#rime of the frostmaiden

so I’m One Whole Session in on my first proper foray into dungeon mastering, and we’re playing a sliiiiightly modified Rime of the Frostmaiden. These are some of my added npcs!
The folks in the matching outfits are members of the Shepherds of Light, a Lathandite charity organization that sent aid up to the Dales in an effort to help them get through the eternal winter. The cargo ship Sunrise carried the party and some goods and a crew of about 15 people up via the Sea of Moving Ice, where it did. It did sink. Somewhat.
It’s about half sunk, actually, and the ship now sits just barely above the ice, held aloft by the iceberg that did it in. But hey if you look far enough on a clear day you can see the Sunrise over the sea from Ten-Towns!
The Druid is a mystery, so far - they haven’t met her yet.

Greetings!
Scattered around the icy mountains are old settlements that have been abandoned for years. The adventurers are lucky enough to have found one of such settlements.
They decide to use one of the abandoned buildings to set up camp, try to get away from the biting cold from a little bit. Everything seems quiet, a meal is prepared and everyone seems to enjoy this moment of rest.
But then the warrior on guard duty notices something. In the ice, something moving. The hero runs to their friends to warn them.
What sort of monstrosity will they find outside? And when will they be able to finally get some well-deserved rest?

Hello, everyone!
Winter has reached the party once again, the white snow filling up everywhere around them. Cold and hungry, they seek out the nearest village to get some rest.
Luckily they're able to find a welcoming town not very far from where they were. They gather their strength here for the long journey ahead. Still, among these mountains hide dangers that only your players can deal with. And off they're to save the day once again!
The creature tokens for this map are a Brutal Zombie, a Deathly Fungus and a Vengeful Ghost. Emerald tier gets the Vengeful Ghost while Diamond tier gets all three. In addition, Sapphire tier gets extra creature token variants.

A couple sessions ago in our Frostmaiden game our party found themselves in a pretty sticky situation, and Rhys was about to sacrifice himself to buy everyone else some time.

forgot I never posted this. this is the final version of my Rime of the Frostmaiden PC, Zephyrus (aka Zeph)! the campaign ended a few months ago, and he went from wide eyed fish-out-of-water monk/amateur spy to Twilight Cleric multiclass/chosen of Selûne Harper agent! I had a lot of fun with him and he went through some serious character development I did NOT expect

Tannis (the very cute sweater man in the top left corner) belongs to the super cool dm @coffeecakecafe, and the lyrics that Nina is very enthusiastically singing were written up ON THE FLY by the incredibly talented @bacoj8 who plays the beautiful bard Jasper who is going to single handedly bring sunshine back to the Dales

Greetings!
The adventurers have entered the frozen woods. While it might look like a beautiful, enchanting view, the dangers here present will surely pose a challenge to the mighty party of adventurers.
The icy leaves dangerously fall down, cutting the unsuspecting heroes while they're below. Frozen bridges aid them with crossing from one side to the other, just until it decides to break. The freezing cold waters of the river aren't really welcoming either, and are sure to damage most creatures not used to its temperature.
Can the heroes survive these new challenges?
