totally filled so I couldn’t go there. They don’t let anyone stand up there.

Not a lot of fun right? I left and entered the next door. There are several doors that give access to the hall on both sides, so I sort of tried them out to see where there were less people. Surprisingly the one second from the last had the best view for me.
Here is a picture taken during the first MC. I circled myself. You can draw a straight line from me to Maya on this picture I guess. Isn’t that cool?

By the way, there was a reserved section for women near the front on the right side. I knew a few people who stood there and they said they had an amazing view. I think I had a good view where I was since I was behind them, and as women tend to be shorter than men I had a good view of half of the stage. I really couldn’t see the right side though.
This live had a much different atmosphere to it than the Laguna one I went to. Given the fact that we were in a room with closed doors and a roof rather than outdoors the calls were much louder, as was the recorded music. The Laguna live felt like they were singing live for certain songs but here the sound quality was pretty poor, as was expected. Women were much more visible at the Laguna live since there wasn’t a designated section for them there. It felt like the crowd was even more overwhelmingly male (which it always is) due to this.  
Nakki and Maya were the shadow announcers for the beginning, so I got to wish her a happy birthday when she asked us to wish her one. I was happy I got to do that at least.
M01 - Muishiki no Iro / Senbatsu
No surprise here for the first song. I actually hadn’t planned it out, but I was perfectly situated to see Maya on the stage, since I was right in front of her position for this song. Unfortunately I couldn’t see Churi since she was on the other side of the stage. I had come to support them both but since it was Maya’s birthday I just had my green penlight, and Churi couldn’t see me anyway.
M02 - SKE48 / All
This song is a lot of fun in a group. The part where everyone says S-K-E / 4-8 is great. I could see Maya perfectly for this song too, and it may have been my imagination but I think she saw me during this song.
MC1
The senbatsu members left for this. I think I have a big problem paying attention to MCs during these bigger events. I’ll just go ahead and admit it, whenever I can’t see the member who is talking I zone out and just think about Maya and the previous songs. Actually during this MC Yukichan/Chikako/Juna/Yumana were ahead of me so I just looked at them while daydreaming. Chikako is pretty interesting to look at during lives, since she tries to find as many of her fans as possible. She was also constantly talking with Juna and Yukichan and Yumana was making confused expressions and trying to follow along. I think Chikako found about twenty of her fans during this MC, and that group was just constantly chatting since they weren’t part of the talking group. It was pretty entertaining, like watching some students talk during class when they’ve finished their homework and have nothing to do.
This was also the first live I went to where I was near one of those screamers you hear. The ones who yell in a really shrill voice at all times. They look and act just as you’d expect. This guy was shouting Jurina’s name every single time she was there and he left in a rush after it ended.
M03 - Tsuyokimonoyo / Senbatsu
No guesses for what happened during this song. Again, Maya was in my view so I just stuck to her the entire time.
M04 - Aozora Kataomoi / Jurina, Minarun, Sarina, Churi, Nao, Kaotan, Akarin
Alright, so they got rid of Maya so I can focus on Churi for this song, except she was still on the other side of the stage. I kept angling my neck around for this song to try and look at her but no luck. I sort of looked at the screen for this song since it was hard to look at the middle of the stage. Anyway, great song live.
M05 - Gomen ne, Summer / Rara, Ryoha, Ego, Yunana, Sakipon, Kumachan, Maya
We’re back baby … we’re back. No need to try and angle my neck around for this song because once again she stood in the perfect place for me. Nothing to add that hasn’t been said before… just perfect.
