If anyone wanted to know about this cipher:
I solved it, and I want to talk to someone about it, so I'm going to tell you. The first thing I did was google "tma 593756" because someone said it might have something to do with the statement numbers.
But what I found instead:
"There was a moment of silence, before it was replaced by a voice of a man – but his was so distorted and pitch-shifted that it could have been anyone. It barely even sounded human as it, as it spoke in a strange monotone.
Five. Nine. Three. Seven. Five. Six."
The number station from Mag144. The beginning sequence of numbers matches exactly.
I foumd out that people had actually solved this cipher using a polybius square. A polybius square is like a little chart with two numbers corresponding to a letter. 59 corresponds to t, 37 to h, 56 to e, etc. So, assuming the first 3 letters of this cipher are "the" as well, (and that it follows the same format as the other cipher, with 12345 as columns and 67890 as rows,) we get this:

We can use these letters as a guide to fill in the rest of the table in alphabetical order. (this is actually just the same square as the one that was used to solve the mag144 cipher)
Then I just paired up the rest of the numbers and matched them to the letters.
59,37,56 = THE
38,16,27,48,10 = MAGNU
49,16,39,36,37,47 = SARCHI
20,56,49,2 = VES2
The 2 on the end doesn't have a pair, so I just left it as 2. This makes:

I'm sure a million other people did this before me, but I honestly didn't know what a polybius cipher was before this, so I'm hoping a few more people will learn from this. Plus I just wanted to talk about it

Put the two together and you get the largest painted wheel you can ever imagine.
I would have had to stand in Nicaragua to make it entirely fit in the frame. Sort of.
(If you don't understand from the photographer's description: this is the painted wheel of the world's largest oxcart, an attraction in Sarchí, Costa Rica, a city famous for gorgeously painted carts, and also for now going right onto my bucket list.)

and as the title character in Hulk (2003). He played Hector in the war epic Troy (2004), and took a leading role in Steven Spielberg's historical thriller Munich (2005).
In 2009, he played the villain Nero in the science fiction Star Trek, which was a critical and commercial success.
He continued to work steadily in the 2010s, portraying Lieutenant commander Erik S. Kristensen in Lone Survivor (2013), and playing police sergeant Ralph Sarchie in the horror Deliver Us from Evil (2014).
In 2018, He played the title role in a true crime miniseries, Dirty John. In 2020, he returned to Australia to star in outback thriller The Dry.
He is the recipient of several Australian Film Institute awards and has performed distinctive lead and character roles across a wide spectrum of genres—from epics, to science fiction and action thrillers. In addition to acting, He is a motor racing enthusiast, and has participated in various racing competitions in Australia. He was appointed Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the 2019 Birthday Honours for his services to drama.

The AFP - Sarchie (The Baroness)
Location: Salatinstro desert, Boskaria
One of the most influential vampires in the Salatinstro desert for she is connected to many of the local gangs there. She is a mysterious figure who keeps to the shadows, rarely revealing herself to anyone outside her inner circle. Despite this, however, she is widely respected and feared by many in the area, thanks in large part to her connections to the various gangs and criminal organizations that operate in the desert.
The Baroness is said to have an extensive network of informants and spies who keep her informed of all the goings-on in the Salatinstro desert. She is known for her shrewd business sense and her ability to strike deals that benefit all parties involved. Many of the gangs in the area owe her favors or owe her money, and they are reluctant to cross her for fear of reprisals.
Despite her connections to the criminal underworld, however, The Baroness is not without her enemies. There are those who view her as a threat to their own power and influence, and they would like nothing more than to see her removed from the picture. But so far, she has proven to be an elusive target, always staying one step ahead of those who would try to bring her down.
For now, The Baroness remains one of the most influential vampires in the Salatinstro desert, a figure who commands respect and fear in equal measure. And as long as she remains connected to the criminal organizations in the area, she will continue to hold a position of power and influence that few others can match.
