Musing about the crossover and some things connecting to it
I had the idea of also making it part of the serpintine descendants au.
Just it would seem cute in my head. Just the ninja freaking out because Echo went missing before they could fix him up. Since in the SD au Jay refuses to leave him in the lighhouse after the events of season 6 even if the wish undid them.
The sonic crew is also probably freaking out. because they know silver didn't return to the future yet and he went missing. This will also probably take place in an au where they have shard and Sonia and Manic because I like sonic underground and Shard.
Yang would be on a war path looking for Ruby if she went missing. It would take place shortly after the battle for minstrel. So the team was *just* ruinited.
Meanwhile Echo is bonding with Ruby, Tale and Silver. He's also the one who gets a majority of the items they find because he has the least powers/fighting skills starting out that can actually use them. Tale cant or else they woukd totally give him some.
That said when they get their first great fairy gift (the magic) it all has diffrent effects on them than it would a typical Hylain/termanian. The effect is the reason Ruby's silver eyes, which she cant really control at this point, works on the monsters and why she can use her dust bullets off of remnant. Silver can telepathically communicate using it...and is the one that ends up with the lens of truth later so.
Echo oh for Echo it does more because he still has magic residue from his home world, Ninjago, and Nahkakhan (djjdn I spelled that so wrong Im sure) and it kinda just mixes it together so he ends up with some sort of gemstone/crystal creation and manipulation power. It's also really draining on him to use especally since his body isnt exactly up to handling such powers.
Their second great fairy gift pretty much is an increase of that. It dosent really help echo asside from making it take longer for him to collapse doing anything. At that point Echo is sticking with the bow and the deku sticks and Deku nuts they got.
The third great fairy gift involved her smacking her head because her typical gift would only really work for Ruby. So with them she gave Ruby her typical gift and after a while of thinking made it to where Echo would use less energy making his crystals (after talking to him) and giving a boost to silvers actual telekinesis.
Their fourth gift is the typical deffence buff so Echo ends up falling appart a little less often after being hit.
The fifth gift is cery diffrent than what link got because she was like 'ok I really cant give any of you a sword'. In the end she enchanted Cresent Rose's balde to be stronger (because Ruby hissed at the black smiths) and gave the boys diffrent items (what IDK taking suggestions on this .///.)
When they finally beat majora they also end up, with the great fairy's help, making pendants to rember each other. The pendants have one of Echo's crystals (made in their colors: copper/brass, Silver, and red) surounded by a gold back and rim that has some blue on it (made from silver glove and boot cuffs) with a little poem made by Tale on it, with some over looking of tatle, and held by a ribbon made from Ruby's cloak (restored by the grat fairy, and when held right magically projects an image of all four of them together, ala grat fairy magic.
Then when they get home seemingly three days later they are pulled into group hugs by theor friends and family asking a lot of questions....
Echo was not allowed to leave the nest Jay ended up making for longer XD.

...so I drew echi how hell appear in most my art and stories! Espcally since in certain aus he's going to be brought to the temple. We have Echo when they first find him. A repaired and up dated echo, echo with clothes after havingbthat, and a human hologram for him.
Also dear gods this cinnabun could kick butt when he actually needs to while he's a mismash and rusted fixed up and upgraded Inpitty thenpoor souls who fuck with the people he cares about.

I couldn't help but draw this when it popped into my head. After Lloyd gets reacued Kai's not the only protective one...though for Jay it's cause he's part snek and some sneks are protective of their young (typically females and typically as they are still eggs but Jay is still part human and human males can be protective) Jay even built a nest.
Lloyd dosent entirely mind...but still asks about it

Idk what world their in but my Jay is backing up because haha he not sure exactly what gonna happen. He's also hoping someone will come and help.

When you realize you've been using the wrong term for something
Namely Ive realized Ive been using the wrong term for Zane and his skin tone/condition, that ive given him at least
Je has pibaldism not viltigo and those are two diffrent things. Pibaldism is more set in stone, from what research ive done, while viltigo increases as you get older.
Granted some people might argue this wouldnt matter because Zane's a robot...this is not an excuse to me especally since zane *is* a robot he technically *cant have* and I am going to use the correct term from hear on out.

For my serpentine descendant au. After Jay was changed in the au and Cole attempted to comfort Jay it was Zane's turn. Zane did a better job honestly because Zane knows what it's like to think your human but find out diffrently. It's not the exact same as far as everyone knows but its the closest they got. Especally since Jay is not the same green that all the fangpyre turned things are.

....ok so Ive recently gotten into Ninjago...and I like both the new and the old designs so Ive been meshing them...and the first thing I post is art for an au...one where Jay has serpentine ansetory but it didnt show (cause of magic spells and what not) till he got nicked by the fangpyer fang. So even after his heart rate was excelerated he still changed because he was genetically already part of that race.

Serpentine descendant au info and Head cannons
When you realize you’ve been spelling your own au’s name wrong opps.
Also I forgot to say this is a Polyninja Au opps ...though if it’s just og 4 poly or includes Lloyd is currently being debated because he’s chronologically a little kid but physically and mentally a teen by the time everyone gets together...so yeah figuring out some headache there.
Anyways yeah thought of some head cannons for this au and wanted to share (in random order ngl .///.)
-Jay finds out he was adopted a lot earlier than in cannon due to the whole situation
-Ed and Edna still love him even after he has become a scaly boy
-Ed and Edna are best adopted parents you can pry this from my cold dead hands
-It takes a while to figure out where the whole Jay stayed a snake thing came from though
-When they did there was a wondering of who of his biological parents had the Serpentine heritage, they still haven't found out
-unfortunately being part serpentine has been more of a hindrance than a help in that matter
-Jay has no Serpentine powers, so there’s no way to tell which tribe his heritage lies in
-He’s more susceptible to cold due to partially being cold blooded now
-Civilians are blatantly terrified of him because of the Serpentine
-on the upside he’s a lot more flexible and even faster than he had been
-still has his lightning powers so that’s a thing
-gets lots a cuddles from everyone but zane when in cold areas (due to Zane’s unfortunate of being a nindroid opps)
-can connect to Cole and Zane on a level the others really because of their situations when cole becomes a ghost
-Jay remembers Echo and goes get the younger nindroid it happens Zane will not be without family thank you very much.