M06 - 1!2!3!4! Yoroshiku! / Minarun, Akarin, Wanchan, Piyosu, Suzuran, Oshirin, Yumana, Nao, Reona, Nakki, Rara, Makiko, Ouchan, Donchan, Nonochan, Morihei Riko
I think this is my favourite live song out of the better known single songs they perform, it’s got a lot of energy. I didn’t even really pay attention to who was there, I was just calling out everyone’s name and enjoying myself.
M07 - Banzai Venus / Sakipon, Yuzuki, Renahyuu, Piyosu, Kocchan, Sarina, Yumana, Nacchi, Kaotan, Airi, Yukatan, Naruchan, Satokaho, Maya, Hatagon, Tani
I spent the first thirty seconds of the song trying to see if Maya was in it. When I found her I was on lock-on mode and she thankfully stayed near my side for this song. She was really funny during this song, making a lot of faces and laughing.
MC2 - Kamimura Ayuka, Aiai, Kano, Oshirin, Mikotti, Yuzuki, Kaotan, Nakki, Makiko, Tani
The matome site tells me that they were talking about bonus scenes for the MVs. I remember Makiko saying something funny but let’s be real, I was daydreaming again.
M08 - Handshaeteki Suru / Love Crescendo
Unfortunately Maya was on the opposite side for most of this song, but I mustered my energy, craned my head, used my toes, and made every possible effort to look at her for this song. It sort of worked.
M09 - Because Docchitsukazu / Kosanga 7 (Tani center)
This unit doesn’t have an MV but they’re great. I like how they gave Suzuran an outfit to show off her shoulders. This was great to watch since they won’t get much exposure.
M10 - Furanu Romance / Sakura Love Letter 32 (Ouchan center)
First time I heard the 32 person song. It is a lot to take in live due to the amount of members but it’s fun. Honestly it was a bit of a sensory overload since I was trying to keep track of as many members as I could.
MC3 - Ryoha, Ego, Yunana, Ruka, Sarina, Nao, Kumachan
Same old story.
M11 - Pareo wa Emerald / Kenkyuusei (Inoue Ruka center)
A real treat to see the kenkyuusei do this song. It just felt like the perfect performance for them, even if this song has been done a million times and will be done a million more. It fit the moment and all the members looked great from where I was standing.
M12 - Okidoki / Kamimura Ayuka, Aiai, Piyosu, Suzuran, Mikotti, Narupi, Honono, Reona, Narucham, Makiko, Ouchan, Maya, Akarin, Saanan, Tani, Donchan
Just like 1234 Yoroshiku this song also pumps me up a lot, regardless of the timing. It was nice that Maya was there, and in a place I could see her well too. She was really lively during this song and kept looking around my area during the parts where they pump their fists.
M13 - Kataomoi Finally / KII
Wow! Was this the first time I saw Churi in Katafai? I actually had a lot of trouble seeing her since she was in the center, but I didn’t want to miss her so I kept looking at the screen for this song. It took something away from my viewing experience but I wanted to view the performance in its entirety. It was everything I expected.
M14 - Aishiteraburu! / Yokonyan, Chikako, Juna, Oshirin, Yukichan, Ayamelo, Kitano Ruka, Sarina, Sakipon, Yuzuki, Reona, Nakki, Kumachan, Saanan, Tani, Donchan
I don’t really like this song but I had a ton of fun with the calls! I was zoning out a bit in terms of the members and just looked ahead of me at whoever happened to be there.
M15 - Kiss datte Hidarikiki / Yokonyan, Makiko, Ego, Yunana, Renahyuu, Inoue Ruka, Kano, Miyo, Machi, Chikako, Kitano Ruka, Sakipon, Airi, Yukatan, Maya, Saanan
I was pretty tired at this point. It took me a while to locate Maya I think. This song is pretty boring live, but again, I just looked at Maya.
MC4 / Everyone
They handed out some signed posters during this MC. They designated members for each of the teams to reach into a box and pull out ticket numbers. I didn’t know where my ticket was so I was searching for it the whole time. Turns out it was in my pocket. My number wasn’t called anyway. The posters were signed by the team which drew the number.
M16 - Muishiki no Iro / All
I was a bit surprised. I was expecting Igai ni Mango but whatever. I didn’t mind hearing it again, given that the event was for this song’s release. Everyone was there this time so it was a bit harder to see Maya but she was in my field of vision still. I had no view of Churi as usual.

