most post-war modern buildings, of which there are many in koblenz's old town, are rather plain or adapted to the historic buildings. this one stands out because it has a modern façade design and no gable or hipped roof.

artist: philipp dott

i discovered this sgraffito on a rather plain post-war building during a short trip to koblenz. i was even able to identify the artist. his name is philipp dott and he has done several murals in the region. he was also very versatile in his work.
