Death’s Door is a supernatural anthology series following Page One librarian Roman Thorne who uses his ability to talk to the dead along with his ties to his ex-husband Lance Valentine and the spirit of his foster sister Dru Thorne to help lost spirits get closure, solve the mysteries of their deaths, and help them get ready to open Death’s Door and walk into the light.

In the first of a series of short stories, Roman Thorne is trying to get the shattered pieces of his life back together after a painful divorce while remaining the talk of his hometown Rauchdale for the all too true rumor's that he can communicate with the dead when the spirit of his adopted sister Dru pulls him into the investigation of Homely Bites café owner Zane Christian’s ex-wife’s murder leading to Roman reuniting with his ex-husband Detective Lance Valentine.
