We qualified each rally obedience run (despite large areas requiring handler improvement <3) and finished the weekend with a 97, 84, and 97. This baby dog now has her Rally Advanced title!

(All rosettes were default as we were the only ones in our class.)

I'm about to eat for the first time other than yogurts today 🥹

#im not cut out for working #and i have to do it all again at 5am 😭#i got to hide out in a residents room and help her untangle yarn though 😂 she was 90 and very there mentally #(alao really progressive 🥳🥰)#she told my work partner about her life while i undid knots #also*#i probably squeezed out an hour of hour thirty until my instructor found us #but she didn't yell or anything and was please to see us listening to/talking with the residents #she stayed in the room for probably 15 minutes talking with her too #other than that i fed a resident and got my hand drooled on (didnt freak out or immediately leave to wash my hands 🥳 )#sat in to help with bingo...got talked into dancing ymca and the cha cha slide with the lady operating the bingo for them 😂#almost all of us cnas were caught dancing by another who walked by laughing before joining #and i got told i couldn't “drive” bec i accidentally knocked a wheelchair into another while trying to get someone into the dining room 😭#my first resident was really sweet though and told the lady i was “learning” 🥹💕 then she told me to stay away from her “grouchy table” 😂#anywaysss i got off at around 5 and the hours have slipped by already 🥴#idk how people work 5 days in a row full time or at all really #i miss my mom 😭#also i feel really incompetent and a little like a burden to nurses not too happy to have students around 🫠#but overall they're really nice. just a bit of the 'duhhh' tones / answers when we ask shit 😂

I won't make any promises, but this fic does mean a lot to me—it was my NaNoWriMo project for three years!—so I'd be sad if I never did anything with it. But it's definitely not at the point where it's ready to be shared yet. It's a real mess!

I just finished watching Abbott Elementary (or all that’s come out so far aaa) and the way that every single one of these teachers are people my gay ass would wish were my parents as a kid

#the klock keeps ticking #abbott elementary #the school itself reminds me so much of the catholic school i went to #very small very under budget everything is old and broken #except the difference is that the teachers in this show are all good and not monsters #they just. they just love the kids so much you know 😭#my favorite character is barbara shes adorable and also like the best teacher #she just works so well with her students and believes in them and does whatever she can to help them 🥺#they all do really its like aaaaaaaaa #janine is the type of teacher that you kinda need to protect cuz you know shes really stressed and trying so hard #and she makes cookies and you look at your classmates like listen here dickweeds you better eat these fucking cookies #melissa is one id definitely wish was my mom shes very tough but caring #she has the energy like shed beat the shit out of some incompetent adult but always makes sure to treat the kids like angels #you need to give her flowers #jacob is the teacher whos very nice and passionate and he tries a bit too hard to make the kids happy #that hes very bad at discipline and ends up letting the class get too out of control #so you kinda gotta help him out sometimes by telling everyone to be quiet and pay attention #definitely a teacher i wouldve eaten lunch with and i would draw him a ninja turtle and hes probably cry #gregory is the teacher i wouldve lost my shit over like on the first day youre really nervous hes gonna be scary #cuz hes kinda being a bit short #but then you realize he was just really exhausted and really really nervous and he like would make a really bad pun while teaching #and youre like OH okay so i gotta do everything for this man i see i see #like all i can imagine is that he for some reason has to do something really weird like ride a tricycle one day #and youre like YESSS GREGORY OMG YES PLEASE GET IT KING YESSSS #he just drops really weird bombs occasionally like he reveals that hes a talented juggler one day and youre like please adopt me please #you gotta give him all the drawings and cookies #this is my deep thorough analysis of these teachers thank you very much

good afternoon i just had a great morning at the hospital the doctor i really like was here and she told me she enjoys my patient reports the most and can tell it’s me when she reads them my head is abt to explode

#this isn’t the first time i’ve been told this so it really tames down my impostor syndrome 😭#also she brought breakfast today and i was like omg that’s super nice and she said yeah i brought it in bc i knew you’d be here ….. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲#that’s probably a lie but idc that made me very happy #ALSOOO #a new patient was supposed to come in and i was supposed to do the report but she didn’t come and she was like oh no now i’m not gonna #read ur report :( and i said it’s ok there’s gonna be other occasions and she was like ur coming on monday right??? PLEASEEEE #i love her so much she’s so nice and fun and i’m actually sad to be leaving 😭#the intern i was with was also super cool and explained everything in a nice way and he was super nice w the patients too #just very good vibes all around #i was very meh abt having to come today bc it’s saturday and i wanted to sleep in but it was just so cool and even the nurses was super nice #AAAAAAAAA i just had a very good morning 😭😭😭#and now i’m going home while listening to my silly little songs and i just feel very happy 😭#im gonna be riding this wave as much as i can bc who knows when it’ll crash 😝

