Hi there how do you got your blog back from being shadowbanned? and how long does it take for staff to answer your email? curious to know because my blog got flagged for no reason and all i do is reblog.

Hello! First of all, I’m sorry to hear that you were shadowbanned, it really sucks! I was shadowbanned for two, going on three weeks. I sent three support tickets in total, waiting a few-several days between each submission.

But what I actually recommend doing is going to this Reddit post and leaving a comment explaining your situation there. I was able to get help there, and they fixed my account and sent me this email shortly after—

I believe there has been a site-wide glitch that has affected a lot of people and falsely tagged them as bot accounts. It really sucks but it looks like the Tumblr team is aware of it.

I hope this helps and that you get your full account functionality back ASAP!

I've been shadowbanned too and it's been more than two weeks since I e-mailed them.

Create a new blog with a new mail adress because they are really, REALLY slow

honestly, i don't really wanna make another blog or anything :( i might just hope and wait it out, or cross my fingers that someone from tumblrsupport makes my account unshadowbanned because icl this is actually pretty annoying 😮‍💨😮‍💨

i didn't originally make my blog for likes, mainly for just a writing purpose, but it's a huge motivation thing that keeps me going!! so seeing my posts not do as well as usual makes me feel a bit drained if that makes sense (?) 🙁 it's like when you work on something, then post it and not see it do as well as you were hoping. if that makes sense too?

and i dont like being unable to speak to you guys in messages n comments :(
