O Centro Integrado de Inclusão e Cidadania (CIIC), vinculado à Secretaria de Estado de Assistência Social, Trabalho, Emprego e Renda (Seaster) do Governo do Pará, tem se destacado como uma importante ferramenta na promoção da inclusão e acolhimento de pessoas com deficiência na região. Com uma abordagem ampla e integrada, o CIIC tem como principais frentes de trabalho políticas públicas de acolhimento psicossocial, incentivo à inserção ao mercado de trabalho, programas de habitação, qualificação de órgãos para melhor atendimento à pessoa com deficiência e promoção de serviços de saúde. Um dos aspectos fundamentais do CIIC é o seu atendimento aberto, sem a necessidade de encaminhamento prévio. Felipe Bordalo, coordenador do centro, destaca o compromisso em oferecer um acolhimento eficaz e respeitoso, garantindo que cada indivíduo receba o suporte necessário para suas demandas. Um exemplo concreto desse compromisso é o caso de Denilson Trindade, que recebe tratamento odontológico no posto da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde do Pará (Sespa) dentro do próprio CIIC há mais de 11 anos. Sua mãe, Osmarina Pacheco, elogia o cuidado e a atenção recebidos durante todo esse período, destacando a qualidade do atendimento prestado por profissionais de diversas áreas. Outro caso emblemático é o de José Marcos, um menino de 8 anos com transtorno do espectro autista (TEA), que realiza tratamento no CIIC há dois anos. Sua mãe, Irani Maria, relata a evolução significativa que observou na fala e no desenvolvimento da criança, graças ao apoio da equipe do centro. Além dos serviços de saúde, o CIIC também se destaca na promoção da inclusão no mercado de trabalho. Por meio de parcerias com empresas e do posto do Sistema Nacional de Emprego (Sine) no centro, os usuários têm acesso a oportunidades de emprego e são encaminhados para entrevistas, fortalecendo assim o acesso de pessoas com deficiência ao mercado de trabalho no Pará. Um aspecto importante desse trabalho é a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência auditiva, como exemplificado por Renan Caldeira, assistente administrativo do setor Sine, que é surdo. Love this clip I just found of a dive with my little Seaster @nataliekparra co-founder of @keiko_conservation Natalie inspires me with her passion and action for conservation ❤️🐬🐳🦈🐢 She’s been through some stuff and while it would be easy for some people that have been through the challenges she has experienced to just play a victim this #LadyShark has a fire in her heart for marine conservation and used time when she was stuck in a hospital with a collapsed lung a long time ago to further conservation efforts online starting more initiatives and she continues them today. secret of a stone

zuko begins making the pendant shortly after the final agni kai. 

the stone is taken from the beaches of ember island, the place where he first earned her forgiveness, a smooth blue that matches her eyes. it’s not as fancy or polished as she deserves but he perseveres, learns how to meld the symbols of both their nations onto rock, how to loop a tiny stretch of ribbon to attach the pendant beneath her mother’s. 

(he will never replace that first, most cherished token of love, only add to it). 

he works on it every spare moment of the day, between meetings, after his morning meditation, before he sleeps at night. it’s too soon to give it to her, he knows, but... there’s no harm in being prepared, is there? even if she will only receive it much later, he wants to have it ready for her. she deserves that. 

zuko finishes the pendant at his uncle’s tea shop, two hours and forty four minutes before katara steps out into a sun‐dusted balcony in ba sing se, and into the avatar’s arms. 

the pendant doesn’t leave his pocket after that. 

he feels the weight of it in his robes on the day that katara and aang arrive on ember island with a flaxen ribbon around her neck and matching smiles on their faces, under the sparkling night sky of republic city when they swear their everlasting love for each other, on the bright spring morning when they tearfully announce their first child to the world. 

zuko never says a word, of course. katara and aang are his friends, his best friends, and even if every day of his life feels like being rent apart by azula’s lightning all over again, that is his burden and his penance alone. 

the pendant stays with him till the very end, the only remnant left to him of the girl he loves. 

it reaches its intended recipient only years later, long after its maker is gone from the world, carried to the southern water tribe by fire lord izumi and placed, at last, in the wrinkled hands of the girl it was always meant for. 

there is no sign of wear and tear, no dust collected in its grooves and no scratches along the edges. it gleams beneath her fingers, as beautiful and polished as it was on the day it was made, the final gift of a lonely, heartbroken boy to the girl who learned of his love too late. 

katara clutches the stone to her heart, below the betrothal necklace where it was never able to rest, and weeps.

Carreta da Cidadania: 2600 Atendimentos no Pará em 2023

Em 2023, o Governo do Pará, através da Secretaria de Estado de Assistência Social, Trabalho, Emprego e Renda (Seaster), implementou uma iniciativa inovadora e impactante: a carreta itinerante “Assistência por Todo o Pará”. Este projeto não só simboliza um marco na prestação de serviços sociais, mas também reflete um profundo compromisso com a inclusão e apoio às comunidades mais remotas. A carreta, percorrendo diversas regiões de integração, registrou aproximadamente 2600 atendimentos, destacando a vasta necessidade de serviços de cidadania entre a população paraense. Um exemplo inspirador vem de Adriano Silva, um artesão em madeira de 33 anos, residente em Acará. Adriano, que sempre sentiu a falta de uma documentação formal para sua arte, encontrou na carreta a solução para suas dúvidas e a possibilidade de obtenção da carteira para artesãos. Os serviços oferecidos pela carreta abrangem uma gama impressionante: desde o encaminhamento para certidões de nascimento e óbito, emissão de RG, até atendimento nutricional e palestras para manipuladores de alimentos. Essa diversidade de serviços demonstra uma abordagem holística e abrangente do projeto. Creuza Costa, gerente de projetos estratégicos da Seaster, enfatiza a importância de levar assistência a todos os cantos do estado, incluindo áreas rurais, comunidades indígenas e ribeirinhas, e localidades de difícil acesso. O objetivo é garantir o acesso a direitos fundamentais como saúde, educação e habitação. A promoção social é um dos pilares da Seaster, visando a inclusão socioeconômica de trabalhadores e trabalhadoras, especialmente aqueles em situação de vulnerabilidade. O relato de Iraelson Santos, um batedor de açaí de Aurora do Pará, ilustra o impacto positivo das palestras oferecidas pela carreta, ampliando seu conhecimento e habilidades. Além da carreta itinerante, a Seaster atua em conjunto com a Secretaria de Articulação e Cidadania (Seac) e apoia iniciativas municipais.