Maya stayed near our area for the end. Just like last time she tried to find her fans. She started with the people on the right/middle of the audience, but there seemed to be fewer there. Most of the fans were around the left side it seems. There were a lot of people, but she waved at me, pointing out my lightstick and smiling. I don’t know if she saw who I was but she noticed the lightstick for sure. I think that the benefit of being on the ground floor over the second floor is that the members wave to you first. It is rather hard to see the top seats I suppose.
This live was a complete change from Laguna in that this live only had group songs and no small units. I’m glad I got to experience these two different kind of lives. I also technically saw Churi at a SKE concert/live so I can cross that off my list, although I’d much prefer being somewhere where I could see her properly.
Afterwards I met people who were going to the evening live. From their accounts it seemed like a lot of fun, especially since they addressed Maya’s birthday a lot more. I also saw people on Twitter write accounts of them seeing members leave afterwards. Churi had to leave immediately afterwards with Ryoha and Akarin for ANN. As a side note, my green lightstick is bent now. I don’t know the reason but maybe it is a sign that I am excited by Maya’s presence lol.

Meru: Like in rehearsal, since the time is being limited, so want concentrate, so we can watch out about the mistake at kind of things

Meru : Since the event just held in Kochhi,Tottori and Fukuoka, I was happy when many people said to comes to from another place, also lot people come to handshake event, so i want to spread more F24 . also wanted to do nationwide tour too,
Mio : I think its not the end, I hope we continue from here, in fact i really want go to Kocchi and Tottori once again.
Meru : Yep, want to return to the beggining
Mio : "Reunited after one year" since it was in Fukuoka, next time i would like to do Live concert in Kocchi and Tottori once more time and would like to show how much we already grow up.

100 Single Terbaik AKB48 Group Dengan Penjualan Tertinggi Sepanjang Masa
Sejak memulai debutnya pada tahun 2005 silam, idol group paling populer di Jepang saat ini yang dibentuk oleh Yasushi Akimoto, AKB48 bersama dengan sister group-nya telah merajai penjualan single di Jepang. Single yang dirilis oleh AKB48 sendiri dalam kurun waktu beberapa tahun terakhir ini selalu terjual lebih dari satu juta copy, hal yang sangat sulit dilakukan oleh musisi-musisi Jepang lainnya. Mereka juga baru saja megalahkan penyanyi Ayumi Hamasaki dan mencatatkan namanya sebagai penyanyi wanita terlaris di Jepang menurut perusahaan Jepang yang bergerak di bidang layanan musik seperti tangga lagu dan album, Oricon.

It’s 5th Oct. Finally SKE48 has welcomed it’s 10th anniversary of theater debut! I have been with SKE48 for 6 years
I don’t know all the history about SKE48, but as I like SKE48 more and more, so it’s best for me to know little by little, and feel about it.
I’m pretty sure there are fans who like SKE48 since long time ago, and also new fans who became to like SKE48! It doesn’t matter at all as long as they like SKE48. Our fans like SKE48, and we like our fans too!
As for the second part of it on 5th, we performed a lot of songs. What’s your thought ???

It’s really fun as I got to perform so many songs😂 I had hard time with changing my outfits but I made no mistake and managed to make it to the stage (LOL) There were times when I performed 2 songs back to back Like Shijin follow by Seifuku no Me, Rio ~~ follow by Jesus. I was kinda worried about my stamina😂
Especially performing Rio no Kakumei followed by Jesus… It brings back memories It reminds me when I performed Aitakatta theater stage performance when I was still a kenkyuusei. It makes my emotion welling up☝️

