I may just land a $66k Analyst Dream Job because of this woman who consistently holds herself, her department, and her peers both accountable and encouraged.

It shocks me that she exists and is truly the rare exception to unfortunate law enforcement trends. The rest of her team are varying levels of "snarky schmuck who is tolerable as long as its comfortable for him" to "full on conservative dickhead"
