i’ve really let myself go & now im like 140lbs. i really need some type of meanspo or the absolute best thinspo u can possibly find. literally tried so hard to recover and i was fine for a little bit, but i need that control back i fucking crave it. i need to feel empty again.

Here's a start on body checks. I feel fucking huge. I got a new scale and turns out I'm several lbs higher than I thought cause my old one was inaccurate.weighed in at 110.6 today.