4th single Keyaki, Fukyouwaon, rilis pada 5 April 2017. Sakamichi Review untuk single ini akan kumulai dari sekarang dari cover, lagu, dan seifuku. Dan kali ini berbeda dengan Influencer, aku merilis review lagu paling akhir. Yah, karena aku merilis review coupling per MV untuk single ini, jadi harus ada yang mengalah. Angka 456.158 di hari pertama rilis, Fukyouwaon tidak menunjukkan gejala Keyaki kehabisan bensin sejauh ini.
Covers Coverage
Type A seperti biasa masih menjadi hak prerogatif Tecchi. Untuk ketiga kalinya aku menulis hal yang sama. Type B menjadi milik front row dan sama seperti Futari, Tecchi double feature. Type C juga masih milik 2nd row. Tiga tipe ini relatif tak ada beda dari Futari. Perbedaan hanya pada Type D -yang mana baru pertama kali muncul- dan Regular.
Normalnya, 3rd row akan menempati Type D dan H.Keyaki sebagai Under akan berada di Regular kan? Sesuai dengan strata mereka, tapi tidak kali ini. H.Keyaki malah berada di Type D sementara 3rd row di Regular. Entah karena H.Keyaki memiliki lagu di Type D, yang mana ini mungkin untuk mendongkrak rekognitas publik atau sekedar menambah bumbu dalam drama internal?
Well, ini untuk pertama kalinya member non-senbatsu bisa muncul di cover, bagi Keyaki tentu, karena di Nogi sudah melakukannya di cover Type C Kidzuitara Kataomoi. Dan harus kukatakan H.Keyaki tak kalah dalam urusan fotogenik, yah, hanya terganggu oleh terangnya cahaya yang datang.
Tema yang diusung juga masih a la Keyaki, cool dan misterius. Kali ini tema discord yang dibawa cukup terasa dari suasana yang terlihat dalam kondisi cold war. Dalam gedung yang sepertinya adalah milik kepolisian, atau militer, terserah yang mana. Hanya Type D yang berada di rooftop yang berbeda, dengan latar belakang sunset, kesan yang ditangkap lebih terang. Kurasa ini adalah hint untuk Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteiru.
Track List
Fukyouwaon (不協和音) / Senbatsu
Type A, B, C, D, Regular Track 01
Well, sebagai main single, Fukyouwaon berbeda dan sama dengan sebelum-sebelumnya. Berbeda dalam arti apa yang disajikan kali ini jauh lebih gelap dari materi single sebelumnya. Sedangkan persamaan dengan single sebelumnya terutama SiMa, tema rebellion masih kental. Mengentalkan image Keyaki sebagai dance based, powerful group tidak akan salah memang.
Nuansa EDM terasa begitu kental di single ini, dan harus diakui lagu setipe ini sangat cocok dinikmati dengan melihat dance-nya. MV Fukyouwaon memang bukan MV terbaik Keyaki, tapi bisa menyampaikan pesan ini dengan baik. Sementara dari segi lagu, well, setelah mendengarkan full audio saja, aku cukup kaget dengan bagaimana lagu ini bisa begitu adiktif di telinga.
Dan aku bukan penggemar EDM sampai memasukkan lagu tipe ini di smartphone, hanya sekedar menikmati secara kasual. Lagu ini mengejutkanku yang semula berpikir lagu ini tidak akan seadiktif jika dinikmati tanpa MV seperti SiMa. SiMa masih menjadi benchmark untuk Keyaki, dan aku akan bilang, untuk lagu tipe EDM, Fukyouwaon menang.
Dari segi vokal, hadirnya Nanachanzou sebagai barisan front row baru cukup membawa perubahan. Vokal yang dihadirkan jadi terkesan lebih rough meski vokal dari 2nd row juga cukup dominan. Hal yang berbeda untuk Tridente kali ini, jika di Futari, Mii dan Aoi berhasil blend dengan Tecchi dengan baik, Yuuka dan Neru hampir sama sekali tidak memberi efek yang signifikan.
Jadi untuk harmonisasi dan teknik, kali ini aku harus mengatakan impresiku tidak sebaik saat Futari. Lebih rough bukan berarti lebih baik. Kekurangan ini untungnya ditambal dengan aransemen yang adiktif. Tinggal menunggu live pertama Fukyouwaon sekarang.

W-KEYAKIZAKA no Uta (W-KEYAKIZAKAの詩)
Type A, B, C, D, Regular Track 02
Lagu ini sempat dikhawatirkan tidak akan masuk dalam tracklist 4th single, mengingat pertama diperdengarkan di momen yang kurang oke. Namun harapan agar lagu ini masuk di single keempat terwujud, malah melebihi ekspektasi dengan MV yang indah dan penuh makna. Kini giliran untuk lagunya, apakah sebagus itu juga?
Di intro, kita disajikan nuansa a la drumband, dan ini berlanjut hingga akhir lagu. Harus kukatakan aransemen ini membawa nuansa majestic yang berbeda dengan rilisan Keyaki lain. Juga jelas berbeda dengan Nogizaka no Uta yang lebih seperti march, yang dihadirkan lewat lagu ini adalah parade.
Menurutku juga akan menarik jika ada MV versi drumband yang dihadirkan dengan aransemen yang mendukung seperti ini. Sementara untuk vokal, lagu yang dibawakan semua member seperti ini jarang bisa menemukan jeleknya, semua saling menutupi karena tak ada vokal yang tak tertolong. Tapi jadinya juga berkesan terlalu flat.
Lirik yang dihadirkan juga cocok dengan segmentasi lagu ini sebagai identitas dan brand Keyakizaka46. Hanya sedikit yang membuatku berpikir, adalah bagian “We are Sakagumi”, bukan “We are Keyakizaka”, jadi lebih universal bahkan bisa digunakan oleh Nogi juga. Nevertheless this is a nice song. Membawa angin yang berbeda dengan image Keyaki yang kuat dengan lagu brand yang lebih lembut.

