For pride month, can you do Shuichi Saihara (bisexual and trans (FTM)) x Gonta Gokuhara (pansexual)?

Pushing this to the front of the queue since the queue is stretching into late July atp :)

Gonta was one of the most open of his classmates when it came to talking about love and attraction, and he and Shuichi had some really good conversations before he asked Shuichi out!

Shuichi was fairly open about being bisexual, but only a few people knew he was trans. Gonta was one of them, and he wouldn’t say a word about it to anyone unless Shuichi wanted him to.

Gonta really liked hugging Shuichi, and Shuichi would agree that Gonta gave really good, comfortable hugs. He’d also since gotten used to Gonta hugging him for basically no reason other than wanting to.

There were times when Shuichi wasn’t feeling very good about himself and had to cancel dates with Gonta, but Gonta didn’t mind. He’d ask if Shuichi needed anything, and would give him space if that’s what he wanted.

Having dates outside was one of Gonta’s favorite things, since he would get to see some of his insect friends, but he and Shuichi alternated when they chose date locations and activities.

ignore me if youre not taking ship stuff anymore but I MUST EXPLODE ABOUT SAIGOKU!!!!!!!!!

Words cannot properly comprehend stuff abt them but god,,,, they're just a lovely combo of sweet, loving and both energetic but also can be chill + Quiet and also loving but just a little too tired/nervous to express it. So nice,, the sun and mood ship ever.

To me I also feel like Shu and Gonta foil each other nicely in a way? Like two boys who had it relatively normal until Something Happened, they're super talented in a thing, and now feel like they must uphold their abilities in that said talent in order to not disappoint those close to them,,, that might be worded weird but yeaH.

Honestly a good part why i wished gonta lived longer is to see how these two would've played out,, like even just in the free time events or love dating event whatever things, going more in depth on gonta's goals of being a gentleman, or making getting much of shuichis stuff in it to would've be SO nice to see. Like i feel like his thing getting into being a detective and his parents whole deal just kinda,,, stops? after his own free times? I might be wrong on that so forgive me but yeah,,

Back on saigoku though I just think they're neat and wish ppl would explore them more, platonically or romantically honestly they're both wonderful either way

i LOOOOVE me some saigoku. it's about the soft for the soft. a very polite boy for a very polite boy. shuichi is so smart and admired by the class and gonta would look up to him and aspire to be like him so much whereas shuichi loves him so dearly for exactly who he is... i agree i think a lot of their issues are not addressed outside the ftes :c though i generally interpret shuichi not talking about his abandonment as him not wanting to complain. he's a very reserved boy

Hello Danganronpa fans!

Welcome to the official blog that’ll hold a ship week for the ship Shuichi x Gonta. I know, quite the rare pair, buts it’s a pair that I (Mod J) love with my whole heart, and I want to spread that love to everyone else!

If you’re not familiar with ship weeks, what happens is for one week (seven days) there will be two prompts for each day that you can choose from (or you can choose both prompts if you’d like!) and you would make content that relates to the prompt.

What kind of content? Any kind! Fanfictions, drawings, picture and videos edits, etc. As long as it’s your own creation and not stolen from someone else, you can submit it here or @ this acc and hashtag it #saigokuweek / #saigokuweek2021

Shuichi x Gonta:

All I can think about when I see this ship is “Gonta keep you up alllll night”. xD

Who asks the other on dates: Gonta asked Shuichi out first, but after they start dating Shuichi asks out Gonta more!

Who is the bigger cuddler: Oh man, Gonta is the cuddliest for sure. Gonta gives fantastic hugs and cuddles and Shuichi, even though he’s not super touchy-feely, loves how safe Gonta makes him feel!

Who initiates holding hands more often: Gonta does! Shuichi is really shy when it comes to stuff like this, so Gonta really has to take the lead! If he sees Shuichi feeling anxious he’ll take his hand as a comforting gesture.

Who remembers anniversaries: Gonta tries not to forget, since that wouldn’t be a very gentlemanly thing to do, but Shuichi tends to be better at remembering things like that.

Who is more possessive: Neither are very possessive people at all, actually. It’s hard to say who’s more, since it doesn’t come up much. Both are very trusting of each other and are understanding of the idea that just because you’re in a relationship doesn’t mean you have to be together 24/7. So they are comfortable enough with each other to give each other space to do their own things!

Who gets more jealous: Like mentioned with the possessive thing, they really are very comfortable with each other and hardly ever get jealous. It does happen every once in awhile though, so I’d say Shuichi gets jealous more often. He gets envious of others sometimes when Gonta is giving them hugs, cause he wants Gonta to be hugging him instead. :P

Who is more protective: They’re both protective of each other, and Shuichi is very protective of Gonta’s innocence especially, but Gonta is the more protective of the two. He gets very nervous when Shuichi goes off to work on dangerous cases and wishes he could be out there in the field with him to protect him!

Who is more likely to cheat: I know I say this for all of these, but these two would never. They would talk things out or even break up before they’d ever do that to the other.

Who initiates sexy times the most: I’d say Gonta initiates more. (Ahh I don’t wanna think about Gonta having sex nooo)

Who dislikes PDA the most: Shuichi does! Gonta gets that PDA isn’t super gentlemanly, but he doesn’t dislike it. These two keep things very PG in public, keeping to only hand holding and the occasional hug.

Who kills the spider: No one! How dare you ask that, that’s Gonta’s friend! (Shuichi is wincing in the background as they get yet another roommate)

Who asks the the other to marry them: Gonta does, once they’ve dated for quite a while. He knows that’s the next step a gentleman should take when they love someone, and man oh man does he love Shuichi! It’d be a very private proposal, as the two take a walk through a forest on a lovely day.

Who buys the other flowers or gifts: Shuichi buys Gonta all sorts of gifts, and probably buys them the most, but Gonta is also very gift-givey. He brings Shuichi flowers when he picks him up from work sometimes and buys him gifts for anniversaries and stuff like that.

Who would bring up possibly having kids: Gonta would bring it up first! (Ahhhh these two would be pure as heck parents)

Who is more nervous to meet the parents: Shuichi would be real nervous to meet Gonta’s forest family, because how the heck can you tell if wolves like you???

Who sleeps on the couch when the other is angry: Shuichi does, much to Gonta’s dismay. Gonta offers, even if they’re angry at each other, but Shuichi knows that he needs to go for a walk and think about things first and wouldn’t want to wake Gonta on his return. (They’re very considerate even when mad at each other.)

Who tries to make up first after arguments: Gonta does, although both bounce back fairly quickly from arguments. (Shuichi tends to be a little broody right after an argument, but is usually ready to talk the next day.)

Who tells the other they love them more often: Gonta tells Shuichi every single day, if not multiple times a day that he loves him. Shuichi says less frequently unprompted, but if Gonta says he loves him, Shuichi is gonna say it right back with a blush and a smile.
