Roman’s stitches look so much worse here in this still compared to all the other scenes in Barbados.
I think it's the angle and lighting cus you can really see how the skin has blown up and how tight the skin has been stitched together. Like it’s almost bunching up.
Whereas other pics from the Barbados scenes either have different lighting or angles where the severity of the skin bunching up doesn’t really show, or the makeup was applied slightly differently.
In my opinion the injury doesn't look as bad in other shots from the Barbados scenes.
But it just looks so painful Romannnnnn 🥺😭😭😭