Hohoemi ga Kanashii (微笑みが悲しい) / Techi & Neru
Type A Track 03
The Chosen One & Half Blood Princess, dualisme Double Suns a la Keyaki yang jauh lebih kontroversial dibanding di Nogi. Mereka sampai saat ini masih menjadi hanya dua member yang mendapat jatah solo, de facto member terkuat dari K&H, juga center di masing-masing, dan bisa dikatakan member Keyaki paling terkenal secara publik -Tecchi sebagai center, dan Neru sebagai bintang variety-
Dari sini kita bisa mendapat kesan lagu ini akan dope kan? Well, jika berharap seperti itu, bersiaplah untuk kecewa. Pertama, dua orang ini memiliki perbedaan vokal yang sangat jauh, Tecchi yang kuat di nada rendah sementara Neru di nada tinggi. Menggabungkan keduanya dalam satu lagu butuh aransemen dan teknik yang bagus.
Dan benar saja, Hohoemi ga Kanashii secara aransemen adalah lagu bertempo lambat yang biasanya menitikberatkan di vokal. Disini kelemahannya terlihat, Tecchi beberapa kali terkesan sedikit menaikkan vocal range-nya untuk mengimbangi Neru. Jadinya dia terkesan fals sementara Neru just being Neru, either you love it or hate it. 
Oh entahlah, aku tak pernah merasa menggabungkan Tecchi & Neru dalam satu line atau malah lagu adalah ide bagus. Tapi bukan berarti lagu ini jelek, semua kembali pada selera.

Tuning (チューニング) / Yuichanzou
Type B Track 03
Hmmm, harus kukatakan Yuichanzou yang mendapat nomor lagi di single ini seperti pedang bermata dua. Sebagai unit yang paling sering mendapat nomor dalam sejarah Sakamichi, Yuichanzou selalu mendapat lagu yang bisa dikatakan decent, karena membawa aura yang berbeda. Shibuyagawa selalu menjadi lagu paling populer mereka, tapi Bob Dylan wa Kaesenai dan Yuuhi 1/3 jelas tak bisa dikesampingkan begitu saja.
Kali ini musik Yuichanzou kembali ke retro. Petikan gitar akustik yang ditonjolkan di MV malah tidak terlalu terdengar, menurutku terlalu banyak efek yang digunakan. Selain itu di beberapa bagian malah hampir sama sekali tak terdengar, kalah dengan drum, piano, dan harmonika. Sayang sekali, padahal kuharap suara gitar akan lebih dominan.
Untuk vokal, tak ada yang perlu dikomentari. Yuichanzou masih menjadi powerhouse untuk bidang ini di Keyaki. Yang kuperhatikan adalah bagaimana harmonisasi mereka menunjukkan progress yang terus naik, padahal dari individu saja sudah termasuk bagus. Tuning menjadi alternatif yang enak sekali untuk telinga dari single ini.