SUDDENLY STARTED RAINING SO HARD WE ARE SO FUCKING BACK

#i was like huh whats that noise. bc i can normally NEVER hear anything over my headphones but it was the rain fucking shattering it down #my bed is WET the window was only open a few inches 😭#anyway had no signal at work again today smfh. but at least they let me on the bus free on the way there this morning #still a bit wobbly im in the baby deer phase of post major depressive episode #roommate asked how i was doing when she got home and i very very nearly started crying but i didnt i was so brave #my insane insecurity and anger swings post rsd episode have mostly faded too thank fuck. only took 4 days which is pretty good for me #but im still so so tired it takes everything out of me...#when im recovered + can talk abt it without making myself upset again im promising myself i will talk to her abt the rsd if nothing else #but i really really dont want to make her feel bad abt it at all its genuinely not anyones fault. but its important to me that i say smth #just so we can avoid it happening again where possible bc it does really suck so bad. for everyone im sure but mostly me here #and i would like to be able to care abt ppl and have close friends without risking my entire mental (+ physical..) wellbeing 😭#i think if im still struggling w mood once my meds stabilise i might ask if there are options to help w that too #like i think ive gone as far as i can w therapeutic techniques rn. its just too overwhelmingly intense and reflexive for me to apply that #and i dont feel like i live my life around it or in fear of it anymore like generally i have been a lot better #but when im vulnerable and it DOES strike i have no defense against it whatsoever and it can tank everything for weeks #its just high stakes. and it'll help to make sure ppl know abt it and might be able to support etc but it would be nice to never worry abt #so worth trying meds for it maybe. i just dont rly wanna have the conversations w medical ppl in order to get it in the first place #like i wouldnt feel safe telling a doctor abt it bc the idea of someone with that authority having power over me is terrifying #ah well this isnt a problem for right now. plus stimulants might help me w it anyway once im finished titrating so we'll see #got so distracted typing this i forgot what i was gonna do.... i need to check my planner #and then ill probably read and go to sleep early i think zzzzz #ahhh.. and the birds are singing outside now the rain has stopped :-)#.diaries

You’re lounging in your husband's favourite chair with a book and an ice cold soda in your hand when your phone rings. You almost knock your tooth out pulling it up to your face without looking, wanting it to be Aaron, knowing it probably won’t be. Maternity leave can be excruciatingly boring.

“Hello?” you ask. Your book slides down your bump. You pull it back up.

“Hi, mom.”

You grin to yourself. “Hi, Emily. Please tell me you’re calling because you miss me and you know I have cabin fever.”

“I’m calling because someone misses you.” Her ire tone is unmissable and ever endearing. “I do miss you, I can’t wait for you to have your stinking baby and come back to work.”

“That would be fun, right? We’ll get Hotch on paternity leave.”

“It’s him I’m calling about.”

“Is he okay?” you ask. You know if he were injured she would’ve mentioned that first. You’re not so scared of his being grumpy.

“Moody as ever. I can’t believe I’m asking you to, but would you consider coming in for lunch? I’ll send a car, no walking, but he could really use it. He’s been biting off heads all morning.” Emily laughs down the line. “You’re the only one who can cheer him up.”

It’s not true, but you are usually the quickest. You bid Emily goodbye with a promise to be there soon and get dressed, with no choice but to wear some maternity pants and a peplum blouse. Any excuse to see your haggard husband is one you’ll take.

You look at your bump and you love the baby in there, but it feels weird sometimes to see yourself differently. If Aaron weren’t as nice about it as he is, you would’ve broken down by now; he’s sussed many breakdowns before they could begin, kissed fingertips and collars promising you’re just as pretty as always. And it’s reassuring, but it isn’t pretty that worries you. You’re a genuine walking beach ball right now.

The car Emily promises is none other than Anderson himself. “He’s bullying you?” you ask him.

He doesn’t say yes or no, but his smile is enough of a clue. You can’t get to the BAU quick enough (though you’re slower these days), pushing open the glass door with a tired sign.

Spencer comes across you first by coincidence. “Hey!” he says, ushering you in for a hug, his cup of coffee hot behind your shoulder. “What are you doing here? You’re supposed to be resting.”

