it wasn’t like blair to feel so out of sorts. her mind felt distracted, far from the focused and driven woman that usually prided herself on being. she could turn on the charm at a moments notice usually, but this time it felt as though even that was failing her. the attributes that she usually relied on falling by the wayside as she continued to be lost in thoughts and concerns.