Wareta Smartphone (割れたスマホ) / Aozora to MARRY
Type C Track 03
Unit Aozora wa Chigau yang kini kembali dengan nama resmi MARRY. Akronim dari Manaka, Akane, Rika, Risa, dan Yuuka. Unit ini adalah unit resmi kedua -de facto, karena lahir di Sekai ni- Keyaki, sementara 5 Cards baru muncul di Futari. Butuh waktu setengah tahun bagi unit ini untuk mendapat nama resmi, dan baru pertama kali terjadi di Sakamichi.
Dari review MV, aku mengatakan bahwa dalam kapasitas sebagai MV, nomor ini tidaklah buruk. Sementara jika hanya mendengarkan lagunya, obyektif, katakan saja aku sama sekali tidak keberatan dengan nomor ini. Dari segi aransemen, lagu ini membawa nuansa 80’an yang kental, funk dipadu EDM menghasilkan suara yang unik.
Untukku entah kenapa malah mengingatkan pada musik game 8-bit setelah mendengar intronya. Dan di MV, aku mengatakan banyak Latin Dance yang digunakan, dan musik dari lagu ini cocok untuk itu. Banyak yang mengatakan vokal adalah kelemahan paling besar dari lagu ini. Aku berpendapat berbeda.
Memang di beberapa bagian fals-nya terlalu besar, tapi obyektif dan subyektif, suara yang benar-benar fals itu hanya ditemukan dalam bagian individu. Sementara saat menyanyi bersama, tidak begitu fals malah akan kukatakan cukup enak didengar. Well, kebalikan dari Yuichanzou, MARRY memang bukan unit member dengan vokal yang cocok dengan semua jenis lagu, butuh lagu yang benar-benar spesifik untuk mereka agar tidak di-bash karena vokal.

Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteiru (僕たちは付き合っている) / Hiragana Keyakizaka46
Type D Track 03
H.Keyaki kembali tidak mengikuti jejak K.Keyaki dengan ikut merilis lagu dan MV yang powerful. Mereka tetap ada di jalan yang lebih soft daripada main single. Setelah Hiragana Keyakizaka, Dare Yori mo Takaku Tobe!, kali ini Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteiru atau terjemahan bebasnya adalah We are Dating jelas jauh lebih sweet & soft daripada judul seperti Discord.
Untuk lagu, well, sama seperti judulnya, ini adalah tipikal lagu yang sweet dan bukan tipikal lagu yang akan dibawakan K.Keyaki. Selain itu aransemen yang tidak terpengaruh EDM secara berat juga variasi yang bagus. Jika Tuning membawa nafas retro, Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteiru adalah pop yang modern. Lirik yang dibawa juga kawaii.
Kali ini harus kukatakan aku cukup kecewa dengan output ini. Dalam arti masih belum bisa menemukan member dengan vokal yang kuat atau setidaknya distinguishable. Tidak adanya solid vocalist di H.Keyaki sedikit mengganggu, meski harus kuakui untuk urusan harmonisasi masih bisa diterima. Yah, kekurangan dari lagu ini termasuk minor sih, hanya soal image yang mungkin cukup issue.

Eccentric (エキセントリック) / Senbatsu
Type Regular Track 03
Sama seperti judulnya, lagu ini eksentrik. Lagu ini menjadi instant favorite untukku, karena rap adalah hook yang selalu berhasil untukku. Aku berpendapat lagu ini adalah uncut diamond dari single ini, tanpa MV, lagu ini tidak akan pernah terekspos dengan baik pada publik.
Padahal jika ada MV, setidaknya publik akan aware bahwa selain dance, Keyaki juga bisa membawakan lagu yang tidak butuh dance berat seperti ini. Namun kembali lagi, mungkin manajemen berpikir bahwa image Keyaki sebagai dance based group adalah paten, merilis MV untuk lagu yang dominan di vokal bukan pilihan baik.
Yah, di dalam hatiku ada kekecewaan besar, tapi memang jika dibandingkan Fukyouwaon (main single), W-Keyakizaka no Uta (brand), Tuning (kembalinya Yuichanzou), Wareta Smartphone (MARRY adalah unit yang menjanjikan dari komersil), dan Bokutachi wa Tsukiatteiru (H.Keyaki, de facto Under Member) maka jelas Eccentric kalah prioritas.
Pendapat utamaku tentang lagu ini jujur subyektif, aku menyukai rap dan lagu ini tipeku. Jadi review tentang lau ini tak bisa jadi patokan. Secara general, rap kali ini lebih rumit ketimbang Buranko dan Fuusen wa Ikiteiru, dan bagaimana member bisa membawakan rap selevel ini patut diapresiasi. Selain itu lirik lagu ini sangat kuat, membawa image Keyaki, dan menyimbolkan sisi introvert yang juga dimiliki center.