“He’s in a mood,” you say. Not without fondness.

Spencer grimaces. “Sort of.”

Emily attacks you from the side. “Thank god you’re here! I think he just told Morgan to go fuck himself,” she says under her breath.

She’s just saying it to make you laugh, and it works. It’s vaguely out of character, but if you know Emily, you know she has a crass, often dirty-minded side, and it’s been a while since you’ve heard her swear. You’re still giggling when the door you’d been making your way to opens.

Aaron emerges with an expression half bemusement and half confusion. “Honey?”

“My love,” you say, too quiet for him to properly hear, but he can read lips just fine.

He rushes in a very gentlemanly display down the steps to help you up them, but you’d only been going up them to see him, and you stop at the foot of them with your hand raised to his elbow. “Hey, handsome.”

“What’s wrong?” he asks.

“Nothing. Just missed you, wanted to have dinner, and I figured you couldn’t say no. You know.” You touch your tummy. “Considering.”

He peers suspiciously past your head. “Yeah?”

You look where he’s looking, find Emily and Spencer not so subtly turned away. You laugh again, pleased when the sound makes him smile. “Come on. Take me to your office.”

He puts a hand behind your shoulders and leads you upstairs to his office. There are papers strewn haphazard across the front of the desk, his briefcase open and muddled, his pen lost within the mess. You’re smug knowing he’d been knee deep in paperwork but abandoned it all when he heard you laughing, like he just couldn’t miss it.

“Let me sit you down,” he says.

“Woah, slow your roll. Why are you stressed?”

He blinks at you. “There’s a lot to do?”

“Sure, but why are you stressed about me? I can sit down by myself.”

He must look at you for five whole seconds without saying a word, and the door’s not closed, there’s no answer to your question, and then he takes you into his arms for a hug. “I know you can,” he says.

It’s admittedly hard to hug him with the bump between you. You worry you’re hurting him as your cheeks press together, crushing his shoulders under your hands.

He usually asks first, but he knows by now that you’re two halves of the same heart, two sides of the same coin, his hand slipping between you both to nudge aside your shirt and feel your stomach.

You close your eyes.

“Rough day?” you ask.

“A lot to doâ€¦” His face moves down into your neck.

You know what he wants, moving your hand to the back of his head to thread your fingers into his hair. “I can fix it,” you say sympathetically, beginning a gentle scratch of your nails against his scalp.

“How’s that?”

“If I go into labour right now, you get a reprieve.”

“Honey, in the most loving sense possible, you going into labour now would not be ideal.”

“It’s gonna happen one day, babe. And you’re gonna be just as busy then. You need to take less on orâ€“”

“No, I know.”

His hand slides still under your shirt to your hip, encouraging you away from him, his eyes flitting up and down your figure, checking you over. You let your hand fall to his shoulder, fingertips interested in the starchy fabric of a new suit.

“Thank you,” he says quietly, dipping down to give you a kiss. His eyes are dark, so close. “That helped. What can I get you for dinner?”

You give a fond, pitying smile. You’re not gonna get him out of this office today, that’s for sure. “Half your sandwich, probably.”

He kisses you again. You take it for a thank you.

prompt: a ex-thief wants redemption to see his family

You stole shit..like lots of it to the point even your ex-teammates calls you a raccoon for your ability to steal like crazy. So when one of your teammates killed you because of they were jealous you got so much jewelry…. You fell into hell grumbling piss at seeing your ex teammate shoot you before you died.

You dusted off your outfit to fuckin' see you are a raccoon. (You can imagine reader to be a cubby raccoon or your body type 😘) but you gotta admit it fitted you as you looked to see an ad for a hotel that talks about redemption. You didn’t wanna stay in hell any longer as you smell the flames in your snout. So you go over to the hotel.

You stay at the hotel for months, getting the trust of the hotel staff as you live there. Charlie introduces herself in her dreams to you, making you feel at least as you should help her grow in her dreams of the hotel that she’s making out of this.

So you nod, accepting your be part of the exercises she does.

You either was given a red outfit just like Charlie and vaggie or just a black fit to match your mischievous personality.

I can see reader literally just trying to wash their hand from the sink as Charlie pick them up and helps you wash your hands thinking you can’t change heights.

Lucifer picked you up because you’re the size of a raccoon so you kind of found it funny until you grow up in size as human size. Never in his life has Lucifer dropped a person so quick as you chuckled.
