Excited to be included in @shutter_hub #PostcardsFromGreatBritain exhibition with a personal collaboration #ExploringDELICIOUSNESS w/ @itslucyruth @_kerryhughes_ 💥💥 ・・・ Postcards from Great Britain is a largescale project from photography organisation Shutter Hub @shutter_hub , which invites photographers to share their visions of British culture through photographic images to create conversations and exchange. Pop-up exhibitions are being organised in locations across Europe, with related events, showcasing thousands of postcard-sized images. Every single image which is submitted to Postcards from Great Britain will become part of an archive catalogue, to be housed in libraries and archives around the world, and 100 images will be selected for a collectable postcard set. At a significant time in European history this project sets out to document and share aspects of British culture, spanning all genres of photography, and collating images which include social, political, historical, traditional and observational responses.

Icknield Way 2018-19 Finally finished a series of #bromoil prints, a laborious (and somewhat frustrating process) where a #silvergelatinprint is bleached, fixed, washed and has ink repeatedly stippled over the surface. It reminds me of the rhythm of walking. More to come... We’d love you to join us on the afternoon of Saturday 05 October as we launch HOME, an exhibition of powerful photographic images in support of homelessness charities across the UK. We’ve teamed up with the beautiful Gallery at Home in Monmouthshire, Wales to create an exhibition of almost 200 images, from around 80 generous photographers who have kindly donated their images so as to raise funds for Crisis, Shelter Cymru and Toiletries Amnesty*. Prints from the exhibition will be available to purchase from Gallery at Home, and online in the Shutter Hub Shop between the dates of 05 October and 12 December 2019. Home can be found in a person, or a memory. Scars and skin, pin boards of photographs with frayed edges. Freckled noses, specks of dust in the light, long dark shadows and perspectives.