Seifuku
Enaknya menulis review seifuku Keyaki adalah, apa yang mereka pakai di MV pasti menjadi seragam dinas selama satu single, jadi tak perlu menunggu. Seifuku kali ini, well, bagaimana mengatakannya, weird. Ini seperti hanya memotong bagian top half dari seifuku SiMa, kemudian membuatnya menjadi vest. Selain itu aku tak menemukan dimana bagusnya turtleneck yang loose seperti ini, juga aksen kancing yang berkesan mudah lepas.
Warna biru tua yang dipakai memang bagus, aksen merah yang dipakai membuat tabrakan warna yang enak dilihat. Hanya saja jika digabungkan dengan badge hijau Keyaki, warnanya jadi down. Jika dilihat dari kanan atau depan memang masih bagus, tapi jika badge-nya kelihatan, hmmm…. discord. Jika harus kukatakan secara gamblang, ini adalah versi downgrade dari SiMa.
Perbedaan desain kembali pada pembagian berdasarkan usia. Untuk member >18 tahun, menggunakan desain lengan yang memiliki ring seperti seifuku Futari. Sementara untuk yang <18 tahun, menggunakan ujung lengan yang tanpa ring dan terbelah di sisi kanan-kirinya.
Sementara untuk H.Keyaki, mereka kembali mendapat perbedaan warna dengan K.Keyaki. Jika Senbatsu mendapat warna seifuku biru, mereka mendapat warna abu-abu. Tidak ada perbedaan selain warna, aksen warna yang digunakan juga masih merah yang sama juga desainnya.
Untuk member, aku mulai bertanya-tanya kapan akan terjadi perubahan pada make-up mereka. Mereka bahkan masih memakai hairstyle yang sama sejak SiMa! Hanya Mona saja yang mengalami fase perubahan yang stabil, dan itu membuat popularitasnya terus naik kan? I mean, perubahan sekecil hairstyle bisa membuat efek yang drastis. Yumi, Miona, dan yang terbaru Bebitan, bahkan Johnson, memang ini tak akan berpengaruh sangat drastis, hanya saja akan lebih baik ketimbang kemonotonan yang terus-menerus.
Dalam W-Keyakizaka no Uta, seifuku yang digunakan setipe dengan seifuku Nandome dengan vest dan rok berwarna shamrock green yang dipadu dasi biru dan kemeja putih. Seifuku ini jauh lebih formal daripada seifuku utama dan mungkin untuk pertama kalinya Keyaki akan menggunakan seifuku non-MV untuk digunakan dalam acara TV.
Conclusion
Sebagai single yang dirilis tepat setahun setelah debut mereka, Fukyouwaon bisa dibilang membawa nostalgia dengan tema yang mereka bawakan saat debut. Seluruh lagu di single ini memang tak memiliki line yang jelas, jadi untuk tema keseluruhan, aku tak bisa mengatakan dengan pasti.
Naiknya penjualan single ini di hari pertama yang nyaris 100K dari Futari Saison adalah bukti bahwa Keyaki masih berjalan pasti. Major Tom belum kehilangan kontak dengan Ground Control, situasi Keyaki masih dalam bait ini;

Fans masih mencintai dan mendukung Keyaki, dan mereka membalas ini dengan masih menghadirkan materi yang bagus.
Di single ini, kejelasan sistem K&H masih harus ditunda, entah sampai kapan. Peran Sol Invictus Tecchi juga mulai dikurangi alih-alih dibebankan pada member lain, langkah yang termasuk cerdik, masih menjadikan Tecchi sebagai center of attention dan membuat member lain menjaga spotlight. Ini juga salah satu alasan kenapa MARRY di-push kali ini. Yang pasti Keyaki setidaknya harus tetap menjaga pace ini.
By the way, besok tanggal 6 April adalah 1st Birthday Live Keyaki di Yoyogi, peringatan setahun debut mereka, kuharap tidak ada yang aneh-aneh.

Standard disclosure for anyone not familiar with Valentine’s Day in Japan: while it is indeed still the holiday for romance it functions as a sort of ‘Sadie Hawkins Day’ when girls give chocolates to the guys they’re either friends with (“obligation chocolates”) or are in love with. It’s a popular time for girls to confess their love, so guys can get understandably anxious as the day approaches, lol.
